Hi there!Does anyone have experience or insights on setting up Fusion automation to assign reviewers when proofs are created? For example, if a project is under a specific portfolio, a designated person will automatically be assigned as the reviewer. Any insights or example of the automation will be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, I'm trying to come up with a way to easily show when a visitor sees a specific URL and then comes back to that same URL in 90 Days. I think this is the right way to think about my segment? My question is though, is there an easy way that I can show this for Repeat Visitors by Month, Week, etc. granularity? In other words, if I take this segment and then expand my date range in freeform and add month as a dimension, is that a problem? Is this just going to look at visitors that did this at any point in time based on the segment and then sum up the users for that month (whether they did it that month or not?) If so, how can I alleviate that? Or am I going to have to do this in Downstream DB and SQL? Thanks!

How are you mitigating this issue? All actions done on the Adobe Admin Console is passed on to Workfront as if done by the main Workfront systems administrator which is an audit issue. The action may be done by the Adobe Admin Console Systems Administrator who does not have a workfront account and yet in the Workfront logs, it appears to have been done by the main Workfront systems administrator. The other issue is that since we're forced to Adobe Admin Console and there is already an existing Systems Administrator in the Adobe Admin Console, our access level is set to product administrator who don't have access to Adobe Admin Console logs. The only support answer I am given is that Adobe is aware of the issue and yet there is no ETA to fix this. Please like the idea I have posted to possibly get this moving if this is an issue for you.Audit log passed on by Adobe Admin Console to Work... - Adobe Experience League Community - 730685

I was trying get content fragment list using the following documentation.Sites API However it always throws a 302 error instead of 200. I have tried both /content/dam path and /api/assets path but it still does not work. curl -i -X GET 'http://localhost:4502/content/dam/wknd-shared/en?cursor=string&limit=1&path=string&references=direct' -H 'Authorization: Basic YWRtaW46YWRtaW4=' I am unable to use the curl command to make changes in the content fragment.  Thanks in advance,

I have a project with two tasks that are not calculating the Projected Start Date, Planned Completion Date, and Projected Completion Date. Those fields just list N/A. I have checked the start mode (which is set to Start Date) and constraint (which is set to As Soon As Possible). I can't figure out what else I'm missing that might be causing this. Anyone have an idea?

Hi All, If I have 2 technical accounts say A & B to integrate with a third party application and I have to restrict their permissions to upload an asset to specific path, I usually create an AEM group via yaml file say test_group and add the technical accounts as its member, heres the scenario : Technical Account A - created and was not added to this group, when I go to Users in AEM cloud, I can see the technical service account without it being a member of test_group.  Account B - created and was added to the test_group, all works fine. I can upload an asset, create folders etc. Later I added Account A to the test_group but it still can not create a folder and gives a 200 response instead of 201 Ps - I generated the Bearer token for both accounts and hit the Asset API via Postman How much time does it take for the sync to happen, it was already 16-24 hours since I added the Technical account to the group? Is there a way to help AEM sync

Hi Can you please help me take a look at this issue? I created an AEM component with image upload function, somehow the image disappeared the second time I open the configure.  The image appears the first time when I added it. And the CRXDE node shows that path of image is added. But when I open the same component the second time, that image disappearedAnd if I click done, the image path in CRXDE node will be removed. Here's the image set up config: <editorialImage jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload" allowUpload="{Boolean}false" autoStart="{Boolean}false" class="cq-droptarget" fieldLabel="Editorial Card

Hi Community, I have to move almost 140 fragments from one env. to another. Is there any way I can select all of them instead of adding it one by one in the package? Thanks,Akram Husain

We have a vanity URL, e.g.  https://www.myvanityurl.com.There is no page associated with the vanity URL. It's just a URL with the redirect. When someone goes to it, it immediately redirects to our site. e.g. https://www.mysite.com.We cannot track traffic coming from the vanity URL and into our site.Is it possible to track incoming traffic from the vanity URL to our site? How?

Hi Everyone, I have a general question. What is the difference between the project entry date and the project submission date? Thanks!

I am working with the Recommendations API as detailed in the Adobe Experience League documentation. I am encountering an issue with the format of the recommendation content within the JSON response.https://{{CLIENTE_CODE}}.tt.omtrdc.net/rest/v1/delivery?client={{CLIENTE_CODE}}&sessionId=1234567Initially, I was receiving a 400 status error with the message "Errors: field - [context.channel] - must not be null;". To address this, I amended my request body as follows:{"context": {"channel": "web"},"execute": {"mboxes": [{"name": "api-mbox","index": 1}]}}This rectified the error, and I am now successfully receiving responses. However, despite having specified in the design of the recommendation within Adobe Target that the format should be JSON, the recommendation content is being returned in HTML format. This is a crucial aspect for me, as I need the recommendation content to be in JSON to align with the configurations I've set in Adobe Target. Could anyone advise how to ensure th

Hello everyone, I understand that in DataStream set up you can apply some rules for filtering event data that comes from Web/Mobile SDK and then it send data to event dataset. But, Is there a way to send some columns to event dataset enabled for profile and the rest of them, send to other dataset that isn't enabled for profile? In other words, I want to exclude some columns for the first dataset (I don't want to send all of them) and send it to other dataset. The purpose of this, is to reduce the usage of Total Storage License. Any advice is grateful. Thank you.

Hi everyone, We are working in a project with a React App and editing the content via Universal Editor. All content is being handled with content fragments. Including a content fragment model for pages.Having that in mind, in order for the editor to create new pages, we developed an AIO extension that:1. Opens a modal (with all the corresponding ExtensionRegistration, Spectrum components, etc...)2. Has a form where the editor fill the required fields  to create the content fragment.3. Fetch the CF models in order to have the corresponding ids4. Post via API all the data in order to create the content fragment. At this point everything is working fine, the remaining point that is left is that we want to redirect the user to a new URL. That URL is the Universal Editor with the new content fragment edition. Pictrure this as:> The user creates a new page (content fragment) and then opens this new page in the Universal Editor to start adding content.Since "everything insid

Ho there! Is there any hint on how to set up breakdowns to apply automatically to the items that appears in the table? I got a question from my mates: they have campaign codes for digital campaigns and would like to see pages breakdown where a quotes were requested. They select specific month, select all lines and apply breakdown, but while the date range is rolling every next time they see different set of campaign codes and not all of them are with breakdowns. I'm wondering if there is a trick of how to force Workspace to apply breakdowns to these new lines.  Thanks!

Hi everyone, I hope you are well.A little late to the party here, but recently spotted about the ability to use High-entropy client hints to improve OS/Browser reporting as user agent strings get frozen on some browsers (more info here: Client hints | Adobe Analytics)It seems simple enough to implement through App Measurement and seems like an obvious thing to do However, I noted that the documentation states that by default these are not collected by default by App Measurement or the SDK . This makes me wonder if there is good reason not to do this.So my questions are:Is there any reason not to do this?Has anyone who has done this noticed much of a change in their reporting?

We're about to overhaul our user structure, so first I'm doing as much prep/research as possible to mitigate system risk (i.e., reports erroring out, users losing permissions, generally things catching on fire during working hours).  I am trying to identify everywhere in our instance that involves a specific Team. The users and tasks/issues were easy, but now I need to identify:every report that filters by this team in any capacityany queues using this team in its routing rules...? Any other system areas I could be missing that would be impacted if this team were to be deactivated. Is there a way to view this info for objects like Teams, Job Roles, etc? Thank you!

I'm new to using boards and have started to set up one of the requested boards, using dynamic boards, and have run into an issue that I can't seem to figure out. One team asked for a board to show all their team member's assignments. Team members may be assigned team projects but could be assigned to projects outside of their team.No matter what filters (shown below) I try, additional non-team members assigned to a task also show on the board if the task has more than one assigned user.Simple filters-assignment using team members namesAdvanced filtersassignedToID=6305263c00b4c3cfcfeb0d90eff5b19d,63ac6a560023912f68dfec309f36f303assignedToID_Mod=inassignmentsUsersMM:homeTeamID=6638225d00bcfbf4b1b9d9ea44489d1eassignmentsUsersMM:homeTeamID_Mod=in  I know tasks with multiple assignments happen on reports too, but it doesn't really matter in the report. Hi,On the Partners deep dive in December there was a presentation around Adobe Distiller. During that presentation we have been introduced to a very good resource https://data-distiller.all-stuff-data.com/ - Adobe Distiller Guide by Saurabh Mahapatra. I went through some of the topics in this guide in the past few weeks. However, it seems that today I cannot access the resource anymore. It asks to sign in to Git Books and I cannot go past it. Did anybody that accessed this resource previously have the same issue?

Hello Team, My application is hosted on AEM as cloud service. For some functionality, I have created Adobe IO runtime project. Hi could anyone help me answer this question  Abandon Cart# Visitors added items to their cart but did not complete the purchase. Is abandon cart is on session level or it will be on the abandon cart till the user makes the purchase.

We have recently transitioned our SMS program out of ACS and believe we have all workflows turned off. However, in the subscription extract we are pulling down daily, I'm finding subscribe and unsubscribe records still populating. Looking for some guidiance on how else to find possible workflows that we missed or if there is something behind the scenes we need to turn off.

Hello Team, How to set environment variable to Adobe IO runtime project while deploying?Example: I want to keep the sensiteve information in Adobe IO run time environment section.SMTP_HOST, SMTP_USER, SMTP_PASS, NODE_ENVFor testing purpose in local, I have kept the .env file in the project forlder. Then, my project is taking these values. But, for the code repository, I cannot commit this .env file.  When I refer Diconium project, I got these details, which is present in package.json file"deploy:dev": "cross-env NODE_ENV=development serverless deploy","deploy:prod": "cross-env NODE_ENV=production serverless deploy","deploy:stage": "cross-env NODE_ENV=stage serverless deploy", Similarly, how can i set multiple variables in environment section? cc @arunpatidar   @shashi_mulugu @amanath_ullah  @sarav_prakash @amitvishwakarma
