With this week's Marketo outage, our website's reaction got us into thinking that we might manage the Munchkin a little differently. We surely had the Async=true version of the munchkin implemented, as described as no. 2 on Marketo dev (developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/lead-tracking/) but during the outage, our pages were hanging and refused to load. Our dev team came up with this mod (stackoverflow.com/questions/25786826/marketo-munchkin-synchronous-requests-hurt-js-performance/30300389) and implemented it. Is there someone who could provide feedback on that mod? Any side effect, lead tracking issues or misbehavior I should be aware of? Cheers, Simon

Hi.Maybe I need to break down my service into a few services, but here is whats going on.I am needing to modify certain links generated inside of AEM. To do this, I am working with SAX and the Transformer and TransformerFactory interfaces.Within my service's activate method, everything works fine. I have access to the referenced ResourceResolverFactory:@Referenceprivate ResourceResolverFactory resolverFactory;@Activateprotected void activate(Map<String, Object> properties) {   log.error("[[[ Inside of Activate ]]]]");   Map<String, Object> param = new HashMap<String, Object>();   param.put(ResourceResolverFactory.SUBSERVICE, SERVICE_NAME);   ResourceResolver resolver = null;  try {  resolver = resolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(param);   log.error("UserID => " + resolver.getUserID());   } catch (LoginException e) {   log.error("LoginException",e);   } finally {  resolver.close();   }}(Sorry, the syntax highlter doesn't like the copy paste job.If I run this

Hello,Is there any way to get all the workflow instances launched for a payload (e.g. /content/dam/assets/weddingPictures/party1.jpg).The two only methods that I can guess are:Invoke http://localhost:4502/etc/workflow/instances.json  and iterate for every instance and make a new request  in order to get the payload. Then filter all the instances that were not launched under ...party1.jpg. I have tested it, but it does not work as we get the next message: The query read or traversed more than 3000 nodes. To avoid affecting other tasks, processing was stopped. I've checked the documentation at Interacting with Workflows Programmatically but I have not found a way to paginate.Invoke http://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/archive//jcr:content/views/list.X.Y.html  and filter all the instances that were not launched under ...party1.jpg. Althoug it allows me to paginate, I have to perform an unknown number of requests.Regards.

Hi there, this is a weird one, wondering if anyone else has come across it before. When we first started using AEM 6.2, we used to have an issue with the Too Many Calls Exception that prevented us from editing the properties of components in Author Mode. At the time, we increased the Number of Calls Per Request in the Apache Sling Main Servlet to a very high number (10000) and that fixed it.Months later, we created a custom error handler by overriding some entries under apps/sling/servlet/errorhandler and apps/foundation/components/page. The 404 page was tested and worked fine and was deployed out to our various AEM instances. The next day, however, when we ran the maven script to deploy our latest code to our AEM instances again, we suddenly found ourselves unable to edit the properties of components in Author Mode again. We found that the issue can be fixed on each instance by manually removing the folders from apps/foundation and apps/sling, opening author mode, closing it again, and

Hello, I am looking to breakdown a report by the day and time, Hour and minute, of visits.  I will be using this timestamp in a report with metrics like PC ID, product name, and device type. Is it possible to pull the exact time of a visit using data warehouse or any other tool?   We are tracking date and time on the site but I am unsure how to access this information in reporting.  Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone.Got one question about best practices in A/B Testing with AEM / Target. For the moment we are running A/B test with target and the JS implementation in order to switch position / image or anything like this. Now we would like to A/B Test our product page between the current V1 and the new V2 (totally different page - template / component are not even the same). What is the best way to achieve this ?Is there any way to add a specific sling selector via target so i will have :V1 : /product-page.htmlV2 : /product-page.version_2.htmlSo it will be processed server side and will deliver the good version of the template. Is target capable of redirecting user to v1 or v2 template ?Or to "load" both HTML, one hidden at load, and target will hide / show good part of the page ? (what about the performance and blinking effect)...Or any other idea ?By the past i was using Akamai to split traffic and add a url parameter before hitting the origin...Thanks in advance,

I have enabled “Open in Classic UI” option in AEM 6.3 (disabled by default) by following the instructions here.(https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-3/sites/administering/using/enable-classic-ui-editor.html)But how to enable editing in classic mode? Thanks,Paresh

What file formats are supported for the mixed media that you can include in a content fragment? I've placed several animated .gifs onto my content fragment and they're animating in the content fragment editor however when i place this particular content fragment onto a page the .gifs are no longer animating. Is this a limitation of the mixed media feature?

Hello,My Sales Alert email includes a concerning line at the bottom. The "unsubscribe line" at the bottom is automatically pulling in the email address of the lead who filled out the form...Upon testing with my own personal email I can confirm that as the lead I do not receive the sales alert. However, it is definitely unsettling to see this.Does anyone know why Marketo is pulling in the lead email and where I can find the code to delete this... It's not in the email template I used... Thanks in advance.

I have an activity set up in Target that has a click track event for when users select certain options.  I need to figure out how to add that click track event to the audiences in the reports tab so I can see the results for just those users.  This is something I did once before in Classic, but does anyone know how to do that in Standard? If I can set this up, it will help us get a better picture of the behavior for those users that select those options. It seems like I need to add that click track event as an additional metric in the Reporting Settings section in Goals and Settings.  I figure I need to do this as an audience, but I can't find the right combination.(And if it matters, we are using Adobe Target as the Reporting Source)

Hi,I am using AEM 6.1 and  took the aem archetype project from the official website of AEM which is maven-archetype-master . When i am trying to build the project with mvn-clean-install it is throwing the below error[ERROR] Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-source-plugin:3.0.1 or one of itsdependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-source-plugin:jar:3.0.1: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-source-plugin:pom:3.0.1 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): proxy.host.net -> [Help 1]earlier i was using maven 3.5.0 but later changed it to version 3.0.1 but still issue persist.Could someone please help on the same , i have been trying it from so long but could not resolve it .Is it because maven is not able to download the plugin from the repository? if yes then how it can be resolved?any help on this would be really appreciated.ThanksRanjna

Hello,I have scrubbed the docs for any kind of detail regarding the properties of Mobile Marketing links generated from the Mobile Marketing Link Builder but to no avail. Ideally I would like to understand its allocation and persistence settings. My suspicion is that this report is based off of a non-customizeable baked eVar that is set to "most recent" and "never expire" but I have not been able to confirm that yet. This information would be useful because it could explain some trailing visitors in our mobile marketing campaigns.Thank youJames

Developer question,I am using an external webpage and external form for our homepage. We want to be able to pass back a "filled out form" activity when they fill out that external form on our homepage.looking at the resource page on munchkin, we are only able to push back "associatelead, clickedlink, visitedwebpage" activity types. Is there resource on how we can push back a filled our form activity type? Thanks

It's not clear how to set context data onto a deep link within Adobe Mobile SDK. How is it structured? For example, I tried:app://home/promo?a.deeplink.id=test-deep-link1But the context data isn't showing up in a debugger or Adobe Analytics reports. Any help would be appreciated. If you can't help what is the best practice to track deep links?

I have used the following article to create a dynamic drop down list based on the values selected in the first drop down list.Adobe Experience Manager Help | Dynamically updating Adobe Experience Manager TouchUI Dialog Select Fields I have modified the example to allow multiple select values (multiple="{Boolean}true") for the country drop down list in the _cq_dialog/content.xml. This works. However when tagpicker field is used in the composite multifield(Touch UI), the values are saved in CRX. But these values are not populated when the dialog is re-opened.If I change the language drop down list (this uses a data source to populate the list) to multiple select values. The values are saved to CRX and and tag values are populated when the dialog is re-opened.Is there an issue with the Granite JS library dynamically creating "coral-SelectList" ul list when the select list is dynamically created via custom javascript (listener.js)Using AEM 6.2 SP1 with Adobe Granite UI Commons 5.5.246Any h
