I have built several Dashboards for teams but the filters needed to view the reports never seem to stay on the Dashboard. I get regular complaints that the teams have to remember which views to choose when they go to the Dashboard to view all the reports.  How can I get these to remain permanent for all the Dashboards and reports I create? Thank you

This morning, I did a proof of concept of "Targeted Auditing" and would like to share it with the Community. I thought of the idea years ago but never made time for until my unsatisfying response to this thread twigged my memory. As below, my example records the changes to a particular "Target" custom text parameter in its "Target History" custom calculated parameter counter part...and to my delight, actually works! The formula turned out to be why-didn't-I-try-this-sooner? simple: LEFT(IF(LEFT(Target History,LEN(IF(ISBLANK({Target}),"-",{Target})))={Target},Target History,CONCAT(IF(ISBLANK({Target}),"-",{Target})," (",$$NOW,") | ",{Target History})),2000) And does the following: - limits the Target History to the most recent 2000 characters (staying within the Workfront database limit)- checks if the current Target value (treating it as "-" if it is blank) matches the front of the Target History value- if they match, leaves the Target History "as is"- if they don't match, replaces the

We have an issue intake form where depending on the answer to the last question in the top (common) section of the form, the requestor should go to either Section A or Section B of the form.  However, once they are done with either section (A or B), we want the form to stop asking questions.  Using A and B as variables for the actual section names, there is a question at the end of the top (common) section of formWhich Section To Fill Out?Section ASection BThis is the skip logic I am currently usingAndIf Which Section to Fill Out? [Section A] is [Selected]Then skip to: Section AOr Otherwise skip to: Section B Using the above skip logic I get the following behavior:If the requestor starts at Section A, once they answer the last question in Section A, the questions in Section B start being presentedIf the requestor starts at Section B, once they answer the last question in Section B, the form stops since Section B is at the end of the formWhat

Hi,We have recently begun using the timesheet feature in Workfront.  I'm trying to build a report but it seems like what I am wanting is a combination of what I can get in an hour report and a timesheet report.  Is there a way to get a report that has both elements.  I'm wanting to group by user and then by timesheet (which I can do in a timesheet report) but then under the timesheet I want to see the source and hours (which I can get in an hour report).   I would also like a link to the timesheet, which I see in timesheet report but not in hours.Any suggestions and help is appreciated.ThanksHeather

Hi I have a project-level report. In this report, I have a text mode field that basically shows at which task this project is currently stuck on. What I'd like to do is color code the row based on this field, so if it reads "Blocked," I want the entire row to be highlighted. The tricky part is that this field does not really exist in the data schema so I was wondering how the syntax would look like? I've been browsing through some relevant posts like How to set display rules in text mode - Adobe Experience League Community - 488385 and Comparing dates (and more!) with conditional forma... - Adobe Experience League Community - 518262but I'm still unsure about how to achieve this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,   I am using AEM 6.5 version.   I have created a custom workflow model. Currently I am able to launch it manually for single page.   But my requirement is to launch a workflow automatically as soon as activate button is clicked on page or asset from author. I don't want to trigger workflow separately. Is there any default workflow which AEM provides. Or please suggest a process for automating workflow triggering. I don't want to do it from workflow launcher on replication date modified node change.   Thanks in advance.

Workfront used to have a few different training modules that we'd assign to new resources to learn the application.  The modules had names such as:Workfront for WorkersWorkfront for Collaborators These were available up until about a couple months ago but now they're gone. Seems odd that the modules would be taken away without letting the user base know.  There are courses in leaning.adobe.com but this seems to be a paid subscription service that I dont have access to. Did anyone receive a communication from the vendor about the removal of these courses? Is anyone else having issues with the lack of guided modules/courses that are available?

Through sightly I printed a list of textarea values entered via dialog as follows: <sly data-sly.use.commenti=${resource.path}/commenti> <sly data-sly.list.commento="${commenti.listChildren}"><p> Comments: ${commento.testo}</p> "Testo" is the value in the dialog inside the textarea. In the model instead I inserted the testo variable, getter and setter and the "modifyText" method. Now, without creating a list in the model, I would like to print these modified values using sightly

Currently, I use Adobe RoboHelp 2015 to distribute IT Disaster Recovery documentation. While I edit HTML files with Dreamweaver, the majority of the DR info is stored throughout 1000s of Word files stored in a network folder structure. The SMEs edit those Word info with the info they need to restore their system if there's been a disaster. I link all of those SME-edited Word files to my RoboHelp project - when the SME makes a change, the icon next to the linked Word file in RoboHelp changes its color from Green to Yellow so I know that it's time to re-publish the RoboHelp as a browser-based output.I have been seeing "AEM Guides" everywhere in Adobe marketing - just got the invite to the conference in Las Vegas! - but I don't understand what it is. I'm looking for some simple answers to what I hope are some simple questions. Specifically:-- Is AEM Guides a replacement for traditional Help Authoring Tools (HAT) like RoboHelp?-- What are the output options, meaning, could I use this
