Hi Team, I am trying to integrate AEM assets insights with Analytics, I successfully established a connection between AEM Assets insight and Analytics but when I go to Assets view and look at insights I am getting Failed to load data in statistics. In Developer tool it shows this error - http://localhost:4502/content/dam/XXX/milford-sound.jpg.performanceData.json?metric=impressions&from-date=2017-04-20&to-date=2017-04-27&granularity=dayFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Server Error) can anyone help understanding why is this happening? Thanks in advance.

I have aa package automatically generated from a git package (by bamboo, waiting on changes) that contains a dialog file at /ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/uc-base/components/eapis/ecurriculum/dialog.xml which doesn't get overwritten.My filter.xml is defined as this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <workspaceFilter version="1.0"> <filter root="/apps/cq/gui/components/siteadmin/admin/listview/coral/analytics/analyticscell/" /> <filter root="/apps/uc-base" mode="replace"> <exclude pattern="/apps/uc-base/install" /> </filter> <filter root="/apps/foundation" /> <filter root="/apps/granite/ui" /> <filter root="/apps/wcm/foundation/components" /> <filter root="/conf/uc-base" /> <filter root="/etc/designs/uc-base" mode="replace"/> <filter root="/etc/clientlibs/uc-base" mode="replace"/> </workspaceFilter>This package is installed using maven, however, the same thig happens when I deploy manually from t

We have a "First Touch" campaign that triggers if a person was created within the past 48 hours; however, it looks like some leads with anonymous activity prior to their "known" creation (ex: filling out a form) aren't being pulled in to said "First Touch" campaign. It's like Marketo is reading their anonymous activity as the date they were created in the system, as opposed to when they are actually created as "known" people. Is this how it's supposed to function or has anyone run into this before? It's fine if it does function this way; I just need to know so I can troubleshoot appropriately. Thanks!

Hi,I was trying to implement Message Center Module in Campaign , following the guidelines from Adobe Captivate Prime course "Using Message Center in Adobe Campaign v6" . I have successfully completed this. I tested the Soap request's response using Soap UI. I want to know how to establish this via Web application.(invoking web service (using my sandbox wsdl url)).Please provide suggestion/help to establish this thing. So any event happening at the Web Application end can trigger transactional Email  from campaign.

Hi, does anyone out there use marketo to do marketing for multiple companies that are sort of under one umbrella? We are pondering starting to do this for companies underneath us. We currently do design and branding for them but any marketing we just do through external vendors. How would you recommend doing this so that it's legal that they are opting into the emails for that specific company only etc.? My mind is spinning with how to begin. Thanks!

Hi. Is there a forum for authoring best practices and/or tips and tricks? For example, what's the general consensus on giving aurhors the ability to add raw html to pages within AEM? What are some alternatives? Thanks!

Hi, everybody. In a project structure created using Adobe Maven Archetype or Marketing Cloud Maven Archetype, can I use "anything" as the project version of my POMs?Or some values may lead to inconsistencies in the Package Manager and/or in the OSGI installer?I mean, are all the following valid values?1.01.0.01.0.0.01.0.0.0.01.0.0alpha1.0.0-alpha1.0-SNAPSHOT1.0.0-SNAPSHOT1.0.0.0-SNAPSHOT1.0-beta-SNAPSHOT1.0_beta-SNAPSHOT1.0.0.0-alpha1-rc3-SNAPSHOT1.0.0.0_alpha1_rc3-SNAPSHOTWill they all work as project version, package version (META-INF/vault/properties.xml) and bundle version (META-INF/MANIFEST.MF) as well?Despite the special use of the "-SNAPSHOT" suffix, am I allowed to use any sequence of [a-zA-Z0-9.-_] as version, without negatively affecting the installation process? Thanks in advance!Best regards,Daniel.

While saving date fields in the portal screens for creating some IDs, it is getting saved as one day lesser than the given input. This happens only in remote machines but not in local machine.Could someone please provide the root cause for this? Thanks in advance.

The unique visitors count when combined with Customer Loyalty=New Customer segment shows counts of all New Customers, not just those placing their first order. That's to be expected.  But I want to count only New Customers placing their first order. I built a workspace table, with New Customer segment applied and added metric: Orders.  It shows correct counts of orders (as expected). But as soon as I add Unique Visitors metric, it includes all the unique visitors who've visited but not necessarily ordered.  I want to count only New Customer Unique Visitors who have placed an order (my 'new customers' in this month). So I built a segment [Visitor level] Order does not exist Then ([Visit level] Order >0])  It didn’t work. Does anyone know how to count only New Customer Unique visitors placing an order (not those just visiting)? Tip: Cohorts table doesn’t do it. Adobe have advised me that the first month in cohorts  shows all New Customers (buying and just visiting) and they don’t see t

I am wondering if Test and Target or Audience Manager is the program needed for a certain use case.ExampleA push note or in app message is sent to a user selling product A.The user does not buy product A so I show them a message selling product B.They buy product B so I upsell to product C. Pretty much I want to create a user journey with the data learned through Campaign.  Which additional tool is needed?Thank you!

The below text comes from AEM 6.1 docs.AEM provides a built-in targeting engine that processes page requests and determines the content to display. When using the AEM targeting engine, you are limited to using segments that are created in AEM for defining the audiences of your experiences.  I'm new to AEM and Adobe Target and would like to know the best way to implement page personalization based on the value of a URL parameter Change...    -  the hero banner    - the displayed phone #    - the value of a hidden field submitted with a user's lead info Additionally, the user needs to be cookied in to the experience so a subsequent visit shows the same personalization.

Hey everyone, I just started working with AEM a few months ago and I come from a web dev background. I am transitioning a team from all developing on the same dev environment and moving code between environments using packages to working on local instances and using source control.Currently I have a maven project git repo in which we only pay attention to the apps and etc directories but still have outdated directories (content, var, conf, bin, etc...). In order to get a new project done, we created and worked on specific subdirectories such as apps/newProject/... and etc/designs/newProject. We use a combination of VLT-sync and VLT commit to move from our working directory to our Local CRX instances and from their create packages and move to our QA and then Production environments. The issues we are facing come from the fact that our environments do not have the same codebases because we have just pushed up new and separate code without maintaining the previously existing. Technically,

I'm trying to pass a unique URL via email as part of a registration confirmation process. My unique url is in button form, as a 'my token' element. It looks beautiful in preview, but completely breaks on send. Any help would be appreciated.

I got everything setup and running on my local machine (OSX). I get to the login screen, but I don't have a username or password? Is there a default one? Nothing in the documentation on this either....just says "Once you've logged in...."Thanks for the help!

Has anyone else experienced the preview of a form rendering differently than the actual form when place on a landing page? It's extremely frustrating when I think it will show one way and it doesn't. Is there a setting that needs to be change? Is there a fix to this problem?Form button looks like this in preview:                                            But looks like this on landing page                              Please help!!!! Thank you!

Hi,I experenced that for some of my (very long) dashboards the preview function doesn't work properly. Only as pdf's they are loaded properly.Error message showing is "Unable to retrieve reportlet".Since this is really annoying, is there a way to prevent this?

Hi all - Not sure if this is the right place, but I haven't been able to find any similar issues and I was hoping someone may be able to help out.Every day, we receive web services errors 20023 and 20024 from the SOAP API, which are:20023 - Rate Limit Exceeded (The number of calls in the past 20 seconds was greater than 100)20024 - Concurrency Limit Exceeded (The number of concurrent calls was greater than 10)The descriptions of the errors in Marketo's documentation are pretty self-explanatory, but I'm having trouble identifying the root cause. As far as I know, there isn't anyway to identify exactly what calls are causing these issues to arise. So I guess my questions are:1. Has anyone else run into a similar issue?2. Is there somewhere to find more information so I can diagnose the root cause?3. What are the best practices for staying within the Rate/Concurrency limits? Thanks

We regularly run campaigns to our customers asking for them to "Refer a Friend" to use our solution. We have a specific form where we collect information on the "Referree" - where the person filling out the form IS NOT the lead record that will be created upon form submission. One problem that we are running into is the activity log. The activity reflects the behavior of the person that filled out the form and not the lead record that is created. Not a big deal until you factor in Lead Scoring. So, the person filling out the form loses the points - not a huge deal, because as a Customer points are a lot less important - and the new lead record obtains the points - this is a bigger deal, because potentially the behavior could be so great that when added to the demographic score pushes our threshold. As I am typing this, I am realizing that I can just null out the behavior score piece... but is there an easier way to do this?Thank you in advance for your help!
