Hi,I have encountered some issues that are new to me without having made any changes to my workflows. I now start to suspect it might have something to do with update to ACS. When was the latest update 17.1?/Joanna

Hi I really need some help with this if anyone can help me please,I would like to render a scene I have created on Premier Pro 2014 into a JPEG - just any kind of still image - I have made this scene up by taking different images and combining parts of them to make a whole image, I have used the 'Paint Brush' tool to cut up the different photos and combine them as a whole. The different parts of the images are each on different layers and haven't been made all on one layer (or worked on on top of one photo ect). The problem is that when I try to render this scene as a JPEG, some or one of the image layers disappears. On the preview when editing, you can see all the layers exactly how you want them and can work on them easily, but when it is rendered theres a bit of the image missing. I have found out that when you move the little toggle arrow tool (the one you can move back and forth to see the movement of the footage) you can see that an image layer is missing, and when you stop movin

I have already sent an email out to recipients and had some people open and click on links within the delivery. I now want to send a second email to people who received the email, but did not open it. Is there a way to target just these people? Do I have to create a new workflow to accomplish this?

Hi,I kinda cannot link my AdobeID for Target Classic Workflow.Steps to reproduceLog into the Marketing Cloudnavigate to the Apps section, select Target Classic WorkflowURL changes to https://admin.testandtarget.omniture.com/login and an error appearsI know it has worked before but I have had lots of issues in the past since the AdobeID password does not seem to work here, blocking my account after a few failed attempts.This is super frustrating (especially since I have admin rights). How can it be that the single sign-on does not work properly on Target Classic?Any thoughts on this?Thanks,Bjoern

Hi:I am use the Campaingn sandbox to lean, and i meet the next problem.  and thanks for you time.1.  I can't create a recipient under "My Comapny-> Profiles and Target -> Recipients"2.  I extends deliver schema(nms:delivery) with the next.     When in "Tools -> Advanced -> Update database structure", it the the schema is not     selectable to update except I change the name of element from "content" to other ( ex. "content2"). 3. I extends recipient schema like the screen shot next .    When I "Update database structure",  the  next attribute's name is truncation to "enrollment".<attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate" type="date"/>But when if I change the the attribute name like next , it is OK. <attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate2" type="date"/>

Currently, if a user has no access on the repository but since SAML is configured is authenticated and posted back to AEM instance, it shows a default 404/403 page. We want to customize that page. However, the documentation here mentions that it's not recommended. What's the best way to display customized error for such a scenario? https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/platform/customizing-errorhandler-pages.html

Hi all, Humble pie for me. Recently I raised a ticket, as send an alert off a batch campaign to a token email address wasn't working. I had not idea that this was not possible so I though I would share in-case anyone searched for a similar problem. Support quote'In closing, converting that campaign to a trigger will make it so your My Tokens work in alert flow steps.'docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Use+Tokens+in+Flow+StepsTo solve I created a trigger campaign and used the 'campaign is requested'Matt

AEMIs it possible in the dialog config to hide items in the table properties.  I know we can set defaults, but I would like to hide the width, height, caption, border, etc.  And have those all be controlled with CSS, and not allow the author to adjust them. Thanks!

Some of our leads have the wrong acquisition program and were just blank before. Is there any sort of flow step to change this field back to blank? Or label as "unknown"?I've tried a Change Data Value: Acquisition Program but it wants me to put a specific program not just blank.Is this somehow possible?

We see dispatcher config entries like# Deny everything first and then allow specific entries /0001 { /type "deny" /glob "*" } # Open consoles /0011 { /type "allow" /url "/admin/*"  }  # allow servlet engine admin /0012 { /type "allow" /url "/crx/*"    }  # allow content repository /0013 { /type "allow" /url "/system/*" }  # allow OSGi consoleWhat is the significance of numbers e.g. "/0001" before each config entry, what is the use? Do these need to be unique and in specific order? ThanksSandeep

There are different indexing options provided by AEM. I am currently on AEM 6.1Lucene index - Stores index data under repository (crx-quickstart\repository\index). Index config resides on AEM (/oak:index)Solr index - This would store index data on remote Solr Instance, configurations are on AEM side (/oak:index)External solr without indexing config on AEM - This would have data indexed manually through code to remote solr instance and then search hits can directly be made to solr instance. (Here we don't have to worry about clustering on the AEM side)First 2 options search hits happen through AEM through querybuilder. Question isIn case of clustered environment does each publish instance needs to have index configuration? And each AEM would have indexed data stored? Can multiple publish instances share the index data?ThanksSandeep

Hey everyone,I'm working on a site that uses SAML for SSO and have run into a small snag with the IDP. The IDP requires some additional configuration that is not available in the OOTB SamlAuthenticationHandler. Namely, I need to modify the form that is sent back to the browser. The form sent back has some JavaScript and a form in it that sets the request-path cookie and POSTs the SAML AuthnRequest to the IDP. An example is:<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC '-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN' 'http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd'> <html xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml' xml:lang='en' lang='en'> <head> <meta http-equiv='content-type' content='text/html; charset=utf-8' /> <title>POST data</title> <script> function setRequestPathCookies() { var requestPath = escape(document.location.pathname); var query = escape(document.location.search); if (query) requestPath += "?" + query; var hash = escape(document.location.hash.substring(1));

Anyone having issues with webpage visits not being tracked correctly? We have a trigger campaign that is looking for visits to specific Marketo landing pages built for a program. Not sure if this is relevant, but these landing pages will be shared via social channels and not in email. In our tests, activity to these landing pages isn’t being tracked even though the test contact we're using is a cookied/known contact. Activity to these pages isn’t showing in webpage activity reports. It's also not showing in the activity log of the known lead we’re testing it on. So in turn, the trigger campaign isn't firing. I know it can sometimes take awhile for activity to update/show, but we're going on 24 hrs and still no data.Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Hi all - when looking at the dashboard of a single email send, in terms of the clicks report, can someone please explain to me what the difference is between the green marker and the grey marker? Thanks,Rebecca
