I'm finding issues on PURLS going back to 2014 with little resolve.I'm working on an internal program where an alert is sent to a rep with a link that needs to tie information on a corresponding form to a lead record.  I'm trying to accomplish this using PURLs instead of shoving a ton of info in URL parameters.Basically: Alert to rep > Rep clicks link > Link goes to page with form > Form populates info on lead record > ???? > ProfitOh, so many problems using PURLs.  I've tried plane-jane style and it prefers the cookie, which we all know about.I've tried setting the _mkto_trk cookie to expire upon onSuccess, which doesn't workI've tried removing Munchkin. Marketo adds it back inI've tried expiring the lead and refreshing the page (with the same PURL code) and the info goes awayI've tried expiring the lead and sending to a new page. A new cookie is created and, upon return to a PURL, the info is blankIf I manually delete the cookie and then hit the PURL, it works. If I th

While following the http://labs.6dglobal.com/blog/2015-03-09/oak-index-packages/  author said you will see the "WARN " message : consider creating an index or changing the queryWhen running a query with no index defied.  I am  traversing less than 100 nodes for my query and using Predicate Evaluators. I don't see the message when I run the query without an index  , does that mean  I should not consider creating an index ? .

Hi All,We have a landing page with weird, unexpected behavior: The character encoding in the form fields (for prefilled fields) is not correct, while it is OK in the rest of the LP. See:I have been entering the form with my first name "Grégoire" correctly many times and it is correctly displayed in Marketo UI.Any idea?-Greg

My SFDC Admin just made me aware that we are consolidating a few of our SFDC user licenses to lower costs. He asked if it would be okay to consolidate our Marketo User profile in SFDC with another one? I'm wary about changing the Marketo User profile that we use to integrate/sync with SFDC, but I don't know much about the possible effects, of if there are any. Does anyone have any experience with changing the Marketo User profile in SFDC? Any tips or advice I should know of?Thank you, Shirleen

Hi,We are all aware that for one to work on AEM Forms, one need not be very deep down in to AEM.But he needs to be aware of AEM templates, components, OSGI, JCR folder structure, deployment of code, integrating UI/UX elements into AEM, etc. Now, my organization is planning for an AEM Forms Training and is asking me Prerequisites for the participants.Could you please suggest?Appreciate the responses.Thanks,Rama.

Hi,There are 3 distinct types of forms, that could be created in AEM Forms; HTML Form, PDF Form and Adaptive Form.1. When we select "Create Adaptive Form" in the Forms interface, we are creating an Adaptive Form, which is completely different from HTML and PDF forms. What if I create a form using Designer, upload the xdp in the Forms interface and use that as a Model? Will it become a PDF Form?2. How to create HTML and PDF Forms?Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.

Does anyone have a good method for tracking cancelled orders in Adobe Analytics?  This scenario involves orders that are placed (and tracked), but are later cancelled on the website prior to being delivered.  We are looking at using an offline upload to correct the order status and amounts/quantities/etc., but we were curious if there is a more automated way to handle this? Thanks!

Hihow do we retrieve resourceresolver on behalf of logged in user? in this case, am getting anonymous as value when getUserID() method is called. Also, what's the difference when we retrieve resource resolver via getResourceResolver(userInfo) and getThreadResourceResolver(). From the logs seems like they both reference to same resolver object instance and no difference in log values.Map<String,Object> userInfo = new HashMap<String, Object>();userInfo.put(ResourceResolverFactory.SUBSERVICE, "myuser");ResourceResolver resourceResolver = resourceFactory.getResourceResolver(userInfo);ResourceResolver resourceResolverCurrentThread = resourceFactory.getThreadResourceResolver();            logger.info("resource resolver {}",resourceResolver.toString());logger.info("resource resolver {}",resourceResolver.getUserID());logger.info("resource resolver {}",resourceResolver.isLive());logger.info("thread resource resolver {}",resourceResolverCurrentThread.toString());logger.info("thread r

I just installed a basic AEM 6.1 Author instance. It's seems that author page does not work using the Touch UI. Everything works well with the Classic UI.That's is what it appears just trying to authoring every demo page, like that http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en/products.html I installed the 6570 and 7285 hot fix but these didn't solve my problem

Hi,I was guided to do the following as a part of some activity in support portal."1. List out all the revision which are available in tar file. "I am assuming it implies to do so by untaring all the tar file. Is this assumption correct?Since I have a huge number of tar file, it would be very time intensive. Is there a programmatic way to do this?Regards,Anil

My requirement is i want to drag header component in iparsys of the base template page and these changes in base template should reflect in  'HomePage' & 'SectionPage' templates.

Hi Everyone,We just got started in Marketo, and my company address that automatically generates in the footer of emails, is still set to the default. Hi,For an upcoming project our client wants to be able to share pages to non authoring-aem users for informal review. The ideal goal is to allow an author to share the current page as a link in a email to allow preview from the mail recipient. As this feature does not seem to be build-in AEM, we've figured out a few workarounds :Edit the page and copy it to an area on the authoring env. that does not require authentication (this might need some configuration to allow a specific subpath on readonly for unauthenticated users)Activate the page on a hidden path on the publisher environment and remove indexing on this pageExport the page as pdf and share it by mail (this seems feasible although not yet tested)Any other leads/tracks/infos are welcome.Kind regards,Christophe

Hi,Is there a maximum amount of contacts you can have on a distribution list for Marketo? Thanks,Tom

We have an active revenue model set up that includes triggers to listen for certain data value changes to move leads along the funnel.  I have two questions to make sure I have everything set up correctly: 1. I am setting up an operational lead lifecycle campaign to date stamp custom fields to measure velocity and capture lead lifecycle stage.  Do I need to include the flow to "change revenue stage"?  I just checked the success path analyzer and confirmed that leads are moving through the funnel as the inflow and outflow numbers are changing.  Is that flow step used more for external monitoring?  Such as if a lead skips a funnel stage and needs to be moved into another stage. 2. This is general community question, what parameters do you use to remove leads from your funnel?  Such as if a lead unsubscribes for example?  I'd like to get others input. Thank you, Christine

Hi,We are about to migrate AEM 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2 (which will be in a different server) with CRX3. Few of my colleagues who were new to AEM world has attended AEM training and trainer mentioned that we need to migrate to 5.6.1 to 6.0 first and then to 6.2. Do we really need to follow this approach? I don't find any Adobe article justifying this though. Can someone please clarify. Thanks in Advance.
