Hi, I would love to know some best practices by which we can improve ROI of a portfolio. What do the experts on this community think about it?

What are the different ways I can go about tracking conversion data from Ad impressions and clicks?

I have a simple nurture set up for a 'General Merchandise Engagement Program'It is just 6 emails. I set up a second stream that I'm calling 'Recast.' I want the folks to be put into the 'Recast' stream if they didn't interact with any of the emails in the previous stream (I changed the subject lines)It seems like I set it up wrong though. People are receiving Email #1 in the 2nd stream who already received Email #1 in the 1st stream. Yikes!I attached screen shots of the streams, smart list, and flow.

Hi, apart from the portfolio report and keyword report, what are the other reports/details I should look at to have a holistic idea of my campaign and portfolio performance?

Hi all,When we create a cloud configuration in AEM to connect with  Adobe Analytics, we map AEM variables with those of Adobe Analytics. Is this enough to send AEM data to Adobe Analytics? Why do we include JS Beacons on AEM pages then?Is there a relation between mapping AEM variables with those of Adobe Analytics in cloud configuration and including JS Beacons on AEM pages?Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.

Hi,How can I make sure the changes I make on homepage navigator will be remain on my other pages on website (I have the same navigator across my website) Thanks in advance!

I have a team who is interested in running a test in Target. There are four versions of the search results page. One is the control, one has a banner on the right of the search results, the other has a text link above the results and the other has a clickable image above the results. Clicking the link, banner and button are the conversions for the test. I created a segment in Adobe Analytics, which I made and audience,  that captures every variation of the search term "Hamlet". That needs to be included in the test to trigger the variations. How do I include the search term variation in the test?Thank you,Bill

Hi,I ran a campaign and I now want to check how it performed. How can I get a report of all conversions relating to the campaign, in Media Optimizer? Thanks!

Hello,It appears that after library update the following script which I set in the condition of multiple rules (because our platform is an SPA) is not working anymore. Is there a solution for this?var s = _satellite.getToolsByType('sc')[0].getS();s.clearVars();return true;Regards,Guido

Hello, when adding or replacing an existing AEM author / publish instance, what would be the best way to update them with all project related code and content? Is there an automated way to do this (osgi config?) or is it only possible via manual replication or packaging of code / content? By "code" I mean both component related scripts and osgi bundles.Thank you.

Hi,I'm working on search marketing campaigns through a Google Adwords account. I would like to know the type of ads supported by AMO for Adwords and the events that can be tracked for those ads.

None of the the custom components we have built out are allowed to have annotations added to them. They are built using Sightly/HTLI have researched the documentation and these forums and found no information on enabling annotations for components. We are hoping to use these in our workflow to provide feedback. Can anyone point me to documentation or any reference that explains the developers role in enabling annotations for components?Cheers,-Tyler

Hello all,The scenario is that a major announcement will be posted on an AEM website soon. Authors need to be able to edit and roll out specific pages on Author, but should not activate them until a specific date/time. There is concern that authors may accidentally activate those pages. How do other companies / groups handle this situation in AEM?I've considered removing permission for users to activate that specific page, but that gets cumbersome when the number of pages and live copies increases. We may end up going with that option on the whole site, unless there are other options available. Locking the page doesn't work because they still need to edit it. Any input is helpful - thank you!

I want a segment consisting of visits that are ten pageviews or longer.I have created two different versions of the segment and their results wildly disagree.  Can anybody explain why?Method 1:  Visit segment where Visit Depth is > 10Method 2:  Visit segment where Hit Depth is > 10Method 2 has about twice as many visits and visitors, 15% more page views, and about a 25% shorter visit time than Method 1.I am pretty sure Method 1 is the right one to use, but then what is Method 2 actually including?

We've recently implemented Adobe Analytics and are facing issues with intermittent logouts. When navigating through the report suites, the user will get kicked out to the login screen periodically-- some days are better than others. I've seen this happen in Chrome and IE.Also, after entering a username and password- the login screen will get stuck in what looks like a refresh loop. The page will keep refreshing/reloading until all cached browser data is cleared, then the user may try to login again. Not sure if these two issues are related. Thanks!

Wanted to see if anyone was using Bizible? We are currently implementing Bizible and running into a issue where our branded email tracking links are being categorized as "web referrals" attributions. When speaking with our account rep, the solution is to add URL parameters "[branded.email].com?utm_medium=mkto_email".Or something along those lines. We currently do not add these tags to our generic emails so would have to do this manually. Is anyone else having/had this issue? and have a solution/workaround?Bryant

We are using AEM 6.2 and are having issues with the Social Communities components. I have overlaid the qnaforum.hbs and need to include some Sightly components. The official documentation (link) says the correct way to do this is:{{include this.id path="title" resourceType="myproject/components/content/common/title"}}When done this way there are three problems:The component appears, but then disappears from the page.I get the warning "Forcing resource type is not supported when sling including on the client side"There is a failed(404) GET request to http://localhost:4502/content/myproject/qna-index-page/jcr:content/qna-parsys/qna/title.html in the browser console (like it's trying to find the renderer for the title resource at that path). In the same qnaforum.hbs file, Adobe is using the same include for their subscriptions component and it seems to work fine.{{include this.id path="subscriptions" resourceType="/libs/social/subscriptions/components/hbs/subscriptions"}}Does this type of

We've been using marketo since the beginning of the month, and this week we just  noticed that we were not getting all the form submissions. We were using the server side submit method noted here: http://developers.marketo.com/blog/server-side-form-post/We have checked the rate limit and turned off high traffic forms, and that does not appear to be the issue.  Even on at the highest point, we seem to only be at 7 submits per minute, well under the 30 per minute. We have now started using a Drupal module - Marketo MA, which works flawlessly in our development box, but not at all in production.  We're trying to track down the cause of this. The major differences between the two servers are that the production servers are using HTTPS and behind Cloudflare.  We are going to test with cloudflare off this week and see if that is somehow the culprit. Are there other things that anyone can think of?  Thanks for any information!-B

How can I access the Hit Depth report from the API? I'm trying to extract the sequence of pages/actions taken by visitors, as I do in the Analysis Workspace by using the Hit Depth report. However, when using the API, this report is not available in the list of Elements. How can I replicate this functionality in code? Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,I created a custom field for shirt size on a form. The pick list includes all sorts of sizes. When I check the registration report, it only shows that the value had been selected, not the specific shirt size.Any thoughts? Thanks!Paige

Hello, I have two campaigns for 1 email activity. I have set up campaign 1 to request campaign 2 in the flow step, however campaign 2 is not available in the drop menu. I have turned the campaign on and off and still it is not appearing in the drop down list for "request campaign" in the flow step.I had this problem before, but it was due to the fact that I did not "activate" the campaigns. Once I did that, they appeared accordingly. What am I doing wrong?P.s. This email campaign has 2 emails associated with it. Email 1 goes to everyone etc. email 2 goes to those who didn't click etc about 1 week later hence the "campaign request". I got frustrated since I couldn't get campaign 2 to appear, so I sent the email activity with it collecting those who the email was delivered to for campaign 1.I am trying to add campaign 2 (after the first email has been sent). This should not hinder the process, just wanted to give the full story. Thanks in advance for any assistance!Tara

I set-up new users in the Marketing Cloud dashboard. I gave the users access to Target and some other tools. Two of the users accepted their invitation, but when I check the user list within Target, the new users aren't listed. I am not sure why the new users aren't showing up on the Target user list.

I would like to automate my report providing daily performance data. Is there a provision for the same in Media Optimizer? What are the steps to do it?

Hi,I'm trying to put together a program with a series of emails that will be sent to a static list of leads. All leads will receive the same first email. If they open the first email, they will go down path A and receive an additional email each week for two weeks. If they do not open the first email, they will go down path B and receive a different series of emails each week for three weeks.I've been trying to do this with smart campaigns and "Opens Email" is a trigger and works for path A, but "Not Opened Email" (path B) is a batch filter and not a trigger and I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
