Hi everyone,I'm working on a setup where my AEMaaCS author instance makes API calls to serviceA. However, the API for serviceA is restricted and can only be accessed by white-listed IP addresses. I need to figure out how to obtain the public IP address of my AEMaaCS author instances so that I can white-list it in serviceA.I executed ping command to get IP for my author, but it's Fastly IP address. What is the best way to get the public IP address of AEMaaCS author server to provide it for white-listing?Any help or best practices for this setup would be greatly appreciated!

Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to automatically restart a workflow after it fails. Thanks.

We have a process for creating a project from a request that I created a Fusion scenario for. Usually I do this manually for the user (we turned off manual project creations for our users since we automate them from another platform in) as it requires making a copy of the automated project. I then post on the attached project custom form the request URL and the parent project URL and tag it so we know where the request came from and what project it was created/mirrored from. I was stuck with what logic to use to generate the URL, I do get the ID of the request and the ID of the parent project within the scenario so I assume it's some form of concatenation of the WF URL and replacing where that ID would be with that value but it wasn't working as I am a bit of a baby developer. Here is what it would normally look like: REQUEST: URLPARENT PROJECT: URL Any thoughts to what this would look like coded in Fusion?

Hi guysAfter the recent changes to the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK Debugger for Adobe Analytics I can no longer find the "interaction_value". Normally I click on events and that opens up another page where I find "interaction_value" - which enables me to determine the name of the page element I'm interacting with and therefore pull a report. Does anyone know how to get around this?  Thanks so much Zoe

How would I modify this code from @doug_den_hoed__atappstore to reflect a single status change. For instance when a project goes into status "On Hold". Everytime I try and do it myself it updates using $$NOW time when another field is being updated, am banging my head against my desk (metaphorically) trying to figure this out, please help. I modified $$NOW to show UTC time to create a scenario in Fusion using this field. Target:{status} Target History:LEFT(IF(LEFT(Target History,LEN(IF(ISBLANK({Target}),"-",{Target})))={Target},Target History,CONCAT(IF(ISBLANK({Target}),"-",{Target})," (",$$NOW,") | ",{Target History})),2000) Modified $$NOW time UTC:CONCAT(YEAR($$NOW),"-",IF(MONTH($$NOW)<10,CONCAT("0",MONTH($$NOW)),SUB(MONTH($$NOW),7)),"-",IF(DAYOFMONTH($$NOW)<10,CONCAT("0",DAYOFMONTH($$NOW)),DAYOFMONTH($$NOW)),"T",IF(HOUR($$NOW)+7>24,CONCAT("0",SUB(HOUR($$NOW),24)),IF(HOUR($$NOW)+7<10,CONCAT("0",HOUR($$NOW)+7),HOUR($$NOW)+7)),":",IF(MINUTE($$NOW)&l

Hi all, I have a script token {{my.getdomain}} that splits an email address and retrieves the domain name in a variable: #set( $em = ${lead.Email} ) #set( $dom = $em.split("@") ) $!{dom[1]}   However, with the 'add data value' flow step it adds into the field (string) webdomain: {"codeBlock":"#set( $em = ${lead.Email} )\n#set( $dom = $em.split(\"@\") )\n$!{dom[1]}","scriptingObjects":{"standard":{"2":{"label":"Person","fields":{"31":{"label":"Email Address"}}}}}}   in stead of the domain name from the email address (I did check the field 'email address' on the right hand pane). If I add the same token in an email, it renders correctly. Any ideas why the domain name is not entered into the field?

Hi there,  I was digging through the look-and-feel announcements today and saw that calendars will no longer display in dashboards and are going to link to the calendar instead (as of 10/17 release). Is there truly no option to have the calendar DISPLAY in the dashboards any longer? This is a very heavily used feature through our instance. I even use this myself frequently throughout the day. We have been able to make so many visualizations and one-stop sources for work and data by embedding a calendar view into dashboards. This is going to impact our teams negatively by slowing down work and disabling quick views for are more visual workers (especially the Creative teams).  I saw this here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/product-announcements/product-releases/release-24-q4/24-q4-look-and-feel-updates.  Thank you! Brittany Lang Creative Innovation Studio - Thermo Fisher Scientific

Dear community, @parthasarathy   In the database there is a packaged date attribute column that is in the string format. we need to fetch list of rows between from - 230 to - 210 days (for example: from 29-02-2024 to 21-03-2024) to current date. we have a solution but in our database millions of data. It is taking around 3 mints to retrieve the data from the query activity,  Is there any possibilities to reduce the query execution time?  It would be grate if I get the solution. RegardsSatya

I am reviewing the available documentation to determine the duration of the mbox cookie. There appears to be conflicting information, as some references cite a duration of 2 years while others mention only 2 weeks. Cookie Duration: 2 yearshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/core-services/interface/data-collection/cookies/targethttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target-dev/developer/client-side/at-js-implementation/atjs-cookies#cookie-settingshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/core-services/interface/data-collection/cookies/web-sdk Cookie Duration: 2 weekshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target-dev/developer/implementation/privacy/cookie-behavior#cookie-settings Which option is accurate? Additionally, if the duration is indeed 2 years, is there a way/setting to minimize it to 6 months or a shorter duration? Please let me know. Thanks.

All requests under this specific Request are missing the "Planned Completion Date" field. Previously, it would be there by default. What would be the change that resulted into this field being removed from a Request? What settings should I look at to troubleshoot this?

Hi, Team.Hope you are doing great.   we are working on AEM 6.4(SP2) and multi-tenant. We have 5 projects on one jar.we are 5th place at multitenant project. our project  Now We got the requirement like develop custom 404 and 502 pages. Moreover, those error pages content is more specific about my project errors.  Now If I want to display my error pages if in my application content structure might be they hit the wrong URL.imagine that page is not available.  this time we have to show the error 404-page content. Make sure that it will not impact the remaining 4 other projects in multi-tenant. I mean they are dependent on by default 404 error like.  <html data-sly-use.responseStatus="apps.sling.servlet.errorhandler.ResponseStatus"><head><title>File not found</title></head><body>    <p>A custom errorhandler for 404 responses</p></body></html>Now if we hit any error page. we are getting

Hello I want to add custom button or action in toolbar which sends checked out files paths to a custom workflow. but in aemaacs overlay does not work in crx. somehow I managed to download /libs/... and changed folder to /apps/.. and filters and re-installed. I want to add new action/button which sends checked out files paths to custom workflow. I think we can send those paths to servlet and trigger workflow from servlet. In that case how to send those checked out paths to servlet. how to get those checked out paths of the files. we can iterate all the pages in servlet to know checkedout file paths but is there any other way to get those paths.2. how ootb quickpublish gets these paths to replicate?

Hello @kautuk_sahni , We are trying to create a Replication Preprocessor in AEM Publisher which should execute for Activate and Deactivate and Fire an API call if the page is deactivated with Page Path and Page Template, as this api has to be called only for few templates. We are able to execute it successfully but we are unable to get hold of resource as it is already deactivated while this preprocessor is executed. We need resource details as we need to check with if the item is Page or Asset and get template name if that is Page. Any thoughts will be appreciated or please help me in connecting with appropriate members if in case. Thanks  Shashi

We have a scenario where we frequently need to get the 'counts' of different sub-segments by using the Journey tool.   Doing this manually using audiences is not practical with the once a day run.   We get these 'counts' to advise the business team of how many will receive each treatment OR exist the journey.  To accomplish this it requires a journey to be published without any emails actions in the journey. We also have a permission level set that no business team can publish a journey, as this is to avoid accidentally sending an email to the wrong audience. Is there a permission level option to allow journeys to be published IF they do not contact specific actions, such as email?  This would allow the business team to have more access without incurring risk.

Hello every one , I want to get references from a node whether if it is a page , asset , experience fragment. Is there a way to get references in java. I used APIs which will be trigerred when i click on publish button. but these apis are different for each node. It is different for page , experience fragment , asset e.t.c.  My requirement is to filter out some references. particular resource path should be stored in a variable.  By using /bin/replicate I am getting all the references and resource path in path parameter . I cannot know which path is actual resource and which are references.

Hi All, I've create new 6.5 instance and try to setup context hub for personalisation however the segmentations are not getting resolved. can someone advise what could be the issue.  Thanks

Seriously? Someone reaches out to me via DM and I can't respond a second time?! Please fix this Adobe. a reply to a DM I receive shouldn't be blocked for any reason.

Can you pin an issue report inside the left panel of a project?  I'm trying to do this in a sandbox but the report I created is not showing up as an option to pin. Is this not something WF is capable of?

I know that I can create a field to track status timestamps but can I create a report column that does that for me instead?

I have an XT served to all traffic in the body of a page. On the same page, I would like to run an A/B test injecting new content into the header. When reviewing the QA links for the test, the presence of the test is creating a collision causing the XT lower on the page to not show up. Is there a way to set this up so the XT continues to show to all traffic while also running this header test?

Hi,We have Emailable flag from data ware house which filter out any unsubscribed, email invalid true flag. Our Marketing team wants to target spam or soft bounced record without any limit to deliver email in upcoming campaigns as spam bounce records become emailable after 24 hours and there is no limit in sending email to soft bounced records. My question:Does it require to have an email deliverability campaign to flag any bounced record or soft bounced with a minimum of 3 attempt and not delivered email 3 times with the given duration as Marketing Suspended as TRUE and remove them from any marketing emails? What could harm us if we keep try to send emails to spam and soft bounced records? We have 95.4% Delivered rate, 21% open rate , 1.4% clicked link in email rate.
