Solved

I want to use the Marketo API to display the content of an email message by providing the email ID. I can retrieve the HTML of the message easily, and display that, but I also want to display the values of To:, From:, Subject and Preheader, ex: fromName, fromEmail, subject, preHeader. The only methods I see that have access to these is "Update Email Metadata", "Update Email Content", and "Create Email". Is there an undocumented way to simply read those additional values, or something I'm missing? The goal is to be able to provide a preview of the email body and the other information via a single preview link, rather than having to resort to sending test messages to people we need reviews and approvals from. The existing method of sending links to "view online" versions of the previews also excludes the other values that need review.  Maybe there's a much easier solution? Thanks!

I want to add multiple OR condition in a single city attribute/data. {%#if Country = "INDIA" and City = "ABC" or "DEF" or "GHI" %}

Hi everyone,I’m working on a use case where I need to personalize the Delivery Label for a recurring email delivery. I’ve already enabled the option "Compute the label during delivery analysis" under Recurring Delivery Properties > Analysis.The desired format for the Delivery Label is:Company_<systemDate>_<segmentCode>_E01Here, the system date is handled using:<%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2Y%2M%2D") %>In my workflow, I’ve defined two segment codes (abc and xyz). As per the requirement, two deliveries should be created based on each segment, resulting in labels like:Company_241008_abc_E01Company_241008_xyz_E01The issue I’m facing is with personalizing the label using the segment code. I’ve tried using the following syntax:Company_<%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2Y%2M%2D") %>_<%= targetData.segmentCode %>_E01However, during delivery execution, I’m encountering an error that says the targetData is not defined.If anyone has insights on how to resolve this issu

I'm trying to move files I accidentally posted to one Workfront project to the proper project but I get an error saying, "Error loading secondary content..." I get the same error when I try to delete them, as well. I tried a different project to see if the same thing happens and it seems to happen on all files in all projects. Can someone help me figure out what is going on? Thanks.

Hey, Wondering if there is a simple, end user friendly solution (not having to write a 5 page code, or any at all) to change the default folder thumbnails look. It is clear how to change the thumbnail, so lets skip that part. Currently all thumbnails are covered in black shade that takes 70% of the thumbnail image. What's the point of having a thumbnail feature if it is covered with black or white shade? It makes no sense... This option neither shows the thumbnail, nor makes it easy to read the folder title due to transparency in the shade. Same applies to the collections... images with people have their faces covered by white shade. See attached for reference. AEM DAM 6.5 needs a bit of an aesthetic revamp. Many thanks

Hello,I have some batch campaigns I want to send with one piece of dynamic text that will be unique to each individual. I saw on the dynamic content guide page that it only works for triggered emails, not batch (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/general/functions-in-the-editor/using-dynamic-content-in-an-email). So how else can I get dynamic content in a batch email?

Hello Everyone!We have a requirement to reactivate/reload the specific OSGi service programmatically based on changes on certain nodes (especially, content fragment data). Is it possible to programmatically reactive/reload the specific OSGi service? If so, sharing any example or sample code snippet would be appreciated.We are thinking of writing Listener to listen to changes in content fragments data and in that listener, we are going to programmatically restart/reactivate/reload the specific OSGi service. I am open to any other suggestions as well.Just FYI, we have OSGi service registered with "immediate=true" so it's already active after the bundle is installed.Thank you in advance.

Are you users having issues with boards crashing, error messages, cards not working correctly, etc.? We have had several people reach out to us about it. One group has even stopped using boards altogether. I know last Friday, 9/27, there was an identified issue that was published. However, we have experienced this for quite a while. I did submit a support ticket and will continue to do it as more users reach out. My ask of you is, if you are experiencing similar problems, please turn in support tickets with the details. The more we provide to them, the more it will help them figure out how to stabilize it or have these concerns escalated to a high priority. Thank you.

  I am sending test values to web sdk through Adobe Launch and I get above error "Failed to Fetch" . Not sure what I may be doing wrong?   I have Web sdk extension with default settings ON.

Hi, I am currently trying to set-up some basic web tracking with the server-side forwarding and the AEP Web SDK. Following the documentation I managed to create a schema, a Datastream and a Dataset, however I am now faced with an issue where AEP Web SDK Extension in Data Collection doesn't let me create the XDM Object Data Element to map the variables to my schema. After selecting the XDM Object type in the Data Element interface I am presented with the following error:An error occurred.Failed to load schema metadata. An unexpected server response was received. My Schema uses the default XDM ExperienceEvent class with the Adobe Analytics ExperienceEvent Template Field Group. When I download the schema metadata there seems to be nothing wrong, however the extension can't pull it through for some reason.Has anyone run into similar problem?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I have many workspaces created for individual report validation during a project. I would like to move them all to a single folder. But, it turns out that when I select a RS and choose the 'Move to' button on the action bar, and select the target folder, the workspace is copied, not moved. Further, I observe that if I make an update to the workspace that has been copied into the new folder, that update also is recorded on the copy of the workspace that is still in the 'Projects' top-level folder. IOW, the two copies are linked in some way. Maybe, the copy in the folder is just a symlink to the original? I don't know. 😕😕  This idea of 'move to' as an alias for 'copy to' leaves me dumbfounded. Why is it this way? Thanks.mp

Hi, I have a stakeholder asking for a largethumbnail of an asset (attached to a task) within a Task Report (I get this is simple using a Doc Report 😊) but their tracker is a Task Report and fairly complex as it's integrated with Fusion and don't really want to go rebuilding it again. I've looked all over Experience League, found a few posts from a while back but wondering if anyone has had any luck? ThanksAndy

Hi team, I am currently in process of migrating the analytics tracking to WebSdk and while doing the same, I am facing a challenge for Experience cloud id (ECID). I am trying to capture ECID via data prep method as per this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/web-sdk/accessing-the-ecid and followed the steps like going to datastreams, within mapping I provided a sample JSON payload put source field like xdm.identityMap.ECID[0].id and refer to custom eVar where I want to track it. There are two questions which I wanted to cross check. 1. Although, I am able to see these ECID's in Adobe Analytics but I can't see them neither in any debugger like omnibug or in interact call, as I am expecting to see this ECID getting stored in that eVar where I am passing within that data prep method 2. Is this the recommended approach to capture the ECID's or is there any other way we can track the sam

Hello,i have written a custom authentication handler for OIDC based on this one: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager-blogs/building-an-aem-custom-authentication-handler-for-okta-openid/ba-p/632257It works locally but when i deploy it to the cloud instance, the redirect from my auth server back to AEM does not work. I think it is somehow blocked by the dispatcher.I already whitelisted the URL and parameters in the filters.any but it still does not work.Any suggestions would be helpful. # Allow oauth callback/801 { /type "allow" /url "*/oauth/callback" }/802 { /type "allow" /method "GET" /query "code=*" }/803 { /type "allow" /method "GET" /query "state=*" }

Does AJO have the ability to deploy an email on one date and resend that same email 2 days later to only those profiles who didn't open the original email? Is this achievable? If so, how?

Do the logical conditions in Launch Regular or Exception allows DOM ready rules to exclude subdomains from main domain for rule firing? for example, my domain and subdomain have the same Adobe Launch environment code. And, I have one DOM-ready rule that I want to fire only for the main domain https://www.abba.com .. Can I exclude this DOM rule from firing on my subdomain https://qwert.abba.com like below (considering both domain and sub-domain has the same Adobe launch code on them):  Thanks

When I navigate to the Projects list, select "Projects I'm On", and edit that filter, I notice that there's a field called projectUsersMM that looks like this:   projectUsersMM:ID=$$User.ID projectUsersMM:ID_Mod=in   This gives me the impression that there's a field (projectUsersMM) that tracks all users attached to a project. My question is, how do I access this field from my own report? I've tried a few report types (Project, Task, Hour, User...) but have not seen this field listed.   My overall goal is to build a report that lists all planned hours, by project, and filtered by Product Owner. I know I call pull in Product Owner in a Project report by utilizing collections (which I've done), but then I can't build a chart off of that field. I'm hoping that if I can access projectUsersMM, I'll be able to pull in just Product Owners and use it in a chart.

I configured Context Aware Config using wcm.io. When I edit a CA Config page, I saw my custom configurations which I wrote via @2932483 annotation. Till now everything is fine.But in the list of the configuration UI page, I saw all the configurations. Is there any way to restrict the configuration visible based on the content path?For example, For my_project_1 I wrote 2 configurations. config_A, config_B. And for my_project_2 I wrote config_X, config_Y, and config_Z.In the wcm.io page editor, I saw all the configurations, config_A, config_B, config_X, config_Y, and config_Z.But I want to see the configs based on their content path. For /content/my_project_1/master -> config_A, config_B and /content/my_project_2/master -> config_X, config_Y,  config_Z
