Solved

Hi,I asked a while ago for an Analytic essential account through DPS2015 dashboard. Few days later I received an email from support (in german!) telling me my request was close but no company/username/password was in it.Now the button for the same demand is disable in DPS2015 dashboard.Could you please tell me how to access to my analytic credentials ?

Hallo team,I am having real problems getting fonts that I upload to register within the app. I have followed the instructions here:https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-solution/help/cards-layouts.html...but I can't get the fonts to register in my preview app when I assign them to card metadata.I have rebuilt the app several times and reinstalled but no joy.If anyone felt charitable enough to have a look at the code below and see where I have inevitably gone horribly wrong, I would be very grateful!{  "version": "1.0",  "description": "Example font file.",  "fonts": {    "AkzidenzBold": {      "fileName": "AkzidenzGrotesk-Bold.otf",      "postScriptName": "AkzidenzGroteskBQ-Bold"    },  "AkzidenzBoldCondensed": {      "fileName": "AkzidenzGrotesk-BoldCond.otf",      "postScriptName": "AkzidenzGroteskBQ-BdCnd"    },  "AkzidenzBoldCondensedItalic": {      "fileName": "AkzidenzGrotesk-BoldCondItalic.otf",      "postScriptName": "AkzidenzGroteskBQ-BdCndIt"    },  "AkzidenzBoldItalic":

I don't know how I missed this previously but it seems you can't "create" a new report in the Analytics section; you can only clone existing reports. That is, if I right-click anywhere in Analytics I see the option of creating a new folder but not a new report. I have inherited a Marketo instance that is cluttered with reports that no one uses and have been asked to clean it up by deleting the old reports. So:1) Is the intent of the design that Marketo comes "out of the box" with one report of each type in Analytics and the idea is to keep the default of each type but to clone it to create customized versions?2) Assuming #1 is correct, where do I go to find a list of the default reports we are supposed to have in Analytics so that I can make sure to leave one of each there (assuming none are already missing!)? Thanks in advance!

I have a 2.0 form where I'd like to add a check box for people to request more information. The CSS of the landing page is controlling if the field is above or to the left of the field. Here's the landing page: Go with the Pro offers.netgainit.com/GoWithThePro.htmlThis is what the form looks like currently:Here's what I'd like the form to look like (with a bit more space between the email address field and the check box/text):Any CSS gurus that can help?

For some reason, last week, while I was working on my Preview app, some things got banged up in my Live app - Don't know why, but they did. Anyway, Now, I'm trying to restore my live app to how it should be, but the updates are not updating!  Trying to update card sizes and positions. I publish them but they are note coming through to the app.  Any suggestions? FWIW, I've even deleted the articles, added them back in and yet they still don't update.

We are working on switching retrieving a list of program names and ids from SOAP to REST.SOAP API seem to return SOME_PREFIX.PROGRAM_NAME for some of the programs in our customer's accountREST API seem to return PROGRAM_NAME onlyI'm not sure what SOME_PREFIX is. Is it a workspace? Is it a folder? Doesn't seem so from our test accounts. We don't have access to our customer's Marketo account, so we don't know what it is.Any idea what SOME_PREFIX is?

Hi everyone! Was hoping to get some answers regarding the GoToWebinar and Marketo integration. I've set up the integration and everything seems to be working fine, but will it update all "attendees" automatically or is that another step that I need to set up? Another question off of that is will that automatically update the Campaign Member Status to "Attended" in Salesforce? Thanks!

I realized that at the individual activity/record level, Marketo records if a user opened an email on mobile or PC. Is there a way to run a report on this metric, sort of like we do for our website properties in Google analytics?

I'm using this WordPress Plugin:Digital Publishing Tools for WordpressI have connection to the DPS, I see the DPS projects in my WordPress Plugin. I have a Send Alert attribute in the Flow stage of a Smart Campaign that is currently set up to send an Alert to two Salesforce users using the "To Other Emails" box. However, Marketo is only sending the alert directly to the first user and then CC'ing the next user into the email. Is there any way to send the email alert directly 'To' two users, rather than sending the alert 'To' the first user and then CC'ing subsequent users in on the alert?

This question doesn't exactly deal with Marketo but rather CANSPAM in general.  If your sales reps are using Salesforce to send one to one communications to prospects do we have to include an unsubscribe on the email message?

I was able to do this last week, but now I can't recreate it.How do you set it so that the Smart Campaign name defaults as the utm_campaign parameter? Thanks

I have come across this when researching using segmentation's and segments "Rules: Segments use Smart Lists to create hard coded groupings for dynamic content. Choose these rules carefully because they define the Segment and the first time a Lead qualifies, it joins the Segment forever."My question is centered around "joins the Segment forever". Do the segments move people in and out based upon the rules?  In my opinion if you don't qualify for the segment anymore you should be dropped. We have a B2B database and this data is constantly changing so perhaps its better to use smart lists.

We are sending out an email with 3 url's and I was wondering if Marketo lets you track who clicked on which link?

All,I'm having an issue with iOS 9 freezing every time I execute  the  DPS Nav toggle function.  This happens on the Adobe Gesture Examples that were provided as well as my html page; both of which work perfectly on iOS 8.onClick="adobeDPS.Gesture.toggleNavigationUI()"is this a known issue?

My app, created with Adobe DPS 2015, was rejected by Apple.-----Restoring In-App PurchaseWe found that your app includes a feature to restore previously purchased In-App Purchase products by entering the user's Apple ID and password. However, the application does not have any In-App Purchases that can be restored. It would be appropriate to revise your binary to remove this feature.-----I can't find where I can edit or disable the “account” app menu button, that takes the user to the “Restore In-App Purchase” option, that is not working.Since I'm publishing a free magazine with free articles, the initial idea is that no login is needed with any account neither the “Restore In-App Purchase” option would be available. Is there a way to disable the account menu button?orHow do I configure the “Restore In-App Purchase” option? Thanks,Valmir.

As we move more towards account-based marketing, and names originate in Salesforce as contacts under accounts rather than leads, just wondering if people are creating a "Contact Status" to provide an indication to marketing as to what's happening with that contact prior to an opportunity being created. If you are creating a Contact Status field, are you mirroring Lead Status values? Or taking a different approach. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,Some of our users have been complaining about the "update available" message they receive when content is updated inside a collection. They think that the notification means that they should update the app on the App Store. Is there a way that we can change this text? Thanks,

Can you start with creating your layouts/cards/content.or should you be uploading content/designing your cards, then structuring your layout? It has also been nerve racking trying to view your content.  I have been using the "preview" button etc and publishing content to my test app, but most times, nothing appears... after going though all the other options and making sure content has cards and layouts attached to what I am actually trying to view... still a blank screen.Has anyone else had these issues, and found solutions?  is there a "proper" protocol for structure?thanks.

Is the ability to edit field mappings and delete/edit salesforce fields just a feature in a higher level of Marketo that I don't have or does everyone have to submit a ticket to have these things edited/deleted/merged?Background: Recently, after much coaxing I became the salesforce admin for my company after our previous guy just kept getting too happy with custom field creation and have a bunch of crap that needs to be cleaned, deleted and consolidated (stuff like custom state and country fields that he created that have the same name in sfdc...no idea why).  Basically it just keeps confusing people and we are ending up with data split between fields of the same name because some sales rep selected the wrong country field, or assignment rules weren't working because the admin set them up with the country field that marketo didn't map to.  It is a bit of a cluster-f@$%.  Anyway...my team has submitted three tickets to have a couple fields merged (just 2)....the first time it was ignore

To move on indesign 2015, we must have Digital Publishing Solution. what is the date of commissioning?

Why does Colin use bootstrap in the project set up?

Yesterday, my app was working fine. I finally decided to play around with using my own fonts and FINALLY got them to work properly. But right after that, my app just started crashing every time I open it. I get to the splash screen, then boom, it's down.I've tried removing the fonts files and reloading the app, still not working.I've tried creating a new app file and loading that. Same thing.Any thoughts? I'm much more of a design person trying to build this without knowing too much code/technical stuff. Most importantly, I'm finally supposed to show it to my superiors today to figure out if we can budget this in for our publication. Please help.

Hello,Sometimes when we access our app built in DPS 2015, the hamburger menu is gone. When we close the app and open it again, it reappears. How can we solve this issue?Best Regards,
