I am using progressive forms for my webinars and am wondering if the best practice is to create one "webinar" form and use it for all my webinar landing pages? Or if I should be creating a new form for each webinar and using that one on the relevant landing page.

Hello all,Quick one here.....I'm trying to pull smartlists into a lead report to show me a consolidated report for leads by stream, cadence status, and exhausted status.I'm using a lead performance report, then I go to set-up, drag in custom columns, but when I try to select the smartlist, it is not there as an option. Does the smartlist have to be somewhere special to be visible to the selector? All mine are in the engagement program in marketing activities. Thanks for the help,RM

Do any of you use "Not You?" buttons on forms (along side the Submit button)? If so, how do you do this functionality? Thanks!

Hello,I'm setting up a nurture flow with a mix of emails from marketing and emails from sales reps using tokens.  I'm wondering if there's a way to log the emails sent from the lead owners as an activity in Salesforce? Thanks,Mike

Is there a way to make the text in the table of contents (side bar that pulls open with navigation) break to a second line? Currently the copy just gets close to the edge of the box and then makes ellipses. Thanks for your help.

In the new DPS when you have a full page video you can not tap on it to get the TOC drop down menu to navigate somewhere else. In the old DPS you could tap to get the top navigation bar. I tried placing an overlay of the video, but it still does not seem to be clickable. The pages we are doing have a video playing in the back with all the copy and items in front so we would not really be able to just close the video.

I am creating an app and have 52 pages of editorial content which are loading fine, then I began adding in our advertisements and would keep getting the "content Not Found" screen on my preview app. I removed said ads and started adding smaller amounts back in, I've discovered I can only add in 48 ads in addition to my 52 pages on editorial before I get the same "content not found" response on my iPad. Is there a file size limit or some other restraint I am unaware of for previewing the app on your iPad? Is there a work-around?Thanks,Shaynaafter further messing around, I believe I've discovered a 100 article cap per collection, is that correct?

Hi, I am using Marketo forms on a Marketo LP. I designed the form with a few fields to prefill. The form is being embedded into the LP using the embed code provided once the form is approved. We're sending the LP to recipients through a Marketo email with a mkt_tok enabled. I tested the LP and the form multiple times and they don't seem to be prefilling. I know that form prefills need a cookie, but i know that when a recipient clicks on a link from the email, they will be cookied. What is it making the form NOT to prefill? Marketo LP exists, munchkin is initializing, and the form is loading correctly. I tried the links from an incognito window, and I also tried the link after I cleared ALL cookies. It might be worth mentioning that I do not have an SSL certificate on website. Can anyone help me please? Thanks, Hussam

When I try to preview my DPS 2015 document the buttons work okay, but the scrollable frames do not work. They do work in DPS2014. How can I make them work in the latest version of the software?

We have an already published collection that we'd like to change the collection image for. We are able to change the image in the Collection Properties Images tab, but once we click DONE, the change doesn't stick. For what it's worth, we've also tried to change an image for an unpublished collection as well...same thing happens.Any suggestions?

When you deactivate a trigger campaign that has members in the middle of the flow, do they continue to receive emails, or do all emails cease?I'm wondering if the deactivation only affects new members from being added or if it stop everything in the campaign, including the remaining emails. Thanks!!

Okay - there seems to be a bit of a bug with the Image upload process - for backgrounds. Once you upload the new image and watch it load in the portal, you click DONE, and the collection you were editing doesn't say 'Out of date'. Stays on 'published'. I've signed out, and also refreshed the page - and also gone back through the menu and back in to the article. No joy!Any magic spells would be appreciated...

Where can I find these information?

Hi Marketo Community,I have a question regarding how Munchkin tracks leads who click on social media sharing buttons on your website. If a user say visits a page that has these buttons with the sharing functionality, will the Munchkin code be able to track this behaviour?Alos, is the social media sharing functionality only available on landing pages, or are you able to take the code and use it on your non Marketo pages? Thanks!James

I understand that activity logs are archived after 90 days and once they are archived, they will not available thru Smart Lists.  - Source: https://nation.marketo.com/docs/DOC-1294 But there is a way to opt out of the archiving.1-What are the ramifications for opting out, other than the increased time to build smart lists? 2- Will this be retroactive?

We are considering a transition from http to https during our site overhaul. Will we be able to use files and images hosted in Marketo on these non-Marketo pages? Can we wholesale convert all Marketo-hosted files to https, and make https the default for new files?

Is it possible to see in Marketo what email clients my emails are read in?  i.e., Outlook, Gmail, Postbox, etc...Thanks

Hi - we currently use 10+ dynamic fields in our alert emails to sales for their lead activity. Fields include lead name, company name, email address, phone number, behavior and demographic scores, most recent interesting moment, etc... and a link to open the lead record in SFDC.I'm reading about using the SP_Send_Alert_Info token in the Marketo product doc (Use the Send Alert Info Token {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} - Marketo Docs - Product Docs) and trying to understand the benefit of using this vs. our current setup. I can see that it would make it easier to update fields in our alerts, if we ever need to add or remove a field we could do it in one place vs. in multiple different alert emails (we have a few different ones set up based on the lead activity type). Are there any other advantages that I'm missing? Are most people using this? Thanks for any insight you can share.Megan

Hi,Does DPS2015 apps created with "Enable Entitlement" option checked and "Integrator_Id" completed works with an entitlement service server ?If yes, does it mean a "login" button should appear somewhere in the UI ? and how to tag content(article, collection?) to be restricted? If no, when will such features be available ? Corporate customers of DPS absolutely need this for private distribution.
