Hi Team, Could you please help me in how to know the current Data Processing location for Adobe Analytics?I know from the below mentioned documentation that Data processing locations currently reside in the United States (Oregon), the United Kingdom (London), and Singapore. But, how to know the specific location of data processing for our website domain and can we configure to have data processing in the specific data processing location only to comply with applicable laws and regulations.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/technotes/privacy-overview#:~:text=Adobe%20maintains%20three%20data%20processing,(London)%2C%20and%20Singapore. Thanks in advance!

HiWe currently are experiencing the following issue:Not all of our opens are tracked as the default open tracking pixel for Campaign is at the bottom of the email. The email content created by our business is sometimes too long so that particular clients like Gmail cut off the bottom of the email. Due to that the tracking pixel isn't loaded and an open isn't registered. We've tried to convince business of creating smaller emails but this isn't something they are willing to apply consistently. How can I move the default tracking pixel to the top of the email? Or how do you go about too long email content?I already tried including the Option of the OpenFormula manually at the top of the email, resulting in 2 tracking pixels. But it seems only the bottom one is being taken into account. Our current workaround is inserting a tracking pixel from Litmus but this isn't ideal as we don't have the data in Campaign using this method. Thanks!Leonie

We have access issues to github from office network and we are working to upgrade Adobe SDK for apps in office network. Is there a way where we can download all XC frameworks of extensions for Android and iOS from a non-github URL? We have found few xcframeworks and are downloading from assets section of release notes. But this has xc frameworks of only few extensions.https://github.com/adobe/aepsdk-core-ios/releases

Hello,  I am implementing one trust banner on website and I am aborting server calls if user clicks on Opt out. let's say I want count of users opting out. How would i get that in adobe launch/analytics. thanks.

I am writing a runtime webaction that ingests assets into AEM and updates content fragments. So I prepared a mock.json with 5000 asset inputs, call the webaction from Postman. This triggers async function that ll read mock.json, and executes for each asset.  I was able to test successfully for ~2000 assets. But observing exactly after 2.5 seconds, the runtime action closes automatically. Node action stops. So the assets waiting after 2.5 seconds, fail to ingest into AEM.  Is there any documentation for max time that runtime actions can stay alive? How to increase? Or we should use whisk alarm and run periodic cron through  non-web action instead of triggering as web action?

Can someone please explain the functionality and intention of the Adjust and Republish check boxes when you go to move an asset in the Assets view?I can't find documentation that defines them. Based on what I can cobble together on my own using the discussion boards, it looks like Adjust would update any links that reference the asset. Is this correct? If you didn't check the box, what happens? Does it impact published links? Thanks!

Hi Experts,Could you please help me find the field which can get me values :  sent, delivered, bounce, errors, open etc. from  ajo_push_tracking_experience_event_dataset.Example: we have interaction_type (open, click) in AJO EMail Event dataset and Feedback status (sent, bouce) in AJO Message Feedback dataset of AJO. Thank you,Shivani

recently i upgraded flutter to the latest version 3.19.5. After that all flutter aep plugins are not working. No logs are being displayed from Adobe.Need help with resolving the issue

AEM version 6.5 (SP 15)We have some config values of type AttributeType.PASSWORD, values are encrypted before putting into config file.Do we still have to decrypt them before using them in our Service? As per this documentation AEM will do it automatically, I wanted to confirm (without checking myself) - https://github.com/AdobeDocs/experience-manager-65.en/blob/main/help/sites-administering/encryption-support-for-configuration-properties.md#decryption-support-decryption-supportIt saysAEM now provides a Configuration Plugin to decrypt configuration properties. This AEM Plugin will automatically decrypt and retrieve the clear text properties.This is the way to decrypt them (if we have to) -@3214626 CryptoSupport cryptosupport; Public getDecryptedKey(int encryptedKey) { if(this.cryptoSupport.isProtected(key){ this.cryptoSupport.unprotect(key) }}

I've been facing a performance issue when dealing with multiple dimensions (more than 2) on Reports API using Python (URI: analytics.adobe.io/api/xxxx/reports). I didn't find any example of this case, not even a topic in this community. When I need to get all data for multiple dimensions, firstly I need to create all combinations (like a matrix) of each ItemID from a dimension "A" with each ItemID from a dimension "B" and "C" and so on. it causes a ton of combinations and a ton of API requests, and the majority of all requests doesn't brings back any result because, for example, not all "days" had the same "product" sold. So, I wonder if someone knows a way to use multiple metricFilters for the same dimension in an unique API request.Example: { ... "metricContainer": { "metrics": [ { "id": "metrics/orders", "filters": [ 0 ] } ], "metricFilters": [ { "id": "0

Hi all,I created a custom report that I export and send via email. Here the metrics that I include:Analysing the extracted data, I noticed that the "Total number of clicks" does not include all clicks made on the newsletter but only clicks made on CTAs. It therefore does not include clicks on mirror pages and opt outs (that I can see in Opt-Out metric). Is there a metric that includes all interactions (click on CTAs + mirror page + optout...)? If it does not exist, how can I extract the number of clicks on mirror page? And another question: how can I find the tracking log of the delivery sent by message center? Thanks

I've been seeing an issue where my "to send" count of a delivery is always 1 record higher than who actually qualified.  For example, I have 1 qualified person in my delivery and can see them on the delivery dashboard under the delivery tab but my count says "2".  It will try to process "2" but only sends to the 1 person so my success rate is 50%.  Why is it adding on this extra record? Thanks!Kristen

Hi All, Just want to hear from experts on the stability of AEM 6.5.21 version which got released recently. We are upgrading our On-prem version from 6.5.17 to 6.5.21. We are also incorporating language copy and live copy creation to Experience fragments to our existing structure. Any known issues or anything need to be aware of before we are live . Thanks,Gokul

I'm using JS to formt values. Insted of 1000, I would like it to be 1,000 on the final alert sent to the imbox of users.I've found this formatter func online, but it is giving me errors:const formatter = new Intl.NumberFormat('undefined', {style: 'currency',currency: 'USD',// These options are needed to round to whole numbers if that's what you want.//minimumFractionDigits: 0, // (this suffices for whole numbers, but will print 2500.10 as $2,500.1)//maximumFractionDigits: 0, // (causes 2500.99 to be printed as $2,501)});vars.field1 = formatter.format(vars.recCount)); /* $2,500.00 */Why?09/03/2024 5:11:37 PM SCR-160032 Javascript: error while compiling script 'WKF41027/js'.09/03/2024 5:11:37 PM JST-310000 Error while compiling script 'WKF41027/js' line 11: missing ; before statement (line='vars.field1 = formatter.format(vars.recCount)); /* $2,500.00 */ ' token='); /* $2,500.00 */ ').The code uses currency, but I'd like just render this as numbers. This is the alert sent as an e

I am looking for a guidance on how to setup AJO sandbox, data availability and permissions.Someone did, know this, please guide. Would like to setup a Sandbox environment and get started.

Hi Team, I am new to RDE environment, I created one and I was using aio commands to setup the RDE on local but mistakenly I used wrong org ID than the correct one for command aio config:set cloudmanager_orgid **@AdobeOrgand now I am not able to change it at all, is there any command in aio to reset the cloudmanager_orgid? Thanks,SD

Hi all,  I've noticed that the default click-through rate (CTR) reporting in Adobe Campaign Standard seems to calculate CTR based on the total number of recipients rather than the number of opens. Has anyone else experienced this, or could it be a setup issue on our end? I think it should be named Click Rate and not Click Through Rate.

Hello! We are struggling with a GraphQL query on our AEMaaCS publish instance. For showing certain news on our Android and iOS mobile apps, we'd like to query a list of article content fragments... of a specific path after specific date sorted by date having a particular cq:tags tag set returning the _publishURL of the page that references the content fragment Current state: Date works. Path works. Sorting by date will be supported with the March 2023 release. Checking for tags did work in AEM 6.5 but now it seems it does not work anymore? Do we miss something? The _references attribute only returns "RTE inline references" and not the page(s) that reference the content fragment. Is there a way to accomplish that? Our current query: query { articleList( # does not work # sort: "articleDate DESC", filter: { _path: { _expressions: [ { # Path e.g. /content/dam/gpa/articles value: "/content/dam/oegb/articles" _operator

I am trying to Implement the Experience Cloud in Mobile Android Applications, I've followed the instruction carefully as per the tutorial.Unfortunately we're getting some errors while Confirming that calls are being made to the Adobe servers in the Android Studio Logcat.Unable to retrieve the Launch configuration. We would like to create a report that captures all forms that a specific list of custom fields appear on. Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to approach this?

I need to know the average time spend on a page for certain period of time. Right now, adobe analytics only have time spend on page - Bucketed. I can know how many times people stay on that page in each bucket. But the thing is, users really want to know the average time spend on that page. Anyone know what's the best way to get this metric? Thanks

Hi, I have a "My to do List" report for tasks. It already uses the built in filter "Can Start", but that seems to only apply to parent tasks and predecessors that are/aren't completed yet, making the sub task can/can't start. I would like the report to also filter out tasks that have a task constraint of "Must Start on" or "Start no earlier than" with a constraint date greater than today. If they can't start yet, I don't want it on the to do list. I don't seem to be able to do this with the built in filters of "constraint type" and "constraint date". No matter what I do I wind up filtering out things I don't want to. Would somebody please be kind enough to show me the text mode filter to filter out tasks with "Must Start on" or "Start no earlier than" constraint types with a constraint date greater than today?
