AEM 6.5.18Problem statement: Trying to save PDF in AEM publish DAM and return a externalized PDF URL.A post servlet is created to POST data with pdf as blobdata to store PDF in DAM. If directly posted to AEM publish, PDF is stored in DAM successfully. However, if it is posted via dispatcher, we observe 400 - Bad request error. Things checked/observed:Enabled trace logs in dispatcher and ensured filter allows POST for servlet path.Since it is anonymous POST, no CSRF-TOKEN is generated. All /clientheaders required are allowed in dispatcherTried adding LimitRequestBody  LimitRequestFieldSize LimitRequestFields LimitRequestLine to sufficient sizeTried to disable mod_security to see if the multipart data is allowed to be posted to narrow root cause.Above did not resolve the issue and unable to determine the root cause of 400-bad request in dispatcher alone. Please let me know if any further inputs I missed to share. Kindly let know any pointers and if the data sent us

Hi All, I got requirement to create sub folder using workflows. Authors uses the workflow to maintain standard folder names and structures(Imagine author creates same sub folders for each quarter). In the beginning main folder does not have any assets. Author do not have permissions to access the tools -> workflow.I am able to invoke the workflow from servlet. when I am adding new action button using crxdelite overlay, it is throwing 'unexpected error occured while overlaying node'. Not sure adding custom button allowed in aem cloud version. Please suggest. Thanks in advance. Mehar.

How can I send a Push notification to Proofs when a Workflow fails?

Hello all,On AEMaaCS architecture for a public site, are there any challenges with passing request attributes between models as such (In turn between components) , assuming not but felt worth asking the question.

Hi All  Could you please any one explain Workfront in AEM Assets vs Brand Portal in AEM assets? Thanks

Hello all, I have a custom form data model annd associations. A custom data source to MS Dynamics CRM. I have a form with 15 tables to submit in one go and with error handling for each put/post. These tables are in a parent child relationship. Submitting parent did not submit child data although PUT request for parent has child entity. Surprising!hence trying multiple puts Question - how do i submit to all tables in multiple put/posts. Submitting to parent entity via PUT api does not update child and is stunning to me.  OOTB one entity can be submitted via FDM submit, I can handle via workflows but does not show up errors to the user in page so defeats the purpose. @mayankgu9 @workflowuser

Is there any api that does choose email? (attaching, assigning email to this email program)

I have already worked on the two documents listed and my error does not changehttps://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/failed-to-execute-goal-com-github-eirslett-frontend-maven-plugin/m-p/671895#M167976https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/failed-to-execute-goal-com-github-eirslett-frontend-maven-plugin/m-p/671895#M167976

if it's available, can you please provide the link? Thanks

Hi , We have a requirement where we need to transfer/copy the content (Pages and Assets) from Production AEM as a cloud instance which is in a particular cloud program lets say p1  to Stage AEM as a cloud instance which is in another cloud program lets say p2. Content transfer tool provided OOTB by Adobe does not support this use case as both the instances are in different cloud programs. The volume of assets is quite high. Is there any best strategy/approach which can be used to tackle this use case , also any approach to make this process automated.  Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hello Everyone, I tried to download: AEM Forms 6.5.21.0 Add-on for Windows from Adobe Software Distribution. It was trying to download. But failed after few minute. Tried to disable Anti-virus from browser, local system. Still, no luck.Same case, while downloading other large sized packages. Anyone has solution for this? Note: My internet speed is more than 100Mbps. Thanks

Hi,There’s a workflow that executes on author but page is on publisher and the workflow hand off occurs via AEM forms from publisher to author for some PUT requests with error handling. With an error at any step of the workflow on author , how do I send the notification to publisher from author, to display to the user ? want to ensure I cautiously pass data between instances I believe sling event can help but not sure I should over engineer it

Hey community,I have a question, please. Sometimes, when I deploy changes using mvn clean install -PautoInstallPackage, I only see blank pages with no components after the deployment is done. I need to restart my instance to get everything back. I've checked the logs and other things but haven't found the reason. Have you dealt with this before? If so, what could be the problem?

in a page I need to find after title first heading . there is any way to get the report and update first heading only for all the pages . i am trying to get the report in crx/de by using heading type. But i get all heading in the page.  Can anyone help me how to fix issue.

Hi, I'm extending the Table of contents core component, to include an heading tag which will be skipped by the component during render. So, I overlayed the html and added my changes to the html. When I paste the changes to crx/de in local the results are working as expected. But when I try to build using maven, getting the below error[ERROR] /Users/abc/projects/corp/ui.apps/target/generated-sources/htl/org/apache/sling/scripting/sightly/apps/corp/components/table__002d__of__002d__contents/table__002d__of__002d__contents__002e__html.java:[72,80] cannot find symbolsymbol: class TableOfContentslocation: package com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.modelsSince its an AEMaaCS, can i add the core dependency in pom.xml with provided scope?

Hi all, We install it locally using AEM SDK and create/customize/configure sites and deploy to AEM As A Cloud Service. 1.Is it possible to do these directly on AEM As A Cloud Service on the author, without local setup? 2.From local setup we deploy code using Cloud Manager. That code gets deployed to AEM As A Cloud Service author or publish or both in a single shot? Appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hi all, I am watching a video on Translate an Adaptive Form: AEM at AEM: Introduction to Forms Designer (adobe.com) After the whole configuration, the final step for translation to German is to invoke form with a query parameter "DE". My query is that it being a machine translation, should work without we doing anything special, after we set it up. In real life, how it works? We do not change URL just for translation. Appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hello, after creating a page in AEM, i am unable to update it's thumbnail through it's page properties. Please help me out

I need to pass a value from my Sling Model, for example shopId to my clientlib js associated with the AEM dialog. Following is my clientlib js for aem dialog.

We are trying to serve hidden content in AEM from logged in users using AEM. This is currently not our customer facing problem at the moment, I want to understand how the flow works. But, say we have some users (over 500,000k) users and the list keeps growing. We have 2 ideas to get this working as expected.Micro-Service.1. For new registers, we will have a form which will add a new user into the database based on the Micro-Service.2. The Micro-Service will deal with the authentication parts. The customer will attempt to login on the AEM website like Mcdonalds.com; the customer will fill in their username and password, and the hit enter. The micro-service will return a JSON Web Token, with their basic information and authentication token. Once we get a 200OK response from the server, we will make another call to an AEM servlet to authenticate into a common user of AEM. For example this is the "Basic" user. And from there, navigating through the AEM website, they should see Closed
