Solved

Hello!I was troubleshooting an issue and deactivated/reactivated a user.  Didn't fix the issue, and it created another where the user is now listed as [deactivated] on the proofing workflow so they can't access some proofs.  I've tried removing then adding them back, @ mentioning them, changing their role, sharing the proof, and have gotten nowhere.  Any ideas or tricks you can think of to fix this? Thanks!

Hello,I currently have Adobe Campaign Classic on premise application configured with DKIM signing active. Emails sent to Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are signed correctly. However, emails sent to Microsoft Office mail are not signed correctly. From what I have been able to see there is an issue with DKIM signed emails to Office 365 emails but I don't know if anything can be done in the Adobe Campaign settings to fix it, I am not very knowledgeable about Adobe Campaign Classic and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!!

I have searched documentation and the community for this answer and I feel like I'm almost there. Here's what I have:We have a request queue with a custom form that asks requestors to propose a price for the listing they want. When the request comes in, someone looks at the proposed price (among other details) and generates an actual price. We want to document that actual price with the request. Can I do this in a custom section that is:Editable for only certain users?Viewable to anyone? It looks like the answer might be yes. If so, I'm missing something in my setup and could use your help.My setupAt the end of my custom form, I added a custom section. In the Grant access settings of that custom section, I set:Users with this access to the object can view field values: ViewUsers with this access to the object can edit field values: EditMy Form sharing looks like this:There are two things going on here you should know about:For the individual users, Workfront won't let me promote th

In the top right-hand corner when building a segment there is an estimate of the number of profiles that have qualified for that audience. How accurate is that estimate? On occasion I have business partners that have audiences <10 profiles -- is it accurate enough to pick up on sale audience sizes? IS there a rule of thumb or an understood margin of error?

Is there a way to mask/hide an ugly URL that is on a Workfront Form, with alternate text?...by using a calculated field?

We have an already-built component that utilizes a third party JavaScript API. There is a textfield property entered by a content author that is ultimately read by the JavaScript API to display a message. The property is stored in a data-* attribute in the HTML. We want to change the textfield to a richtext so rich text features can be enabled, like bold, italic, and creating a link. The data-* attribute supports containing html. The problem is an <a href> tag/attribute in the HTML that is contained within the data-* attribute does not get transformed via Link Checker Transformer because it is quoted HTML in an attribute rather than real HTML.  HTML Example:<option value="message" data-alert="<p>Message here with a <a href="/content/project/site/en/about.html">link</a> to an internal page.</p>" hidden="true">alert</option> I am not sure how to tell the link transformer to process that HTML as HTML, finding

For Arabic pages arabic will be displaying.  Issue: English footer is displaying correct order in english pages and in arabic footer is arabic footer displaying but in mobile view the footer is displaying in reverse. Hello Team, I'm looking to enforce mandatory fields in the delivery form to ensure nobody leaves them empty. I've tried using the "required" attribute along with the "leave" tag as suggested in the documentation, but it doesn't seem to be working. Could you please suggest an alternative approach or guide me on how to properly implement this?  Thanks,Ankita Vishe

Hi Team,I have come across this link: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/operations/page-authoring/rich-text-editor.html for configuring RTE in touch UI.But still its not clear in that link, for how to create RTE in touch UI. As they mentioned, we need to create RTE in touch UI under In-place editing (touch-optimized UI and classic UI):.../text/cq:editConfig/cq:inplaceEditing/config/rtePluginsNOTE  If, for example for backward compatibility reasons, the node under cq:inplaceEditing is called something other than config, then ensure that on the intermediate node:cq:inplaceEditingThe following property is defined:Name: configPathType: StringValue: name of the node used for the configuration definitions (i.e. the equivalent ofconfig; e.g. in some previous cases it was defined as inplaceEditingTextConfig)  Editing in a Dialog (classic UI only):.../text/dialog/items/tab1/items/text/rtePluginsBut still I am not able to achieve it. As suggested, I created the rtePlugins under .

Hi, I am making an API call  to users using querydef inside the JS activity of workflow. Since Querydef can handle 10k records at a time, we split the entire records into 9k each and used multiple javascripts as show below. We created one JS activity and copy pasted the same for the other two. I am using 'logInfo' inside the JS activity to print the users the the API call has been made. The issue is, when right click on The JS activity and do display logs, I see the entire consolidated logs of the 3 JavaScript activities inside each java script activity . For example: in the below case, I see 27k user data inside each JavaScript activity when I do 'Display logs' instead of the 9k API call each JS activity has performed individually. Is it an expected behavior? How can I be sure that Multiple API calls are not made to the same user?  Please help

Do you have any idea how to debug this?

Hi,  We're in the process of onboarding our technology team workflow into Workfront. One request is to include UAT forms into Workfront using custom forms. The UAT forms aren't fully standardized and would need to be partially customized for different project testing sessions. Our custom form building is kept within admins so we don't want to expand that to include form creation and customization for UAT. The option we are thinking of recommending is to have the team create UAT forms in a form builder and add the UAT form builder link to the project task that pertains to UAT. Are there other options that we're missing that we could use to incorporate UAT into Workfront projects?ThanksCathy

Hello! As my organization (financial services) becomes more integrated into the adobe suite, one of the issues we continue to face is how best to facilitate review and approval of web content (i.e. articles, product pages, thought leadership, etc.). Currently, writers are creating a representative sample of something like a web article in word, uploading and tagging the doc in Workfront with the appropriate metadata (think audience, topic, etc.) and then upon legal approval of that doc in Workfront, they then recreate that web article in AEM, retagging with the approved metadata and then publishing. Is possible to cut this process out entirely, and instead author the article or page directly in AEM and somehow push a representative sample / proof of that material to Workfront (along with the selected AEM tags) for legal review and approval. Without having to duplicate tagging efforts, create representative samples, etc....?
