I was curious if anyone has tried customizing the RTE to allow authors to highlight text and add schema.org markup for SEO purposes. We have been looking at the possibility of creating a custom plugin for the RTE based on https://www.bounteous.com/insights/2022/01/06/custom-rich-text-editor-plugins-adobe-experience-manager Has anyone else tried using the RTE for this purpose or have you done it another way? Just looking for suggestions or recommendations. We are just starting to add schema markup to the site and are starting with company addresses which are authored via the RTE and not using a specific address component. thanks in advance

Hi all, I've recently encountered an issue whereby all of the File download reports are showing as "Unspecified" We have change the host for these files recently but I thought the File Downloads report would pick up this regardless since the file format (PDF) is the same. What do I need to do to get the link names back? The number of download instances is appearing fine so no issues there.

Hi AC Community, We are experiencing connectivity issues in that our connections to Adobe Campaign from the office network seem to timeout after just a couple of minutes and we need to reconnect constantly throughout the day. Any ideas / suggestions on what we could perhaps check / look into to improve this? Thanks in advance for any insights.

Hi, I am a Mac user and currently I am using Power BI online version (no desktop version for Mac).I wonder if there is a way to integrate Adobe Analytics to Power BI on Mac. Do I need to do it in the Windows environment? I also found these two instructions but it seems like they all refer to the desktop version in Windows environment.Publish to Power BI - Overview https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/analyze/report-builder/publish-powerbi/power-bi#:~:text=The%20Adobe%20Analytics%20integration%20with,distribution%20using%20email%20or%20ftp.Adobe Connector in Power BI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nf716LdR0z8 Thank you!

Hello,I have a problem at one of my customers, who recently moved to AEM cloud from his on-premise instance. Most of the content are classic pages, with a 1 day cache, and works fine. One of the access point provides "real time" data to external services, with a cache time of 10 seconds and millions of calls per month.Billing has increased too much when switching to the cloud, and we need to figure out a solution.1) Apparently calls to the CDN and calls to the publisher (so hits that go through the cache) are billed the same way, so changing the cache duration would not change the bill, as the number of calls will not change2) Moving the interface to e.g. Adobe I/O seems not to be a solution, as apparently calls to that interface cost much more (*5), even though it would be a micro-service instead of a dispatcher answeringWhen I look at the Adobe offerings, I can't seem to find the place where I would place this service in order to reduce the bill- AEM Sites (including CDN): bill 1 traff

Hi Everyone, On ACC's latest version, the Access management part has moved to the Admin console. We can no longer create an operator on the instanceclient console version - 8.5.2Application server version - 8.5.2 I am leveraging OOTB-provided API for one API requirement using:  Xtk:Session#Logon Service to generate a session token, security token. Can anyone confirm how to create an operator with password in this case from Admin console. As I think Operator created from Admin console works only with adobe id. Thanks

Hi Team,I have a question regarding audience evaluation. I'm using a streaming audience that includes several profile attribute checks and event checks within the last 24 hours. If I remove the event condition from the audience, will it immediately evaluate without the events, or should I expect any time delay in the evaluation process? Thanks.

We have integrated Adobe target with AEM. We have configured a recommendation activity for a particular page. As expected, the mbox call is requested on every page load, but the weird part is the call is returning inconsistent response.  Note: No changes were made to the activity in the last 4 months and this issue is being encountered only in the recent days. Also, the response below might not be in the right format as I have removed some confidential attributes. for eg: This is the request that goes from our end to target:https://dayintegrationintern.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/organizationid/mbox/json?mbox=target-global-mbox&mboxSession=sessionvalue&mboxPC=&mboxPage=mboxpage&mboxRid=mboxrid&mboxVersion=1.5.0&mboxCount=1&mboxTime=1711017185672&mboxHost=hostID&mboxURL=URLof the configuredpage Expected response(which is returned some times) : {"sessionId":"ID","tntId":"tntID.35_0","offers":[{"responseTokens":{"offer.name":"Offername-102

How to export Proof Users Id and details in Excel?

Several members of our team have expressed frustration that when they click on a task from their MyTasks dashboard, it goes directly to the task, and they have lost the dashboard. Is there a way to force the tasks to open in a new window, keeping the dashboard visible (without clicking the back button)?

Hello Looking to delete/reset all the data in the Catalogue in Target Recommendations. Is there another way apart from API?Thanks,Abhi

We are using Adobe Target Server Side Node SDK in our backend Node App.As per the documentation once Activity is changed/goes live in Target, it takes around 20 mins for artifact to be pushed to Akamai CDN from target Edge.So although Node SDK polls CDN for updated Rules every 5 mins in the background, it really takes 20 mins for Rules Artifact to update after activity is updated.Does anyone know workaround this? We need the changes to be propagated instantly to Node SDK when activity changes. Documentation : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target-dev/developer/server-side/on-device-decisioning/overview.html

My Compliance team is starting to get into Workfront. The Compliance Analysts need to be able to share proofs + add proofing Workflows BUT for books and records purposes we don't want them to be able to delete comments. Does anyone have a good suggestion to allow them to have access to do pretty much anything they want with a proof EXCEPT delete comments? Thanks!lindsey

We have added a simple image to the CSS of form options which adds an image of a tick mark to the box instead of just filling it in a solid color. The issue we are having is that when deployed on SIT, the URL is shortened automatically which leads the image failing to load.    This is the link showing on Local which is an image of tick mark and is working fine. data:image/svg+xml,%3csvg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' viewBox='0 0 20 20'%3e%3cpath fill='none' stroke='%23fff' stroke-linecap='round' stroke-linejoin='round' stroke-width='3' d='m6 10 3 3 6-6'/%3e%3c/svg%3e  But this same link on SIT and dev is wrong as the whitespace in the link is being deleted. For example, in viewBox, ‘0 0 20 20’ is being changed to ‘002020’. data:image/svg+xml,%3csvgxmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'viewBox='002020'%3e%3cpathfill='none'stroke='%23fff'stroke-linecap='round'stroke-linejoin='round'stroke-width='3'd='m610336-6'/%3e%3c/svg%3e How can

I am the Workfront admin for my department and I am trying to figure out Workfront can solve this particular issue. My department is responsible for creating internal training for our organization. When we develop a new course, we create a workfront project to track the development of the course from Ideation to Course Launch. Once the course development is complete, the project itself is completed. However, we also would like to be able to have Workfront either reopen the project or create a new project for the revisions we will be making to those courses. Some courses are on a yearly revision cycle, others are 6 months or 3 months. We are still in early adoption phases of workfront, so we can change a bit how we utilize projects. Is there a way to have the project change status after a certain period of time? Or is there a better way we can track these revisions?

We have a team looking to capture external vendor hours.  We don't have the external vendors in Workfront so the main point person is logging the time under their user account.  We have offered the solution to log it under a different hour type called "Vendor Time" so they can filter but they want to view in matrix form together with the actual team members. Note we are SSO and migrating to Adobe Admin Console so I can't create generic user accounts for them to log time against this as the vendor.  How do others manage this?

Hi, We are migrating client website from AEM 6.5 (AMS) to AEMaaCS. As part of the migration, we noticed that existing 6.5 codebase has etc mappings defined under /etc/map like below: Do we need to make any changes to these for cloud migration and for them to work as expected.

We use Adobe Analytics to report on website conversions/revenue. We currently pass ACS data for delivered, opens, and clicks and we are able to break-out by the campaign label or delivery label. We'd like to be able to see reports in AA broke out by audience segments but is there a way to relate this data? ie - could we add a variable tracking tag to URLs? Or is there a way to create a report based on custom profile attributes that could integrate with Adobe Analytics?

As per this document, when dealing with multiple threads we'd have to create one session for each thread: https://cqdump.wordpress.com/2013/11/25/cq-development-anti-pattern-single-session-multiple-threads/ Does this still apply with the latest JackRabbit Oak used in 6.3 and above?

Hi! We have a domain (let's call it X) on which AA is currently working fine. Now there's a different domain (let's call it Y) on which we want to track data using the same script as on X, as they are related to each other and work together. I thought it would be enough by adding the Launch scripts from X (dev, stage, prod) in the <Head> of Y (dev, stage, prod), add the new Y domain into the X Tag property. Now, with Omnibug, Launch fires, but no signs of Adobe Analytics... On the Network tab, I see appMeasurement there, but not Image request, no data sent to Debugger... nothing at all from Adobe Analytics part. Is there anything I am missing? Should I create a new Property tag instead?
