Hi Team, I am new to RTCDP and trying to understand:- Can we modify an audience after activating to a destination? Will the system allow this operation? If so, what will be the implications on campaigns using the audiences? I think, I could do it in a dev setup, but looking for situations once it is in prod.- Is there a way to deactivate or archive an audience, instead of deleting it? Did not find relevant material on this in the documentation, kindly help me understand and also provide links to the right content, if there is any. Not sure if I missing anything here. Regards,Rohit

Hi All,We are exploring options for adding 2FA to a Marketo landing page. The context - the landing page will house the terms and conditions of our NDA and the user has to click the checkbox to digitally accept the NDA terms and conditions. At the same time, we want to make sure that the correct person is accepting the NDA. For this, we want to use 2-factor authentication.Has anyone implemented something similar in Marketo? Any integrations that can help?Regards,Liju

Hi everyone,    I wanted to edit a channel for a trade show, although under "system mapping" I'm missing the fields "Invited" und "Engaged". The are not exciting in the drop down. I couldn't figure out, how to add those values as a choice in the drop down. Does anyone know?

Hoping for some guidance in this scenario 😁 I inherited my instance so be easy on me 😂 One of the programs I'm trying to create is an Automated Renewal Reminder program that sends a reminder email 5,4,3,2 months prior to "+1 year" of the renewal date on record. (SF & Marketo are synced) The renewal date is stored in a field in the "Account" object in Salesforce.  The persons email address lives in the "Lead" object. Since the renewal date itself resides on the "Account" object in Salesforce (which is the company data), there is no direct correlation between an "Account" and a "Lead" that I can find and it's not quite clear how I should approach this. Example:If SFDC Type = Lead ANDIf Renewal Date = 1/1/2024 (from the Account record object)-----add 1 year (making it 1/1/2025) then subtract 5 months ANDSend email "X" to "Lead email address" .....and so on for the other months also.  Wondering if @sanfordwhiteman o

We have given Read only access to Campaign management to QA resources, we have a operator group for QA with read only access to the Campaign Management and other folders, this works fine they cannot Save any existing campaign's.Is there a way to disable Create button in Campaigns ?

We want to track exit links for a page whenever the user leaves the page whether to a different page within the site or a completely different site. I've tried slightly different versions of the steps below:  1. Configure a rule that sets a variable upon landing on the page, without sending a beacon or clearing the variable.2. A second rule that gets fired when history changes and the above variable exists. It sets a page URL variable, sends a beacon and then clears the variable. But it seems like the variable doesn't exist when the user leaves the page, so #2 never gets fired. I think there's something about eVars and props that I don't understand. Or should I try a completely different approach? I've also tried props with pathing but wasn't sure if that was working either, and I've also read I should try to use eVar over prop.

Does Marketo have a native integration for Instagram Lead Gen forms similar to Facebook and LinkedIn?

Hello, what happens is that I have a component and this has a sling model java, my idea is that I make a request with a url and I bring me the title of the page and save it in a getter, the code would be as follows: public String getRecipeTitle() {        String pageLink = "PAGE LINK";        String titlePage = "";        try {            // Fetch the webpage content            Document doc = Jsoup.connect(pageLink).get();            // Extract the title            Element titleElement = doc.select("title").first();            if (titleElement != null) {                titlePage = titleElement.text();            } else {                titlePage = "Title not found";&

I'm trying to report on our monthly send volume, using the email performance report. However, I'm not sure how to select all emails with the new email selector UI. I assumed I could click on "default" at the top, but that didn't work. The goal is to all emails selected, including those from new programs created each month, where I only have to update the timeframe each time. I'm sure this is a rookie mistake, but I'm unable to find anything online.

Hi all,  I have create an audience composition in AEP and I've enriched it with some data attributes from a lookup table. The new audience is called 'Save audience' which I'd want to use in AJO. However, the count of the new audience created from audience composition doesn't seem to have updated. Is there a delay in the time it takes for the count to update or there usually isn't a count shown for these audiences? Thanks

Dear Adobe team,Our team has implemented AEM as headless with Next.js, resulting in the loss of preview mode on AEM. In order to restore the authoring experience, we have been following the AEM + Next.js documentation. We have exposed an API that provides us with NEXT_DATA and another API for generating assets-manifest.json for client-side rendering. While we were successful in rendering server-side pages on AEM, we encountered an issue where the pages were stuck in an infinite loop.  Key Points:1. We do not utilize responsive grid for data rendering.2. We have our own method of forming and rendering component.

We have recently developed some new editable templates and components including a component which isn't compatible with static templates. As we're soon moving to AEM Cloud from 6.5, we need to make this change and don't want to make the new component compatible with the older template which will gradually be phased out. We need to replace a hierarchy of pages 3 levels deep using older static templates with a new series of pages which use the new template and feature the necessary component. We need to retain the same path we currently have after the change. The parent page we need to make this change to currently has approx 450 child pages. See example below:HomeStudy (keeping existing template)Programs /home/study/programs (changing this page and approx 450 child pages below it)What's the best and simplest method to replace the old hierarchy of pages with the new at the same path as the existing pages and update the inbound references in the process?

Hi Community, des AEM allow you to download directories (folders) that are empty?Example: you have directory A, where folders A1, A2, A3 and A4 are stored. Content (assets) are only in folders A2 and A3 - A1 and A4 are empty. I would like to get folders A1-A4 during a download and not just A2 and A3.Is this possible, if so, how? THX for input Frank

Hi Team, The project I'm working on, there have been lots of discussions to move the AEM 6.5 datastore into a S3 bucket but not for the typical AWS S3, they want to migrate it on Cloudian. Since there is not an oficial connector from AEM to Cloudian. I'd like to hear from your experience guys if someone has done such migrations using a different technology that's not fully documented from the oficial Adobe documentation. I mean, my team had contacted adobe support to check the viability to do such integration and their response was to check Cloudian APIs to understand more about how compatible and stable this integration might perform as well as to know the potencial risk associated with custom integrations.  upper-management refuses to follow the best practices that Adobe offers and wanna try to transform the imposible into posible (which might be fine at certain point). Since there is not any AEM Arquitect in the project to evaluate such solution, the guy who is i

I have created a custom experience fragment template type and using that template type have created an experience fragment template also. Both of this template refers to a node which has a dialog to add the certain JS & CSS in the XF. This node has a property- checked whose value is true by default but despite of that, files are not loading. When i go to the page properties and simply do the save & close, it gets loaded. When checked in the crx/de, i found that in the master.html node, the property is not getting generated itself. The requirement is to load the property by default when the property is checked without manually saving it. I need the solution for the same without using the sling model.

Hello everyone, when i show in a list any date i get the format MM/DD/YYYYI would like to know how to get by default the format DD/MM/YYYY.Thank you in advance,Héctor@Manoj_Kumar_ @ParthaSarathy @Parvesh_Parmar @DavidKangni

Hi team,  We are currently testing the capabilities of AEM Assets and we have been able to find videos that walk us through how to upload new versions of assets in AEM Assets. We have been unable to find any that help us fully understand how the naming convention of the new asset needs to be the same as the existing asset in AEM Assets to be added as a new version. I've recently uploaded a new asset with the same name as the existing asset into AEM Assets and it uploaded as a new separate asset in the system. Is there a reason why this would happen? Would metadata have anything to do with it? Has anyone else had this experience or know of any documentation that covers the naming convention and versioning relationship in depth?  Best,E

AEM as a cloud service 6.5I'm looking at directions to disable asset download based on user groups permissions. There are two download buttons in the assets console- one in the top rail when you select an asset- another as an icon on the asset card I can think of overlaying the node to define custom behaviour1) Can you please point me to the node which needs to be overlayed ?2) How do we toggle this behaviour for different user groups. I'd like to set just one group to have download restriction and the rest of the groups can download. Any sample code, references will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
