Hi We're running a kick-start but having an issue whereby the setSubmittedByID column seems to be ignored and I am the Submitter of 200+ Requests... I've also tried the setEnteredByID field but without success, how do I set the original Requester ID? Guessing an option is to use setOwnerID as the stakeholder which does work as expected 😊     Thanks!

Currently we are on classic UI and my clientlibs and other structures are under the etc folder. We are using the static template. We have initiated project to the upgrade the AEM from classic to touch UI, clientlibs under the ui.frontend package. Along with to this, we also wanted to upgrade to the latest archetype i.e. 47. When I tried to upgrade the archetype, I faced several issues related to jackrabit validation related issues belonging to the node location, node properties (Classic UI dialog related issues) etc.Should I move the nodes, covert the dialog first then go back to upgrade the archetype? Please suggest the sequence. Thank You.

I have the Last Note column in my project view, I'd like to add the date & name of who entered the last update. Can anyone help with the expression needed in text mode?

Hi fellow Marketo users! In my smart campaigns for single email sends, I have the following smart campaigns:When the email is delivered:When the goal of the email is to click to the content, we change to "Influenced" to document number of successes:Everyone who clicks the email has a detail of "Skipped Cannot change to a previous status". Can someone recommend a solution to this situation? Thank you!

Hi all,We've realised that the mirror page in our proofs/test emails sometimes doesn't work or it does but for a very short period (maybe 5-10 mins). Whenever the mirror page stops working the following error message appears: A technical error has occured: Bad mirror page; rc=404 com.neolane.fwk.core.NlException: Bad mirror page; rc=404 at org.apache.jsp.m_jsp._jspService(m_jsp.java:142) at org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:731) at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.java:472) at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.serviceJspFile(JspServlet.java:395) at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java:339) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:731) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.internalDoFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:303) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.doFilter(Applicat

I'm working on a weekly file export for an audience that updates daily.  Fields in the Audience:ID, Policy Number, and Date Added (populates the date they were added to the audience) I want to do an incremental pull of that audience, but the export file needs to see the fields in the audience. The activity in workflows that would show that information is the Read Audience activity. I need help figuring out how to use that and only populate the incremental data.  Is there a workaround for this, or am I just going to need to accept that it won't work the way I need it to?

Hi there,Our Salesforce account has a good amount of old leads (40k+) that we don't want to have transfer over into our Marketo account. When the Marketo sync is enabled though, those leads are automatically sent over from Salesforce into our Marketo account and we have to pause the sync and delete those old leads. We want our information syncing between the two systems, but if someone is an old account in Salesforce then we don't want them to transfer over. Is there a way to block that from happening, and if so how?I think the answer here is probably possible, but I'm not sure how to go about accomplishing that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Is there a way to find and replace text in a project? I have reports that were for 2023 that I now have to change to 2024. I'd like to use find 2023 and replace it with 2024 instead of scrolling to manually change one at a time.

When there is a change in header and footer then all of the site pages gets invalidated in dispatcher. This causes an increase in load on publish instances as dispatcher has to fetch all the pages again to serve new requests. What is the best way to avoid this instant load on publish instances ? Do you guys use re-fetch flush agents ? Are there any issues or any known problems in using the re-fetch agents? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/kb/optimizing-the-dispatcher-cache.html#refetching-flushhttps://stackoverflow.com/questions/40358559/why-do-we-use-refetching-dispatcher-flush-agents-in-aem

What does adobe consider an average engagement rate for a B2B website?

Is there an alternative way to report on Bounce Rate?Or, can you define a bounce to happen where hits <=2? Bounce rate does not work for us traditionally, because we have a chat bot that fires an event on every page, followed by a secondary hit to an audience tool (Bombora).  I know that single page visit rate can be an alternative, but it's not the best descriptive metric in my use case.

I'm working with a task report. It has a chart that has one (standard mode) Groupings:Assigned To >> Role ID We would like to show the role name instead of the role ID though, so I changed the Groupings to text mode. The report details groups by the role name as expected, but I cannot get the role name to show on the chart. This is my Groupings:textmode=true group.0.displayname=Assigned Role group.0.namekeyargkey.0=assignedTo:role:name group.0.namekeyargkey.1=roleID group.0.valuefield=assignedTo:role:name group.0.valueformat=string group.0.namekey=view.relatedcolumn group.0.linkedname=assignedTo Can someone tell me what I'm missing? Thanks!

Hi Team, I have parent node '/content/example/en_us' which has jcr:primaryType of value 'cq:Page'. It is published using  Please read the update at the end of this question.replicator.replicate(session, ReplicationActionType.ACTIVATE, paths, replicationOptions); Here are the replication options:replicationOptions.setSuppressVersions(true);replicationOptions.setSynchronous(true);replicationOptions.setSuppressStatusUpdate(false);   After replication when I create node as '/content/example/en_us/sample'  with jcr:primaryType of either 'cq:PageContent' or 'cq:Page' it inherits the replication properties cq:lastReplicatedBy,cq:lastReplicationAction, cq:lastReplicated from parent. The incorrect behavior is this node  '/content/example/en_us/sample' is not even replicated but just gets the properties from parent. How to stop inheriting the replication properties from parent node? I do want other properties to be inherited. Any help is apprecia

I would like to have dispatcher agent to be configured on prod author so that I can purge dispatcher cache from author. But our PROD is setup like one author two publishers and two dispatchers.https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/dispatcher-flush-ui/index.htmlThe documentation doesn't talk about two dispatchers here, so wanted to know if  we can clear both dispatchers cache from one dispatcher flush agent setup in author ?Thank you!Sagar Verliani

Hi, I'm trying to follow the AEM WKND sites tutorial, I successfully generate the project using archetypeVersion=35 and aemVersion="6.5.0", but after creating the Basic Components page, the page has no content and no component available. I'm using AEM 6.5 for my jar file. I also check my WKND Site Project - Core in console bundles and the status is already "ACTIVATE":  This is my command:mvn -B org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:3.2.1:generate -D archetypeGroupId=com.adobe.aem -D archetypeArtifactId=aem-project-archetype -D archetypeVersion=35 -D appTitle="WKND Sites Project" -D appId="wknd" -D groupId="com.adobe.aem.guides" -D artifactId="aem-guides-wknd" -D package="com.adobe.aem.guides.wknd" -D version="0.0.1-SNAPSHOT" -D aemVersion="6.5.0" This is my AEM version: This is the page I created for WKND page (Component Basics) Can someone help me on this please? Thank you.

Hello! Marketo states in their documentation that Smart Campaigns can be shared across workspaces.  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/administration/workspaces-and-person-partitions/understanding-workspaces-and-person-partitions.html?lang=en And I wonder what that means. Yes, you can share folders in "Marketing Activities". In fact, only the highest level folder in a Workspace can be shared. If you do that, a locked - shared - folder appears in the target workspace with the complete empty folder structure of the source Workspace in it. What could be the purpose of this feature? You still can't reference a Smart Campaign from the Source WS in the Target WS. (Neither request campaign nor execute campaign brings up these Smart Campaigns.)You see the tokens of the Source WS in your Target WS, but as you can put anything underneath that Shared Folder, you can't use them in any way. Before today I didn't even know that you could

Hi All, We are migrating from AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud and wanted to utilize the preview tier on AEM cloud to preview the content before publishing.Currently the website is using SAML authentication. There are 2 requirements related to the preview tierA particular user group with permission can access particular path in the preview.Whitelist a domain so that a user with that domain will have access. @arunpatidar @estebanbustamante

Hello Team,We want to use content fragment + graphql feature to expose headless content. We could achieve individual components model and graphql endpoint to specific content fragment via persisted/http post api. from FE, this could be a problem making a API call for each component from performance point of view. So we want to combine the different content fragment and expose via single api. Please let us know how we can do this ? Hero Card -> we have individua endpoint for this componentTeaser -> we have individua endpoint for this component But we want to expose for page data combined json data of Hero card and teaser in single endpoint.
