I have in the past on other DAM systems been able to have the system email a vendor (or anyone) an email that contains a link to upload assets into a specific folder in the DAMS.  The recipient does not need to login, they simply click the link and are presented with an uploader page.  I could set a limit on when that link expires. Is that possible with AEM Assets?  This would be specific to AEM in Cloud Services as we are moving from Managed Sevices into CS. Thank you! Jim P

Hi All, I have an integration where I want to update the Person record with an email address "abc@xyz.com" using an external ID. However, I am unable to identify if there are duplicate records that share the same email address. Is there any automation in Marketo that I can use to update the data of duplicate records with the values from the updated record?

Does anyone have a good method for testing/QA for SEO traffic getting assigned to the right marketing channel when doing a new release of something? We have ways using our tracking codes of making sure that SEM and other paid digital channels go to the right marketing channel, but haven't quite cracked the nut on testing SEO PRIOR to the release.

Hey there,I hope this message finds you well. I recently configured a new data source in AJO, and I've successfully used it in conditions as part of the journey. So for example when we are translating content fragments and experience fragments, the path of the resources should be like/content/experience-fragments/my-site/en/header/master/content/experience-fragments/my-site/en/footer/master/content/experience-fragments/my-site/es/header/master/content/experience-fragments/my-site/es/footer/master/content/dam/my-site/en/content-fragments/profiles/tom/master/content/dam/my-site/es/<to>/<fragment> If I already use master for translations, why would I ever use variations? Because variations is not for translations?

Hi all, I'm working with a custom UI implementation in React and I'm trying to work with the "Dynamically Toggle Visibility of a Form Field" with the idea of showing a checkbox if there is a specific country selected, but, there is a problem because we are overriding the form with our components, and the field that should be hidden waiting for the country selection is always rendered. This is more or less how we render our componentsswitch (props.field.dataType) { case "email": return <EmailField {...props} />; ... case "select": return <SelectField {...props} />; case "checkbox": return <CheckboxField {...props} />; default: return null; }So my question is if there is a way to achieve the behavior of the Field Toggle tutorial with a custom implementation, I tried to add a useEffect to react to the field changes and after that link somehow the fields that are related, but I don't know how to create a listener to the Marketo

Hi,We have recently (this week), started to noticed that Google Chrome (our version is 119.0.6045.160 ), is cancelling our 3rd party vendor scripts such as some social, search and also Adobe Analytics. We can see that the message from the Browser is This request was NOT successful because the server rejected it (HTTP 403). Then in the network tab, the call is canceled. Does anyone know why?

Hello!Could you tell me if there are any scripts or AEM tools which can generate entire DAM folder structure into an Excel/CSV?

HiWe've found a problem with siteadmin fulltext search. For the first page paging is completely ignored as 44 Mb with 7000 results are downloaded although only 15 results are needed. It took approximately 3 minutes. An investigation revealed that if the "orderby" parameter from the post-request is removed the search downloads only 15 results and does it much faster of course. The question is why the "orderby" parameter makes CQ return 7000 results instead of 15 needed for the first page? Thanks

Hey Team I am extracting Email Activities data from Marketo to Snowflake and the reports have 'Email Send', 'Email Delivered' and 'Email Open' Activities data mismatch.   Scenario is that when we download the Marketo Email Insight Report from Marketo tool, the 'Email Send',  'Email Delivered' and 'Email Open' Activities are more than the data reflecting in Snowflake. Example:   Marketo Email Insight Report: (Downloaded) Total Sent: 276062 Total Delivered: 271762 Opens: 58946   Report in Snowflake: (API Call) Total Sent: 186883 Total Delivered: 185750 Opens: 50662   The reports are not matching. Data is fetched through API calls and saved in Snowflake.

Hi, I've been reading the board discussions and still don't quite understand how people are using global forms to track content for automation within Marketo. I understand I can rely on the Data Value Change, but I was hoping to have something that last longer than 90 days. I was exploring stamping Interesting Moments with a Content ID value that would be populated on the form, but how do I tokenize this new field? Or is there a better way entirely?

Hi there, Our company currently is utilizing segmentation to build out marketing channel based on tracking code. We currently are unable to use the marketing channel processing rules due to issues in our tracking code implementation by our media partners. However, we still would like to utilize Analytics as we can to report on marketing channel utilizing the Tracking Code dimension. My question is how can we ensure that segmentation is mutually exclusive? We have tried many different segmentation techniques, however, our sum of Visits and Revenue for these segments has a variance versus the total site performance (Visits +17%, Revenue -4%). Additionally, we have built out the logic to the best of our ability to ensure we have no overlaps between segments. Is there a way we can view hit level segments and compare for an overlap in Visits & Revenue? We have tried setting up the segments as follows, and all still had a variance vs total site performance.Utilizing t

Hi all, I noticed a discrepancy between the 'Clicked Email' column in Email Performance Report and  the 'People' column in Email Link Performance Report, my understanding is that the number in the 'People' column should be the same number as what's in the 'Clicked Email' column. Is my thinking wrong or is this an issue? Email Link Performance Report Email Performance Report   Thanks,
