I was looking to see if there are any reports capabilities within ProofHQ. I think it would be really beneficial to have some metrics that can include % of people for review that actually opened the proof. Another example can be % of people tasked to make a decision that actually did it. As a marketing ops, this will definitely help to take strategic decisions in the future.

our creative team has been using creative cloud (cc) applications via adobe id.we have recently on-boarded the same set of users to aem as federated id. however, as the same email is mapping to different id types for the applications - the login experience for using both aem and cc applications is not seamless. They have to login/logout of one application before using another. adobe customer support team suggested to open a support case from the cc console to switch id types.however, the adobe enterprise support for creative cloud has said that aem and cc apps are handled through different admin consoles so ideally they need to be on the same admin console to truly resolve this issue! creative cloud for "teams" license type can't use sso it needs to be "enterprise" to work with sso (federated id).is there any way to resolve this without migrating to enterprise license type for creative cloud?

We did all the steps of the font-manifest (https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-solution/help/cards-layouts.html#fonts-cards‌), but we are unable to upload our fonts on our build. We read the last topic about it and we followed the steps indicated by Andrei, but without success. "When creating the manifest, please make sure the json file is actually named "font-manifest.json". If you name it fonts.json, fonts won't be baked in the app properly and won't work. (this was the problem this time around) We're looking at "manifest-free"Here is our manifest: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6g4i7to7f1ojrc9/font-manifest.json?dl=0Could you help us?

Hi - My customer has got an AEM Assets as Cloud Service with Dynamic Media setup. They would like to use DAM as the single source of truth for assets and would like to access these assets inside Target and AJO. We figured out the AJO part but I could not find any documentation on how to link the DAM and Target. How are they supposed to access these assets inside Target for personalisation? Thanks,KK

Hi,Have you ever experienced this problem? Whenever you create a live copy/roll-out a master page, all the reference links inside a page get updated to the live copy equivalent links automatically; however, this is applicable only for the links which are stored inside a component property or page property in a page. If there are links referenced in editable template structure content or inside an experience fragment, which is used in a master page, it won’t be updated to the live copy equivalent link on roll-out. This is because these are shared or global content, which will be stored in one location (“/conf” or “/content/experience-fragments”). We found a Solution for this problem here in the below link, but couldn't able to proceed clearly, can anyone please explain step by step or help us understand this clearly, so that we will try to implement the same and make it work for any Experience fragment which we gonna create even in future.https://blog.developer.adobe.com/msm-live-c

Good morning,on my Adobe Aem Cloud instance there is the page /content/portal/it/page where the "Editor" user does not have publishing rights. When the "Editor" user requests to publish the page, the following screen appears:  I would like to delete all the entries in the left column so that the CMS sends only one activation request notification, how can I do this? Thank you.

Hey everyone I would like to know if there's some kind of 'test environment' to try configurations in AEP without having an active suscription.

Hi everyone, I have implemented previous page in adobe analytics using plug-ins. But the problem here is the previous page value is not getting captured for the 1st page of the visit which is resulting in unspecified value in analytics report. Is there any way to sort it out? Thanks.

Hi All,Is it possible to trigger double opt-in from Marketo when a lead fills a form on our Linkedin lead gen forms ? Does the Marketo x Linkedin integration allow that ?Thanks!

I'm attempting to educate a client about the various attribution models and frequency and recency information that may affect which one they choose.  A report I ran shows something that makes zero sense to me. It's a Marketing Channel Report with Orders as the metric:The date range is set for the previous 90 days minus the current date.I broke down the Affiliate Channel by Order ID. The First Touch (90 Day) column, shows 5 first touches for one Order ID.How can that be possible?  It doesn't feel "true" so I'm hesitant to show the client without a reasonable explanation for this seemingly invalid result. In fact, the only models that feel "true" to me are Last Touch and Same Touch. The others are all quesionable.Thank you for any insight into this!!

I am trying to run a report to show the Planned Start & Completion Dates on a number of Issues.I need the times to be included in this column as it shows in the Issue itself. Is there something for text mode I can include to pull the date in?

Probably a question for Marketo's product team...Provided you don't have a smart campaign that is "Run through only once", would periodically cloning and deleting the old one to get rid of thousands of pages of logs improve instance performance?

Hello, AEM CommunityI have the following issue:I want to create a servlet which works with the following properties:@Component(   immediate = true,   service = Servlet.class,   property = {   "sling.servlet.extensions=json",   "sling.servlet.extensions=js",   "sling.servlet.resourceTypes=sling/servlet/default",   "sling.servlet.methods=GET",   "sling.servlet.methods=HEAD",   "sling.servlet.paths=/content/unified"   })public class UnifiedSettingsJSONServlet extends SlingSafeMethodsServlet {...}But it activates on all paths, not only specified. If I delete "sling.servlet.resourceTypes=sling/servlet/default", it doesn't work at all. So, I think "sling.servlet.paths" is ignored and I don't know why. Do you have any ideas?Use:org.osgi.service.component.annotations.ComponentAEM 6.3.Thanks.

We have an integration setup between Marketo and SFDC.  We need to send a Holiday card out.  Various sales teams have provided lists of recipients, email addresses, that should get the email.  All of these contacts/emails already exist in SFDC+Marketo database.  What’s the best way to use these to create email lists for the campaigns? Can I upload to Marketo as static lists and match those against the SFDC records?  I’m thinking this would create duplicates.Should I hand the lists to our SFDC admin and have her build the campaigns in SFDC? Just trying to determine what a normal SOP should look like.  Thanks.

Suggest me some ideas to design an more personalized campaigns

Hi, I have added new application variables using the link (point-3 under create ios mobile app) - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/sending-push-notifications/configure-the-mobile-app/configuring-the-mobile-application.html?lang=en I have added them for android as well as ios. However, I can't find that under "Application variables" in delivery. Also, there is no way to add them as well. I have logged out and logged in after adding them. I am not able to figure out what might be the issue. Can anyone help? Thanks,Vinay
