Hi! I'd like to know if there is any audit or guide to verify the installation of Adobe Target and diagnose potential errors. Console commands, external tools... anything in that regard. In our case, the installation was done through Tealium, and we are getting a lot of intermittence in the delivery of experiences. However, we cannot identify the cause of the problem in order to address it.Thank you in advance.

We are trying to get new refresh_token and access_token using existing refresh_token. Every time it returns the same refresh_token but less validity left. Good day!  We have a website with a third party hosted page inside of an iframe. We have full code access to the page within the iframe. We want to trigger Adobe Data Collection Tag rules both in the parent page, and on the iframe embedded page.We see that the Adobe Experience Platform tag is loading within the iframeWe do not see any of the tag rules fire from the iframe. In this post, the accepted answer described changing settings in the Adobe Analytics extension in the Data Collection property. However, none of those settings are available in the Adobe Analytics Extension, v. 1.9.3So, how do we fire Adobe Data Collection Tag Property Rules inside of an iframe? Thank you in advance! Will England

I need help pulling a specific information for a column for one of our job roles. What would I use as a text mode in order to pull "Creative Project Manager" job role from our database? I am pulling a project report to know which PM's are on which project without having to go into each project.

Is there a way to globally customize the widgets within the new home screen? It doesn't seem like you can but perhaps I'm missing something... I LOVE the new home screen but it will not work for all of our users with the "out of the box" settings, and 99% of them will never customize it themselves.

Expected BehaviourWhen using the dispatcher module with the associated Resource Resolver Factory rewrite rule, images referenced in /content/wknd should resolve.Actual BehaviourAny images in the Image Core Component don't resolve correctly due to rewrite and mapping rules. The image component maps the path from /content/wkdn/us/en/.... to /us/en/... causing them to return 404 at Apache/Dispatcher as they are not mapping to the page's path in the repository. Please help me on this issue. Thanks!

Hi All Adobe Specialists,This is my first question on this portal. After checking 10+ questions answer without a proper answer, I thought it is best to ask the question here in hope someone who might have faced the same issue, might be able to help. What I am trying to achieve:I am looking to Encrypt PII values (e.g., AccountID, Name, Surname etc.) in Adobe Campaign Classic V7 so it can be added to the URL of a landing page/WebApp. This will be done on the App Server where all the Email deliveries are generated. Then I want to be able to read/decrypt this encrypted PII value (e.g. Account Number, Name) in the WebApp. Once I have decrypted value, it will allow to search for customer’s record and make necessary amendments to the record. The reason I cannot use Primary key (id) is because there is one to many relationship between Recipient Schema and the other schema I am trying to query. The WebApp runs from Web Server. The Issue I am facing:I can encrypt the value within Email U

In order to match a Recipients column, I need to satisfay this conditions:1.- If customer_cic is length 8, then add 4 spaces at the begging. 2.- If customer cic is length 12, leave it as it is.I tried: Case(When(Length(customer_cic)==12,customer_cic, Else('    '+customer_cic)) But is giving me error.

We are creating an automatic proof workflow and the designer who is uploading the proof becomes the author when selecting the automatic workflow. The issue is that it is asking them to approve it. I know I can change the workflow template so the person who uploads it is listed as reviewer, but does that limit that person from doing things that typically an author can do? For example, add a new stage later or add a new version of the proof? What is the difference between these two roles?

Hi there, We do a full upload of profiles into AEP daily. Recently we modified our profile logic in our CRM, refactored our schema & datasets, and started pushing the new batches. As a result of the refactoring, there are many unwanted profiles from before that we want to completely remove. What are some of the ways to completely delete those profiles (We are talking about millions, so it would be hard to manually delete them one by one)? This is what I have learned so far, hoping if someone can confirm if these are true:1) During the refactoring, I disabled the old dataset from "Enabled for profile", then deleted the dataset hoping it would remove the profiles - it actually doesn't. Apparently the dataset needs to be deleted when in "Enabled for Profile" state, it is only then the profiles in the profiles will be deleted <--is this true? 2) The only way to delete the profiles associated with the old dataset is to delete the old dataset entirely, and recreate&nbsp

Hi All, We are in middle of migrating from the old code base to new codebase. As part of which I want to keep both the project running and getting deployed to AEM as Cloud Service. For this I have created this sample project structure.  My Parent pom which you see in the above screenshot below <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?> <project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/maven-v4_0_0.xsd"> <modelVersion>4.0.0</modelVersion> <groupId>com.ansys.aem</groupId> <artifactId>aem-master</artifactId> <packaging>pom</packaging> <version>1.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version> <name>AEM Master Platform</name> <description>AEM Master Platform</description> <modules>

Hi everyone I am trying to truncate the contents of a custom table in the Adobe Campaign database. I created that table to hold a set of data that is imported on a daily basis from an external file, but I need to truncate it before loading the data set. I know I could use the Update activity to delete records, but that requires an input. I could build that input by querying all data in the target table first and pass it to the Update activity, then the Update activity would delete the records from the incoming population. However, it would be much more efficient to just truncate the full table. Can someone provide guidance on how to do it? CheersHugo

I am trying to create an AEM linked folder at either the Program level or Task level, but always get the "Oops, Something Went Wrong" message. I can do it at the Project level, but I have assets that are campaign-wide (Program) and task-specific. Linking folders to those specific document locations would be much preferred. Is this a known issue? PS. I hate the flippant "Oops Something Went Wrong" message. So much

Hi, I am working on a website that has a form for updating some details. The form data is stored as a JSON file in the DAM folder of the publish server (AEMaaCS). The update operation works fine, but I have a problem with data synchronization. I want to make sure that the JSON file is consistent across all the publishers. However, I sometimes get different data when I read the data from the files due to requests from different publishers. I want to data to be updated in all publishers upon submission. If data is in sync then we can get consistent data when we read from the publisher. How can I solve this issue and ensure data accuracy? Thanks in advance!

Hi All, vanity in page properties works fine i.e https://www.test.com/abc redirects to https://www.test.com/en/samplepage.html but to make it redirect to with using query parameter , do we have any custom solution to manage from page properties how we can append parameter fname=aa&lname=bb from page properties itself to make author driven  i.e https://www.test.com/abc should redirect to https://www.test.com/en/samplepage.html?fname=aa&lname=bb or https://www.test.com/en/samplepage?fname=aa&lname=bb

Has anyone created a report based on a requests' working time / planned hours? (Screenshot 1 attached) Am I doing something wrong? (screenshot 2 attached) based on my reports groupings and chart (screenshot 3 attached). The chart pulls through as number of entries as opposed to number of hours from the requests. (screenshot 4 attached).

Trying to enforce file name structure and most of the "building blocks" of our valid file names are extant in metadata.  What I envision is this: When creating a new DITA file or related asset have the author fill out the metadata first and have the filename automatically built from those values. Thoughts?

After publishing WKND site when try to open it in the publish instance not working. AEM Version 6.5.12.0

Hello all. We are thinking of leveraging Marketo to generate NPS surveys, but we would like to retain the scoring over time, so we could analyse its progression. We did some tests and built a program for that, but it only retains the latest score. Has anyone been able to achieve the same thing? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
