I knew that Adobe had introduced a different configuration setup to get the reports from the Adobe Data warehouse. Currently, I am using S3 to get the reports. I am struggling with configuring the scheduler options to schedule my report on a daily basis. I don't understand the time to choose to schedule. Facing an error as below.Could someone help me to fix this?

Hello Marketing Nation.   I'm running into an issue and would like your collective thoughts on this one.   We're looking to send an email based on an anniversary date.  Yes, there are several threads about this type of scenario... however, this one is different - and here's why.   We're a financial institution/Bank and we provide checking accounts, savings accounts, mortgages, etc.  We're trying to send an email based on the members anniversary date - the date of when they opened their first product.  Someone could have multiple 'account open date' values and we're looking to identify the oldest date and trigger the membership email based on that date.     We currently use a custom object to bring in our product related data.  This includes the 'open date/create date' of the accounts.  The challenge is that an individual record may have multiple 'open dates' because they have multiple products with us and they would have a unique o

I am looking to migrate email from the current ESP which is Exact Target over to Adobe Campaign. What are some of the things I need to watch out for? Is there an 'easy' way to do the migration such as bulk upload of html files and templates?

Hello Marketo experts,  I'm testing a new engagement program where I have 2 streams, one that sends out emails and another empty one (No emails) called Exit stream. People were mistakenly added to the Exit stream via a trigger campaign. What will be the best way to remove them from that stream so that if I add them again they will receive the emails from Stream 1? Should I change their statuses to Not in Program?

What is the best practice and number of environments for the ACS service? Does the development need to be deployed so workflow testing can be done in that environment? What is the standard flow to develop, test, and migrate the programs and workflow between environments?

Hi there,   I'm wondering if it's possible to sync Zoom webinar registrants to Marketo from the Zoom webinar registration page/form. I know previously Zoom-Marketo integration didn't sync registration details from Zoom to Marketo, only attended information post-event.   My understanding is that the only way to sync registrants to Marketo is by using a Marketo form on an LP, import via csv or use a tool like Zapier. Is this correct - webinar registrants won't sync to Marketo from the Zoom webinar registration page even with Zoom as a LaunchPoint service?

I am trying to sync the webinar attendees/no-shows. Zoom is sending over the Attended and syncing them to the salesforce campaign but not the no-shows.

Hi All. I am working a view (or a report would work too), that compares the amount of time a user has planned on a task, and the amount of time they have already added to their timesheet for the task. This is pretty easy when you have on user on a task, but becomes harder (at least for me) when there are multiple users on the same task. The custom code in this link comes close, but it is really hard to read, and you cannot create the delta between the planned and actual hours on a user level. https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=workfront-classic&topicId=Content%2FReports_and_Dashboards%2FReports%2FCustom_View_Filter_Grouping_Samples%2Fview-planned-hours-actual-hours-assignment-task-view.html&_LANG=en This one also comes close, but it does not break it down on an individual level. https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=workfront-classic&topicId=Content%2FReports_and_Dashboards%2FReports%2FCustom_View_Filter_Grouping_Samples%2Fview-actual-hours-pla

Hi Community,I'm trying to build a report to know the number of users that accessed a particular report. For example you have a report called "Time Logged Errors to Parent Task by current Login User" then want to know how my users are actually viewing the report, that is the report I want to create to know users viewing the report. This essence of this report is to know how users are consuming report. You can call it report usage if you like.  How I create this kind of report? what kind of filters do  I use? Thanks for your input.Mesh

Hi, is it possible to create a calculated metric for the weekly change of a metric like this?I'm interested in using something like this to analyze statistically significant swings in page views for my team's servers, but can't figure out how to make something that would apply uniquely to each week in a date range instead of across two specifically defined weeks.

Hello, We're working on a process to use Program Statuses and Reporting to track emails and also track funded products. The only problem is the majority of our data lives in custom objects.I understand you can use Velocity to access custom object data within emails and all that - BUT is it possible to write a script that changes a data value on the Lead Table off of a Program Status change instead of within an email? For example if my program statuses are as follows:Added to Program - 10Sent Email - 20Delivered Email - 30Opened Email - 40Clicked Email - 50Funded Account - 60Since the time between the email reception and funding an account could be a while - is there a way to write a Velocity script that could pull in custom object data that matches Loan Type, etc and have it write to a Custom Field but have it triggered off a "Program Status Change"?Basically if Lead A funded an Auto Loan with a balance of $20,000 - have a Velocity script run utilizing custom object data that would then

We are reviewing reports from September. September ended 11 days ago, but the number of visits for the month keep changing. Why would this be the case? Shouldn't the numbers stay consistent for the number of visits that occurred during the month?

Is it possible to convert the fillable XDP files designed in AEM Designer to a PDF file out the AEM environment. Meaning without using the AEM Forms or Output service can we convert the XDP files using any language to a PDF by passing some kind of input data file. So when the XDP is rendered as a PDF, it should create the PDF for the given input data file.  Let me know if this is a possible...

Is it possible to assign color to pages. For instance I know the icons for Project pages and Request pages are different colors, but is it possible to change the background of the pages or even the headers so there is more of an instantaneous indication of what type of page you are viewing?

Hi,Can anybody help with this question, I'm new to workfront, trying to submit new request.  On OCEP intake form instruction, it's stated that I should choose "OMC | Marketing Evolution, Campaign, Offer & Data/OCEP Request Queue", but I don't see this option on the dropdown list, the dropdown is actually empty. Thanks.

Hello,  How can I add a grouping by document name in a proof report? I only see Document Version > File Name, but that wasn't an accepted solution by the team - they would like to see the document name/title.  Thanks in advance!

Hi Team, We are seeing the month on month increase in the Order count for the same month( Here Jan). We have visitor level segment on top of it. When I change date range from Jan, Jan-Feb, Jan-Mar, Jan month Order count keep on increasing. May I know why? Thanks in advance.

We are currently passing total value of the order with numeric event. Below is an example of the same- s.events = "purchase,event5="+ digitalData.order.orderGrandtotal; Is it possible to add more numeric events in above mentioned code?

Hi Everyone, We have a requirement where we need to create Resource Resolver mapping or other solution that will helps us get the appropriate shorten url for the same content when accessed through different subdomains. For example:We have a content path /content/mysite/mypage.html And we have 2 domains abc.mysite.com and xyz.mysite.com. mypage.html contains links to other internal resources(pages etc.). Our components use ResourceResolve.map() to create the necessary absolute shorten URL.We have created a mapping in /etc/map for both abc.mysite.com and xyz.mysite.com like this:--https    abc.mysite.com           content               sling:internalRedirect:/content/mysite/      xyz.mysite.com           content               sling:internalRedirect:/content/mysite/ This works fine for&n

Hi everyone,   we are setting up a campaign for a contact us form. i.e. we have a contact us form on our website, we have a program that someone is added to when they filled in the form.   We then sync this over to SFDC as a campaign. We are planning to trigger a task/inform sales of a form fill like this. We capture the status and campaign membership on the lead/contact too for reporting.    This works just fine if someone just fills in a form once. But what if someone fills in the form twice or three times? It woudln't trigger the status "form filled" again because it's already there. We can go back to "member" and then"form filled" again because of the hierachy in Marketo. The only thing I can think of is a) we remove them from the campaign and add them again, b) start adding "form filled 1", "form filled 2", etc as statuses which seems messy, or c) do something different not using the member status as a trigger in SFDC to create a task.Any thoughts on this?

Hi All,We are seeing below error messages as common for first two scenarios incase any api call issue or jcr node related issues.'Unexpected error: looks like some issue with our service, We are working hard to bring it online Again".Scenario -1 With custom API call where we have dropdown values are coming form API which is getting issue on form-registration page with above message, Post validating the logs we see that getting API call issue & we have fixed API issue. Scenario - 2We have json file path configuration in dialog from product-details component and seeing blank page in Author & above default error message in Live page - Production environment. We have taken this page from production to lower environment and unbale to replicate issue where we should get blank page in author environment, seeing same error from logs .Cannot get DefaultSLingScript: java.lang.NullpointerexceptionThat to unable to validate jcr node properties in UAT/STAG/Production sites to do fu

Hi, The requirement is that there is some data that is stored in traditional database, but they doesn't want to expose this data through APIs. Instead, they can give this data as a file or as a feed process. What are the different ways this can get into AEM. For example I have a component which displays vehicle information(as authored), but the price details has to come from the database. Please let me know in your experience how this can be handled.
