Hi, I am currently reviewing marketing channels that lead visitors to my company's website based on last touch attribution. However, when I search for my Paid Search CID under asset tracking codes, I realized that quite a number of them appeared on other marketing channels such as organic or emails. This is weird cause the Paid Search CID is specifically meant for Paid Search and will not be used as part of email or SEO campaigns. Just would like to check if anyone faced anything similar and have a possible explanation for it? Thank you.

Dear Community, I have a very unique scenario for which I am running out of ideas and suddenly realized there are certain things that require overlaying or extending done in a specific manner. Here is the use case I am dealing with. We had to alter responsive grid markup to include a few extra tags or classnames or may be not render all the child components, etc. We tried a few different ways and finally felt that overlaying the html file of responsive grid is the best way to ensure there is consistent experience across. And here is the catch, I overlayed the html file choosing option to not match types (the checkbox you see while overlaying). Everything worked fine. Now very interestingly, our SPA Editor is. broken. I wasn't able to figure out very easily what went wrong. Basically pages are loading but all editable overlays are lost, i.e. cant edit any components that are rendered. Upon thorough debugging found that editcontext.json calls for the page are returning an

Hi All, What is the better approach to create a Servelet.ResoureType or Path Based. As per documentation it is ResourceType only. But sometimes it happens that it exposes the internal Structure of AEM may be Content Structure or Component Structure.It is ok to expose the internal Structure of AEM for creating a Servlet. Any recommendations for this.

If someone is part of proofing workflow are they considered to be "on that project"? They are not assigned a task on a project but may have entered the request that converted to a project or possibly may not have been the person that entered the request but was assigned to that request which converted to a project. I'm trying to determine the best way for this particular person to be notified that a project is complete without a manual update being made to that person. In a person's profile, there are a couple of notifications, that I'm trying to figure out if they would help resolve this. "My request is closed (confirmation)" - is "my" referencing the person who entered the request or does this include the person who might have been assigned to the request? "The status changes on a project I'm on" - is "I'm on" only referencing when someone is assigned a task or would this include someone who is part of proofing workflow? Just trying to determine an automated way for so

Hi, We have a custom solution to create individual QR Codes. The solution is designed in such a way to create Content fragments to enter all details and a listener is listening for a property 'lastFragmentSave' along with couple of others and then calling a service class which contains all logic to create QR Codes. Now there is a requirement to create bulk QR codes, so planning to leverage ACS Commons Content fragment import process for this - https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/mcp-tools/cf-importer/index.html I tried to use the sample sheet and model in this link above. It creates CF's, but i cannot see 'lastFragmentSave' in these bulk CF's created. Does anyone know why is it so?I tried editing the CF created and clicked save and close, but still this property is not coming.  This is the property I am looking forward Why does it create this OOB property when we manually create, but not while using bulk ACS Commons fe

Hi, Our organization has a new project manager and she will be using Workfront as a System Administrator. We have given her access to all the projects and she knows how to use Workfront but she is not an expert.  We have queues that are automatically assigned to former employees and we would like to edit these queues and replace their names with this new project manager.  How can we ensure that this former user is replaced from all the queues?  Is there a quick way to see where this former employee is setup as being a recipient for these queues and edit them?

I have two requests in pending status from a month ago, 7/19/23. Who should i reach out to for help on these requests?

Hello Marketo people. Has anyone had success with implementing a feedback component which allow recipients to give feedback on the email they received -AKA "Did you find this email helpful" with a thumbs up/down icon? I have created unique link for the two choices, pointing to a "thank you" landing page. I then created a trigger program that writes the activity to a field with a date time stamp along with the email name the person gave feedback on. The problem is that all of this is tied to the lead/contact. It's difficult to easily pull a report to see how emails are performing.

Hello,   I wanted to know if it is possible to change the setting time zone when scheduling a batch campaign.   In this moment time time zone that it set is West, would it be possible for that to change? Thank you!

I am looking in to implementing BIMI in to one of our partitions in our Marketo instance. However, we would not want to apply this to all of our divisions, since we have separate brands.    Am I able to implement this to a single partition, or will it apply to our whole instance?   Thanks,   Nando

I was digging into why some of our users aren't being delivered our emails and found a good amount of users that used to be Unsubscribed but at some point opted back in. The Unsubscribe Reason field is not empty on these users and that's the only thing that I can think of that could disqualify them (all other qualifications on these campaigns they meet). Even though their Unsubscribe field is marked false. Is this due to durable unsubscribe? Do I need to bulk clear out the Unsubscribe reason field so that they can qualify for campaigns again?

Our team will be creating Projects from Templates and in those Templates are tasks being assigned to the different team. However, there are certain tasks that can only be done by the Project Owner / the person creating the Project. How do you assign tasks to the Project Owner?

Has anyone had any success with using the option "Enable filtering of recipients who will receive the attachment" in a delivery template?I am trying to use one delivery template that should have an attached file for only some of the recipients receiving the delivery.It looks like it is possible according to the documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/sending-emails/attaching-files.html?lang=enI am just not sure how to "define a recipient selection script", which is what according to the documentation is needed.

I'm using Fusion to post notes to timesheet objects within Fusion.  At the moment, I'm using /attask/api/v16.0/NOTE to push plain-formatted notes, but want to upgrade those to rich text. I've seen the instructions at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-api/api-general-information/rich-text-field-api.html?lang=en, but cannot figure out how to translate those to the NOTE object. I've also grabbed the XHR requests made by the Workfront UI and have been able to reproduce using that -- however, I'd much prefer to NOT use something like this since it's a private API and "fragile" as a result.  It does indicate that doing this is possible, though. Can someone guide me on how to best achieve a rich text note from the API? Thank you!

Hi Team, I have dependency with a third party maven java library where in order to use that library we need a license. I received license  from that third party vendor (thirdPartyLicense.lic). Good afternoon, everyone. I'm currently working on uploading an encrypted email file into Adobe Campaign using the Read List activity.   Subsequent to this step, I have a JavaScript activity in which I've implemented the following code:function decryptValue(encryptedValue) {var decryptedValue = '';for (var i = 0; i < encryptedValue.length; i++) {var encryptedCharCode = encryptedValue.charCodeAt(i);var decryptedCharCode = encryptedCharCode - 1;decryptedValue += String.fromCharCode(decryptedCharCode);}return decryptedValue;}var query = xtk.queryDef.create('<queryDef schema="temp:readGroup" operation="select">' +'<select>' +'<node expr="email"/>' +'</select>' +'</queryDef>');var records = query.ExecuteQuery();for (var i = 0; i < records.length; i++) {var decryptedEmail = decryptValue(records[i].email);instance.vars.email = decryptedEmail;logInfo("Decrypted Email is: " + instance.vars.email);} After this code, I will need to update th
