We have a custom unsubscribe method where people get unsubscribed when they click on a link in the footer. This link takes them to a confirmation landing page ("You have been successfully unsubscribed"), but there is no form on it. I have a Smart Campaign that changes "Unsubscribe" to TRUE when they click on this link. However, i noticed that this unsubscribe method doesn't result in the "Unsubscribe from email" activity and those unsubscribes are not reflected in the Email Performance report.How can I make sure that these unsubscribes are being tracked in the report and result in "Unsubscribed from email" activity. Would adding ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## at the end of the link solve this issue?Thanks!

Hi there, I'm trying to use an email script token as a recipient for an email alert. I'm using this because the choice rules on the Flow are too way restricted for my necessity. The following is an example of what I'm doing.   The token itself works correctly: if I use it within the body email, it will be resolved correctly to the correct email address, but if I use it as a recipient, it is not working.  If I'm looking into the log, I can see the step executed correctly, but I'm not seeing the resolved token, just the name.     The main question is: can I use an email script token as an alert recipient? Second one: why it is not working?

Hi, I have created a custom component using AEM's core component(Tabs). The use case that we have now is to modify the `id` attribute of each tab. The `id` attribute should have a value of the title of the tab transformed to lowercase and spaces separated with hyphens.  I assume this cannot be done in the Slightly HTL file and this needs to be modified in Sling Model. I tried to access the tabs using ComponentResource but was not able to get the data of the tabs to modify. How do we achieve this?  Any help is appreciated

Hi team, hope you're doing well.Wanted to know if I can get some guidance on how to debug and understand why a workflow is not doing what is supposedly do.Below you will find some screens with more details.  We are expecting that when this workflow runs it removes the asset from Brand Portal without requesting approval, but it does request it.Is it possible to debug or see some logs of the behavior? We are using AEM Cloud.Thanks in advance.

Hi Fusion community,Is it possible to reference a specific array value from a previous module's operational output?For example:If a Set Variable module has the Split function applied to a field, and the output results is 3 separate values, is it possible in a subsequent module to reference only result #2 from the array output? Array output:Bundle 1   1. Apples   2. Cars   3. Dirt In the above example, I would only want to reference Cars. Thanks,Nick

Hi everybody!I need to create a venn chart where I have the users from our app, the web, and the users that end up using both mediums.We have a universal report suite and an eVar (in that RS) that gets each report suite separately (app and web). So I created two separate segments with our app and web RS but once I create the venn chart, it did not show me the users that cross over between those channels. how can I be having this visualization properly?

In the code snippet below I use a data-sly-resource directed to the core component navigation in my project, this navigation has the slingSuperType and in my xml code of _cq_dialog I have a tab with the same nodes that have in the core component navigation but when I select the page in the component's Touch UI it doesn't return the list created by navigation what could I be doing wrong?HTL CODE  <div id="btnMenuConcessionary" class="cmp-header--menuConcessionarys">            <svg class="chevronRight" data-icon-name="chevronRight" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="24" height="24" viewBox="0 0 24 24" fill="none">                <path d="M9 6L15 12L9 18" stroke="#1D1D1D" stroke-width="2" stroke-linecap="square"/>            </svg>            <div class="cmp-menuConcessionary-panel">        &nb

Hi, Is it recommended to use a PostgreSQL database with AEM? We are using AEM cloud.In one of the community posts, it is mentioned that PostgreSQL is provided only for demo purposes. It will not be available for production environments. Please let me know if it is a recommended database or not. If not, please let me know the limitations. Thanks,Divya

Hello together, my company uses the DataFeed Export via SFTP to load the tracking data into our Data Warehouse. I recently adjusted the data feed (added one more eVar to export) and started an export of a historical timerange. When we loaded the data into a table and compared the amount of records from the historical export to the timerange we imported via daily export we had a difference about nearly 1.000.000 hits for a time range of nearly one month ( 89.651.013 hits loaded via daily export for that time range vs. 90.596.309 hits in the manual historical export).I would expect to receive the same amount of hits for the same time range. Do you have any idea, why the amount of hits differ? Best regards,Sebastian

Hello everyone,after the upgrade to the current Service Pack, we are getting the following error on startup. It references the org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLRelation class, so I think it regards the OSGi bundle wrapper for the Apache POI library (com.adobe.granite.poi). This we actually use in our applications to generate XSLX files.  Totally there are 4 Log4J related libraries, therefore I don´t understand why it cannot find the logging implementation. The imported bundles of the POI library seem to be all right: Is anyone else having the same issue? Best RegardsMartin

Hello Everybody,   I'm in the process of setting up a scoring model. And I am trying to set up the score decay.   What I want to do is to subtract X points if the record has not been updated in the past Y weeks.   For that I am using an "Updated At" field but I am unsure what operator to use as some of the options are not too descriptive (to me at least). See below:   Any suggestions on which option can do this for me?   Thanks in advance! Zoltán

Hi All    I am trying to figure out the code which has a session leak. I am following Adobe's documentation.Check and analyze if JCR session leaks in your AEM instance But I have few models where a resourceResolver is injected using @SlingObject    private ResourceResolver resolver;    I can see few class reference in JMX which has these classes mentioned in the stack trace. How will we handle these resolvers? Will these be closed automatically ? TIAVeena

I need to create an HTTP session. Issue -> If I'm hitting the servlet using two different query params, it is not creating two different sessions. For the first request, a new session is created, but for second request, session.isNew() is returning false with same session ID. What can be the issue?HttpSession userSession = request.getSession(); LOGGER.info("User session is {}", userSession.getId()); LOGGER.info("User session is new {}", userSession.isNew());

Hi All,we have a policies stored under "/conf/<path>/settings/wcm/policies" where we have not committed the properties "cq:lastReplicationAction, cq:lastReplicationBy, cq:lastReplicated" for policies. so, when author/authorizer who don't have permission to replicate "/conf" trying to publish a page created using editable template referring the respective policies under "/conf " is giving error stating "not enough rights available to replicate /conf" when trying to publish a page. Could you please let me know what is the correct approach i.e either to commit the above mentioned properties on all policies which will be replaced after every deployment or is there any other way which will not require manual intervention.The issue we are facing is even if admin publish those templates and policies, they are overriding after every deployment if we use mode=update in filter.xml and if we use mode=merge then newly added component paths in policies are not reflecting in crx/de.T
