What is the technical background of Scheduler activity? I'm asking because we had scheduler set for example 3pm daily, and a maintenance break took place from 2pm to 9pm (like build upgrade where nlserver services were stopped). I would have expected that the scheduler would not fire when the services were started 9pm, but it did. So is there some queue stored somewhere which continued processing? Is there a way to prevent delayed run of schedulers (other than stopping the workflow)?

Hello All,I am just wondering about solution for one POC task, where we have component specific CFs for React Native App. Now we need to define the order of Components to render on app UI and want to make it configurable in AEM Touch UI for authors. So authors can change the order and order of UI components on App changes instantly. Is there a way?Need your suggestions if someone implemented this.   @arunpatidar @saravanan_dharmaraj lukasz-m @briankasingli

Hi AEM Community, We are migrating assets from Kapost (Content Operation Software) along with its core functionalities to AEM DAM.We are using an AEM 6.5.11 (AMS) instance. The tool has a feature wherein you can assign a primary destination to a content type.(Refer https://help.uplandsoftware.com/kapost/Admin/Assign%20A%20Primary%20Destination%20To%20A%20Content%20Type.htm) We want to mimic the same feature in AEM DAM with a slight improvement that rather than focus on content type, we can first classify the assets in respective folders and then push the entire folder as payload to the destination system. The approach I was thinking involved the below steps -1. For each folder to be replicated, assign a tag associated with the target system e.g cq:tag - target/seismic or target/salesforce2. Configure a workflow/scheduler which runs on the tags such that it invokes an OSGi service to the target system. (Each target system will have it's own service configured with correspo

Hello all! I'm building adaptive forms in AEM and I need assistance with a rule or script to force user entered data from a text field to upper case letters. In Designer we used this JS: xfa.event.change=xfa.event.change.toUpperCase(); Wondering how to get this same functionality into the Adaptive side of forms.thanks!

Is there a csv file that lists all of the out-of-the-box Adobe Analytics Dimensions and Metrics and their definitions? I haven't been able to find one.

Hi, I have been looking to fetch data from one of the report suite id. There are two ways - a) Using API - report.queue : In this approach, we are able to submit the request for the report but we have to fetch report based on a filter condition on one of the column. Is this something acheivable via API? b) Using Datawarehouse to setup a scheduled report. The same issue exists here, as we are unable to pass filter to this report. Also, will Adobe retire this functionality by dec 2023.Reference - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/reports-analytics/scheduling.html?lang=en Any help on the issue will be appreciated.

Got to know that oAuth is not supported in AEMaaCS. So I was following this article to generate access token for server side APIs https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/generating-access-tokens-for-server-side-apis.html?lang=en#After creating the Technical Account I need to generate the access token in exchange of jwt token, to do that adobe has provided couple of solutions in different languages (https://github.com/AdobeDocs/adobe-dev-console/tree/main/samples/adobe-jwt-java ). For java/dotnet based solution we are supposed to generate certificate and private key using openssl and then need to upload it to Adobe IO Console-> Your Integration-> Public keys and then need to get the private key to required format. Now I'm not able to find, where exactly I can upload this certificate in Adobe IO Console. I cant see any upload option at the mentioned console.

Hi Team, I could not able to see simple fragment and models.can you pls help me.   Thankschandrika

I can't see any assets when I logged in to aem as cs based environment. The lower environments are working fine. I have sufficient permission to view asset.    Can anyone help how to resolve this issue?

I'm using OOTB teaser component. And want to make the image tab as mandatory. That means author should not be able to 'done' the component without adding an asset.Alternative text *is already a mandatory field. Need to make the 'Drop an asset' mandatory as well. How to do that?

I've installed the latest service pack 6.5.16 and after the installation, I got the below errororg.apache.sling.api.resource,version=[2.11,2.12) -- Cannot be resolvedthe "Exported Packages" list of the bundle - Apache Sling API (org.apache.sling.api) in my instance is below,  What am I missing?

I enabled the Bot activity tracking just short of a month ago on our instance, but I am seeing numbers that seem to be lower than I would have expected, with a total of 330 bot activities identified:  For reference, we have had around 240,000 delivered emails, 100,000 opens and 3700 clicks in that period. As a relative layman I'd take this outcome at face value and just chalk it up as a low impact on our numbers and get back to emailing, however we use a different tool for our transactional emails which seems to suggest a different story.    Our Mandrill numbers show around 70% of opens are by the Google Image proxy email client, which I would have assumed is bot traffic since it is not a user initiated action.    I have read some REALLY old discussions in the community that suggest that the Google image proxy triggers after the first open, which would be great news, but the Mandrill numbers suggest otherwise.   To those with more experience, does o

Hi All, Numeric AEM form field is stripping preceding zeros fields. How to have preceding zero added in numeric field.

Hi Team, I have a requirment. The requirment is, once the bundle got activated it has to get the date from page and create a scheduler with that date.once scheduler gets triggered on given date and time it has to do some x task and again it has to get the date and time from page and schedule a new scheduler. I have created a apache scheduler (org.apache.sling.commons.scheduler.Scheduler) and it's working in local but not in cloud (some times it worked but suddenly it stoped working with no errors in logs) and also i tried sling job (org.apache.sling.event.jobs.consumer.JobConsumer) it working in local but not in cloud. Could anyone help me to achive the requirement using scheduler or any other ways. Thanks in advance.

I have several data report suites (e.g., dev and prod report suite) in which there are different data. How to select the report suite on Data Warehouse so I can generate raw data report for dev and prod report suite?

Hi all,I have a jsp page including a component as:<cq:include path="ctaList" resourceType="mysite/components/ctaList" /> I converted it into this:<sly data-sly-resource="${'ctaList' @ resourceType='mysite/components/htl/ctaList'}"/> I can see the sling:resourceType of "mysite/components/ctaList" under /crx/de when using the jsp code. But I don't see the sling:resourceType anymore when using the Sightly code. How can I achieve the equivalent result as the jsp code in Sightly? Thanks a lot! -kt

Hello everyone, Is there any documentation on how to connect Adobe Analytics to Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama)? I couldn't find much. Thanks!

I am using JCR-SQL2 to query results in ACS commons. For search parameter, I am using ACS Commons Basic Parameter as well as Select Parameter. I would like to append one more result column with the search parameters. I was wondering what's the syntax to include that?

Hi All,   Hope you all are doing great.   I'm unfamiliar with the Marketo tool, but from what I gather, it typically utilizes email addresses as a unique identifier for imported data within its system. Is it possible to use "Mobile Number" as a unique ID in place of Email address ?  Because there are possibilities that we could have multiple profiles sharing same email address but having different mobile numbers, resulting in multiple records in the database; however, when we import such lists, these records will get automatically deduplicated and only the first record on the list import will get saved to our database.   Kindly help on this.   Thanks & Regards, Neelam B.

I would like to add few users with only view capability outside of my company and have them just be able to look at the projects I have shared them. is there any solution to this?

Team, I am using https://developer.adobe.com/experience-platform-apis/references/profile/#tag/Entities to access a profile, however am not able to understand what is EntityIDstringExample: entityId=GtghAUFkdGVzdDEID of the entity. For Native XID lookup, use entityId=<XID> and leave entityIdNS absent; For ID:NS lookup, use both entityId and entityIdNS fields.Navin

Hi!   We recently purchased FIVETRAN to sync our Marketo Data to Snowflake and looking to get insights from the community on: 1) Best practices on data load (in particular historical data loads) 2) How did you manage Bulk API MB Limits and API Limits   Thanks in advance!!!

As the title states, is there a way for me to see who is visiting my page/site for the first time, as opposed to their second, third, twentieth etc time?   I am aware that technically a new visitor id is generated for the same person if: 1) they use a different browser/device/incognito or 2) clear their cache/cookies   and that is fine   Thanks for any help!

Hi all, can you please share your experience using Tableau Prep Builder connected with Marketo? I integrated Tableau with Marketo, but Tableau Prep Builder can't connect with Marketo yet. So, I connected Marketo's data source with Tableau, saved it in the Tableau server, and then I was able to see it in the Tableau Prep Builder. We aim to build all our data connection/flow in Tableau Prep Builder since all SFDC data is already there and it seems easier/faster. I'm not sure if the connection I have done is the right approach. I'm also worried about the API limitation once we start to sync all data (saw many articles about that). Would a connector help with that? If you have any experience in Tableau Prep Builder, please share it.
