Hello,I've been using the OAuth2 authentication method as explained here in order to use the Bulk Data Insertion API in Adobe Analytics.Everything worked fine so far, however I had a recent issue with the authentication data being expired. I assume this is because the refresh token wasn't used for a long time, and therefore expired. (Re-logging and re-creating authentication data worked fine)My question is: how long is the refresh token lifespan when not used? A quick google search indicates 60 days, documentation indicates 14 days, and I'm stumped to find out which to follow.

Hello!Back with another (likely) basic question I can't seem to parse:   ##Standard Velocity Date/Time Fields #set( $defaultTimeZone = $date.getTimeZone().getTimeZone("America/Chicago") ) #set( $defaultLocale = $date.getLocale() ) #set( $calNow = $date.getCalendar() ) #set( $ret = $calNow.setTimeZone($defaultTimeZone) ) #set( $calConst = $field.in($calNow) ) #set( $ISO8601DateOnly = "yyyy-MM-dd" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTime = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithSpace = "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithMillisUTC = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS'Z'" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithMillisTZ = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ" ) ##Looks for membership date of today and prints Member full name #foreach ( $item in $customerProfilesList ) #if ( $item.membershipDate.equals($calNow.add($calConst.DATE,-1)) ) $item.fullName## #else #end #end   Trying to write a script that takes a DATE field (formatted as YYYY-MM-DD) and if it matches yesterday's date - prints the Full

Hi, We find in our production a lot of nodes that is created from a rollout action which we are unsure of how it went wrong. As a result, I see a number of nodes (529 in this case) created with name appended by <page-name>msm_moved_0 to <page-name>msm_moved_529 We would like to understand what action could have caused this issue, is there any way we can narrow this down through the logs? Below are my observations: I've already gone through the access logs but it was of no luck. All these new nodes created have the source page as the master copy node, which is also appended by <page-name>msm_moved_0 I went through this link - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/aem-msm-moved-nodes/m-p/219751 , but I see the mixin existing for this node

 I'm new to Marketo and am still learning the ropes. Is there a document or article available that explains how to sync Salesforce lookup fields in Marketo?

I have a use case where profile and event data are present in AWS Redshift database.  I created required schema using XDM profile, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile. Same steps i did for the event data i.e. Created required schema using XDM experience event, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile.   After batch ingesting the data using the existing AWS Redshift connector i see all the data in profile correctly however the event data related to the profile is missing. Both profile schema and event schema has the same primary identity linked to the same namespace.   I checked monitoring and I see success.  However one strange thing i noticed while ingesting event data (I see negative count of records ingested as attached below)     Any thoughts on why I am missing event data on profile ?

Hi Team,   I have to build a personalization block(html content) which I can add inside deliveries, but the catch is it should only be visible to users who have not opened a specific delivery.   Any ideas on how to achieve this?   Regards,

We have an internal support team identified to look into queries raised by the client. The support team members need to be masked from the client. When the team is responding to queries, individual names appear.   Instead of individuals name is there a way to: 1) display group/team name in updates, OR 2) hide user details when the name is hovered on?

Dear AEM Community,   Can you please offer guidance on a way to do any of the following, either with the Bulk Editor or through ACS-Commons Reports:   Get a COUNT of all references for assets at a certain path Get the list of references for all assets at a certain path What I would like to achieve is to get a summary of all our assets that are used vs. not used on live pages (i.e. assets with live References) to be able to clean them, de-duplicate, etc.   I know there is a default 'References Report' in ACS-Commons that finds all of the references to the provided page and any subpages, but while it does allow to select Type (All / Pages / Assets), I do not see any results coming back for the parent folder of certain Assets I know have references. The query in the References Report is:   SELECT * FROM [dam:Asset] AS s WHERE CONTAINS(s.*, '/content/dam/.../products/.../...')   Thank you, Alex

Hi all. I was checking the Adobe Analytics Entry Page Type and I realized that some entries are wrong. Example:   In this example, Entry Page Type should be 'Category' (at 19:09) , but checking in the report, the entry page type is 'Checkout' (at 19:22) Why could happen this?   Thanks in advance. Regards.    PD: Hi @yuhuisg thanks for the answer. This is the Entries Metric. Looks like it's happening what I mentioned (and it's strange)

Hello all, is the metric average time on site measured correctly if, for example, within a visit to a page, no other page is called but several hits are generated?   For Example:   Timestamp Page                        12:04:20 Product page A 12:05:30 Product page A 12:07:00 Product page A   12:04:20 - 12:05:30 - 1 minute 10 seconds 12:05:30 - 12:07:00 - 1 minute 30 seconds     Total amount = 00:02:40 Average time on site = ?   No further/other Page name is captured but within the visit several hits happend (e.g. clicks and overlays opens etc.). Will then be the average time on site in combination with Page Name Dimension measured correctly?

Hi AEM Community,   I have received a BPO Report highlighting relevant technical KPIs for our AEM as a Cloud Service solution. Please find the below extract from the report -   Optimization - This score provides a view of your optimisation against established AEM Cloud Service baseline metrics. It takes into consideration Cache Hit Ratio, and other performance and optimisation factors.     Cache Control - In the Web First Paradigm, the performance of a service is determined by metrics such as Cache Hit Ratio and Cache Coverage. Adobe advises to reach a Cache Hit Ratio of 90% or even higher to see fast experiences in delivering the pages of the website.   From our httpderror logs we can see the cache hit ratio is averaging 70-80% as against Adobe's recommendation for 90%. However, from our logs we are seeing the below observations -  1. A lot of requests which are either Adobe health check based and thus forwarded to publish instances without caching at D

I have used the metadata export function in my DAM (AEM 6.4). Are there fields within an export which allow me to determine which asset paths are public (as opposed to a private or unpublished asset)? I'm able to do this within the AEM UI but it would be more scalable to do so within the spreadsheet exported.  Thank you.

Hello, I have tried to create a dynamic sitemap generator using a servlet, I would like to help me by leaving your recommendations to optimize the code or a better way to achieve the creation of a dynamic sitemap.The idea is to allow the author, to select whether or not the pages will appear on the sitemap, the way in which this is done will not be placed, but basically it will allow using the hideInSitemap fields, whose value will be true or false, in order to create the mapping. class SitemapGenerator:package es.hesperia.web.terrum.core.servlets; import java.io.IOException; import java.io.PrintWriter; import java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException; import java.util.ArrayList; import java.util.HashMap; import java.util.List; import java.util.Map; import javax.activation.UnsupportedDataTypeException; import javax.jcr.Node; import javax.jcr.RepositoryException; import javax.jcr.Session; import javax.servlet.Servlet; import org.apache.sling.api.SlingHttpServletRequest; import org.ap

Can Anyone share the steps to configure sitemap in aem using acs commons. and also whether it will impact other projects in server or not?Is there any other way to extend sitemap for getting change frequency as a extra tag in sitemap.xml

I am working on a servlet that will get a page path as a query parameter. Page path will be sth like /content/a/b/c/08/03 I need to use Generic List to create a map between the ID and its value as we don't want to be dependent on builds to modify the list items. The code snippet is  Page lobGenericList = pageManager.getPage("/etc/acs-commons/lists/lob");         GenericList lobList = lobGenericList.adaptTo(GenericList.class);         assert lobList != null;         List<GenericListItem> lobListItems = lobList.getItems();         String lobValue = lobListItems.lookupTitle(lobId);         logger.info("LOB value mapped to list is {}", lobValue); In the above code, I'm trying to get the lobValue by using GenericListItem class. But I'm getting error "Cannot be resolved to a type".    ACS Commons version -> 5.7.0   What can be the issue?

Good morning, we would like to uninstall a project from Aem 6.4. The project has been updated several times over the years.We would like to remove not only the contents (pages/images and files) but also the remaining components of the project such as bundles etc. How can we remove it from the Cms ? Thanks

Hi All,   There is a requirement in our project to get additional properties (like tags) get updated during the rollout of the master pages. This can be done through the CQ MSM Content Update Action OSGi configuration. The issue is that we need to customize the CQ MSM Content Update Action Configuration for the specific path only since we have several projects.    If I create com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.config under my project apps/config, I see the CQ MSM Content Update Action in OSGi Configuration console which just gets overwritten with my values. However, if another project creates the same config, the CQ MSM Content Update Action Configuration will be overwritten be their values.   If I create com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory-{project_name}.config under my project apps/config, I see two configurations with the same name CQ MSM Content Update in OSGi Configuration console (de

Hi,   I am currently using AEM 6.5.13. I am trying to render some links using "href" in anchor <a> tag.   Sample code:  <a href="${slingObject.link}"/>   This link has 2 values coming from backend, /content/marketA/index/pageA.html  /content/marketB/index/pageB.html Now the href value comes in this format in BROWSER through dispatcher URL, which is clearly inconsistent In case A,  <a href="/content/marketA/index/pageA.html"/> while in case B, <a href="pageB.html"/>   These markup are part of DOM loading on some other page hierarchy, say mysite.com which corresponds to /content path.   When I click on the links, the URL it tries to fetch is, Case A: www.mysite.com/content/marketA/index/pageA.html response 200 and page renders Case B: www.mysite.com/content/pageB.html response 404 and page does not renders.   In my opinion, the behavior should be consistent. I have tried following: 1. Check

hi,   I would like to capture the Tags from a Form to Marketo lead data. How to capture that and append data?   For example (here is the scenario) The Marketo Form has  Summer, Fall and Winter, Spring Sessions as Tags. -User fills a Form and selects Summer as preferred session ( 1st time) -User resubmits data again, and selects Fall (2nd time) I need to retain both Summer and Fall on the Lead data record as Tags (Custom field or whatever).   How do I achieve this?   thanks -Sree
