Hi team,   When you use the AEP Web SDK to collect data and get it forwarded to both Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, does the ML (Auto-Target) algorithm automatically evaluate the XDM fields/values we're sending to the Edge or do we have to explicitly pass (someof ) them as page or profile parameters?   Thank you! Hi everyone,  I am setting up an Engagement Program and would like to skip an email for members in the stream that meet specific criteria. I know that I will need to add a default program with an email and smart list with that criteria. I believe that the campaign needs to be set as a batch, not triggered off the previous email sending, correct? I am wondering what I need to do to active the program and ensure the email is sent at the same time/day as the other emails in the stream. Would I schedule a recurrence for the same time/day as the cadence of the stream or schedule recurrence for daily?

In our instance we often convert requests to tasks for completion. Requests are retained and used for customer communication. The task status and request status do not synch perfectly. I'd like to map the custom task status to the custom request status. In this example "Awaiting Feedback". Is there a way to map this relationship?

I have a journey, sending an email on an event , if email opened by user, then send second email.  Journey holds event, email 1,event reaction- Read, Email-2 . For example, first email received by user at 10 AM and opened immediately, how quickly Event open reaction is realized in journey and move towards sending second email.

Hi everyone!   Have you ever had trouble starting the lead conversion due to clicks on external links or PDFs in emails?   It seems that if a client clicks on an external link or a pdf in an email, it will not be taken as a valid activity to start the lead conversion.   Thank you!

Hi,   How can I maintain all versions of page even if there is an upgrade? And want to keep the data for more than 5 yrs?

When updating Dynamic Media Image Profiles, is there a way to update them on images already on the AEM DAM?

Good Day,   Is there a way to add image on the email body content in fusion?  or how do we embed images in this area?

Just out of curiosity: does anyone know where the abbreviation CID and ICMP stand for?

Hi All, I am not good at English, so I apologize if there are any inappropriate expressions.   ■ What we want to do・Conduct AB testing using Adobe Target・If the test pattern wins, we want to reflect it on the production site built with AEM.・Review and analyze the results of the tests conducted with Adobe Target.   We are asking a third party to help us with our marketing efforts this time, but we are not sure which permissions to give them.   [1] What user permissions should we give to the third party to perform a series of tasks, such as running a test on Adobe Target and applying the winning pattern to a site built with AEM?(e.g. AEM -> edit permission / Target -> publish permission)   [2] If a third party runs a test on Adobe Target and needs to use Adobe Analytics to review the results of that test, what user permissions should be granted to the third party?

We are on Classic 7 (ACC). We are implementing SMS for our marketing org.   ACC Recipients table won't save a mobile phone number with a + sign.   It originally was saving it with a 0 and we were able to get past that.   However, that means all phone numbers are submitted through the SMS connector without a + sign (e.g.  +15554443333).  If we manually add a + sign the SMS connector won't take it or process it.  SO mobile phone is stored without a +.   This has been working this way for 4 years and no issue.   All our SMS has been transactional through message center.   For the MARKETING instance though, we need to be able to relate the responses in the inSMS table to a recipient.   The way to do this is through a link to recipient on a field.   The best field to use is ORIGIN in the inSMS table.  Origin stores the mobile phone number.   HOWEVER, the mobile phone is being stored with a + in th

I need a report to capture the % complete of a task as of certain dates.   I've done this previously by creating a calculated custom field on a task custom form using this code: IF(ISBLANK({% complete as of 9/30/22}),{percentComplete},{% complete as of 9/30/22})   This worked great, until today when I noticed that when it was being added to new tasks it was calculating the percent complete as of the day the task form was added to the task.   I need to do this same scenario again so that I can capture the % complete as of today, 3/1/23. How can I modify this code so that it will get the data for today but not for a future task entered after today? Maybe I've been staring at it too long but I can't seem to figure out how to get it to not capture tasks created after today

I appreciate any help the group can provide.   I'm interested in a method to identify the price of an individual item within an order total and then return the number of orders where the item in order was $x.   We have items generally for sale on the site, but depending on a promo code applied, discount, etc. that individual item could be $19.99 in the cart or sell for $24.99 for example. Even though the order total could include accessories, warranty, and assembly I'd like to know if the SPECIFIC ITEM in the order sold for $19.99 or not.   Custom segment, metric using a canned formula, other ideas?

Due to some implementation glitch we didn't track around 1000s of Orders in adobe analytics. Is there a way to import it something like classification? I know we can do classification but the issue is we have lots of variables tracked on product purchase.

@saraheowen Hi Sarah, Hope you are doing well! I have gone through your answers for the questions which was posted intended to analytics and it helps plenty of people around the world to resolve so many issues w.r.t analytics implementation. In my case client is leveraging AEMaaCS (CMS) and have been requested us to implement Adobe Client Data Layer as they are creating pages using core components. We started implementing using ACDL on rules via Adobe Launch but when we tested tags are firing twice whenever we click on the respective functionalities (CTA, Top Navigation, Sub Navigation etc...) we've examined the issues but unfortunately we couldn't fix it. Would request your expertise assistance on the below issues which we are finding challenges to resolve it. Thanks in advance!Srini

Hi, I know there are similar issues already out there for this but none of them worked for me.  I'm using MacOS I have node version 10.15.1 and npm version 6.4.1 which I replaced in the parent pom.  After going through all the other threads I'm still stuck.  I'm not sure why this build has to be this complex and riddled with pain points.   (sorry for the vent)Any help with this would be appreciated. Here's the error....[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.12.0:npm (npm run prod) on project aem-guides-wknd.ui.frontend: Failed to run task: 'npm run prod' failed. org.apache.commons.exec.ExecuteException: Process exited with an error: 2 (Exit value: 2) -> [Help 1][ERROR][ERROR] To see the full stack trace of the errors, re-run Maven with the -e switch.[ERROR] Re-run Maven using the -X switch to enable full debug logging.[ERROR][ERROR] For more information about the errors and possible solutions, please read the following art

I am having trouble using my group's custom statuses on a project on. I have followed to documentation to create the statuses and assign them to the user group and not the whole system. When I navigate back to this project and into a task, the custom statuses do not appear. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, Everyt ime I build my test project (AEM WKND) the pages I create below /content/wknd/language-masters/en are deleted, I also checked the file src/main/content/META-INF/vault/filter.xml but to me everything seems as it should, can anyone help me?   <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><workspaceFilter version="1.0"> <filter root="/conf/wknd" mode="merge"/> <filter root="/content/wknd" mode="merge"/> <filter root="/content/dam/wknd" mode="merge"/> <filter root="/content/experience-fragments/wknd" mode="merge"/> <filter root="/content/cq:tags/wknd" mode="merge"/> <filter root="/content/cq:graphql" mode="merge" /></workspaceFilter>   Thanking you in advance!

Hi Team,    We are trying to get the IMS working within our team and unfortunately are facing an issue whereby when selecting login with adobe ID it allows us to login but goes to the server page instead of logging into the environment.    Am I missing something? As I have followed the IMS setup guide step by step.   Appreciate the support.

Hi All,   I'm attempting to retrieve some information about the audiances, where in we have used the split activity to split the audiances and sorted by the brand's selling date. Adobe is pulling the results for the earliest date rather than the most current date, nevertheless, after applying the split activity.   Could someone please tell me how to retrieve the most recent date and data from the activity?Adding the screenshots for ref:   I've tried in both ascending and descending orders still its pulling down the older data not the recent one.Appreciating the quicker response. Thanks!

Background: We have a session ID that concatenates ECID+ a data layer variable + Date & Timestamp: 23605613089604234583067550836421046746|0|2023|9:20 26   When checking the data we are seeing some inconsistencies: 1) Half of the data is not pulling in the ECID -  2) Some data is pulled into the data with the data - element name  3) the remaining half of the data looks correct.    ______________________________________________________ Now for my question When I create a segment [Visitor container] - and filter using "Does not Start with" - It still shows me data starting with what I am trying to filter out.  The opposite is also true when I try to segment the data by "Starts with" - It shows me data      As you can see the data is not being segmented correctly. I have checked by using "HIT" level container but the idea behind the session ID is that its for visitors.  Any advice would be useful here.

Hi All, I am not good at English, so I apologize if there are any inappropriate expressions.   I am now in charge of AB testing with Adobe Target and transferring winning patterns to AEM, but I don't understand the functionality well. I would really appreciate it if you could answer the following.   [1] Am I correct in understanding that there are two methods of AB testing, one is to change the screen using GUI and the other is to add code to change the screen?(Is this the same as what you can do with Google Optimize?)   [2] What methods are available to reflect tests performed in Adobe Target in AEM? Example.1. porting the source code of the changes made in Adobe Target to AEM2. the content of the tests performed in Adobe Taget is automatically migrated to AEM when the "Apply to production" button or something is pressed.   I would like to know how to migrate to the AEM site.   [3] I would like to know how to look back at the results of tests conducted in Adob

Is it possible to get all the values in the highlighted screenshot(including dimension breakdowns and their respective Pageviews and Visits values) using Adobe Analytics Reporting API 2.0? I am looking to obtain multiple metrics and dimensions breakdown using a single JSON code.(A one time code that runs and obtains all the values) Seems like itemId attribute has to be obtained individually for each step. (From the Bug Symbol from AA workspace). I am referring to the article https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/guides/endpoints/reports/breakdowns/ but it has an example where only the nested value can be obtained.(i.e. Cities : Lehi)

I tried using RegisterGroup function present in the nms:recipient to add a recipient to an existing list. The response is 200 OK but when I look at the adobe campaign console, the list is not updated with the recipient.
