I can get the custom sections (Parameter Group) on a custom form (Category) with: GET /attask/api/v15.0/ctgy/{customFormId}?fields=categoryParameters:parameterGroup This gives me the Parameter Group ID, but I don't see any sharing/permission fields in the Parameter Group object fields list when I check the API Explorer. The goals is to update the sharing permissions of all instances of a particular custom section across workfront to be admin only.

Hey everyone! I know that this used to be available to some degree, but I am not sure if this still exists. I am looking to develop a plugin for Workfront as a personal project, but I don't feel comfortable using my companies Workfront environments for it. I am wondering if Workfront still offers small, one person developer instances for circumstances like this. I would be happy to pay for this myself but I have not had any luck finding resources. I have also tried reaching out to Workfront sales, as well as individuals via LinkedIn but still haven't heard anything. Let me know if a) you know whether or not this is something that Workfront offers and/or b) how to go about purchasing this.  Thanks!

We have recently launched DC and so far, so good. But one thing we can't figure out is how to capture url parameters when a new or existing contact interacts with the dialogue. It's easy using a Marketo form, but I don't see that ability in DC.  This is important for reporting against campaigns, particularly when paid ads are driving traffic.  Thank you.

hi folks,I had to manually restart my custom bundle on the UAT Author instance. (It was in INSTALLED state)(This was after a deployment and some restarts of the server.)However, I didn't have this problem with other environments with the same code. After that I was able to Author a page as usual.Any ideas what caused this? I found the following log error message that might be relevant.  thanksFiona    03.06.2025 08:28:09.919 *ERROR* [10.44.31.103 [1748939286758] GET /content/xxx/homepage.html HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.WCMDeveloperModeFilter Error during include of SlingRequestPathInfo: path='/content/xxxx/homepage/jcr:content', selectorString='null', extension='html', suffix='null'org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.SightlyException: Compilation errors in org/apache/sling/scripting/sightly/apps/xxx/components/page/basepage/basepage__002e__html.java:Line 40, column 1811 : com.xxx.use.xxxxUse cannot be resolved to a typeat org.apache.

Hello,I'm seeking assistance in validating some Adobe Analytics data. My analysis indicates year-over-year data differences ranging from 200% to 600% within certain date ranges.I'd like to cross-check with you to determine whether these substantial variances are accurate and anticipated, or if there's any reason to suspect data integrity issues during those times. I have Attached the Image  Thank you in Advance

Hi all, I have a use-case where I have to implement the analytics tracking for youtube embedded videos. I have tried using two extension one being youtube playback and other one is youtube player embed but neither is giving me the desired outcome. I am thinking if the videos are inside the iframe tag which is the primary reason it is not getting loaded. Does anyone has experience on handing this use-case and provide an appropriate solution.

I am using AEM as a Cloud Service. 2 different systems are invoking the AEM publisher domain with respective request parameters. The requests are not authenticated and hence AEM is redirecting the request to the configured IDP. However while redirection, it is using the idpUrl configured on SAML Authentication Handler configuration on AEM. Therefore we are losing the request parameter. I have tried setting "saml.sp.use.relaystate": true on AEM SAML Handler configuration, but that looks to be different or even might not be supported now, not sure. I understand that this is OOB Handler functionality and the redirection is a POST request and not a GET. Still appending like a request parameter will work for us since IDP will be able to read that parameter and act accordingly. So please recommend the best approach to relay/append the same request parameter to the idpUrl redirection. Sincere thanks for your kind help !

Hi, I am creating two schemas individual profile and experience event schema and using loyalty_Id as identity in the both schema. Whether should I create single namespace for both the Ids or create two namespace to assign them separately?

Hi Team, My UI app team wants to pass complete grapql query with endpoint shared by AEM team as headless cf models.so that Ui app team can reduce or modify content based on query passed in POST   can passing query as payload or url param is recommended?

I’ve configured the Apache jackrabbit oak TokenConfiguration  in AEM 6.5 to set token expiry, and it works as expected.   However, it doesn’t consider user inactivity — the session expires only after the configured time, regardless of whether the user is active or idle.   I’m thinking of adding a client-side JavaScript to detect inactivity and force logout, ideally by loading it globally in the author environment.   Is there any official or supported clientlib category that loads globally at the instance level (i.e., across all authoring UIs like Sites, Assets, etc.)?   Thanks in advance!-Sravan

Hi, there is no "Save and close" option in editing the properties for an AEM asset (image). Some images in the same folder do have this option to "Save and close" whereas images like below only have "Close" Is there any reason why it could be? Thank you

Is there a way to pull old project data from an inactive custom form into a new custom form if they share some of the same fields and/or calculated fields? Do projects need to be active or can they also be closed?  Could fusion run a scenario irregardless of the project status?

I have images that I have expired on AEM where the subject has removed permission for us to use their images. When I insert the image using Assets on Adobe Express - I am able to see an "Expired tag" beneath the image, however when I insert the image via Adobe Asset Link on InDesign or Photoshop - no expired tag appears and I am able to use the image as normal.Would this be an error, or is this functionality not available with AEM Asset Link?  If a functionality issue, is this available with other AEM Products? I am currently using AEM Essentials.

Hi all - I was looking at our timesheets and noticed that they did not autogenerate like they normally do for us on the 1st of the month.  Normally, the following month's timesheets (July) autogenerate when we reach the 1st of the prior month but it looks like that didnt happen this month.  Anyone else experience this? If so pls submit a case to support! Hopefully they dont make us autogenerate them manually as a fix since that would be very cumbersome.

Hi Community,I’m trying to recreate a trend line chart and a freeform table in Adobe Analytics Workspace, based on a screenshot shared by a client (attached below). Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the original project — just the image. From the screenshot, it seems there are two trend lines for a metric (possibly "Internal Search: Successful"):One line excludes data from Jan–Apr 2023 (shows flat line in the beginning).Another line includes only Jan–Apr 2024 (shows spike in the middle).Below the chart, there’s a freeform table also split based on these same two conditions.I want to replicate this kind of setup for a different metric — let’s say “Visits” — for learning and practice. I have access to Adobe Analytics via the free Adobe University access.Could someone please guide me:How to create these two segments correctly (exclude Jan–Apr 2023 and include only Jan–Apr 2024)?What’s the best way to apply these segments to a trend line and freeform table?Should I avoid using “Date Ran

Hi, thanks for your help in advance! I am trying to set a form that will prepopulate the country dialling code before the 'Telephone' field based on the country selected previously.I would really appreciate your advice on how to set this. Is there any solution within Marketo (not involving 3rd parties) and if not, do you have any recommendations? Thanks again!

I'm currently preparing for the AEM DevOps certification and looking for good study resources.I’ve been going through the official Adobe documentation, but honestly, it feels quite scattered and hard to follow in a structured way.Does anyone have any beginner-friendly or well-organized learning resources (like blogs, courses, YouTube playlists, notes, or hands-on guides) that cover AEM DevOps topics like:AEM architecture (Author/Publish/Dispatcher)Setting up environmentsCI/CD with Jenkins or Cloud ManagerReplication agentsMonitoring and performance tuningIf you've already taken the certification, I’d really appreciate any preparation tips or insights as well! Thanks in advance!

I would like to create a validation logic where a specific value is selected on a field if user selects "Yes" on a field that precedes it. For example, we have a radio button field question:Urgent request? - Yes- No The following field is a single select field with value options:Urgency Level- Standard- Expedited- Urgent Can someone help with a validation logic? Thanks!

I've noticed that the x-axis labels on my chart aren't accurately reflecting the chosen date range for the visualization. This is impacting my ability to interpret the data correctly. Could you help me understand why this might be occurring and how to resolve it?
