Solved

I'm stumped, and I hope somebody here can help with this. We are running AEM version 6.5 on-premise and we've discovered that the system is generating different site maps every day. Below is a look at how the site maps look on different days. Yes, we have split our site into three different site maps, that happened before my time here. I can't seem to find a way to fix this, or at least to find out why it is happening. Any help you may be able to provide would be very much appreciated! We have run into issues when tasks are completed by a user, then reopened by someone other than the user. These tasks do not show up on the users My Work. Any suggestions on how to configure a report that shows what is in the work area for a user? Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello, i have to modify the delivery summary report by adding a column regarding the click-to-open rate for each email. Is it an existing metric on Adobe Campaign ?

Hi all,  We are facing an issue since some time now. We see that we are not able to customize the logs for our AEM servers, and this is affecting multiple environments. Logging has not stopped in our instance but it is only that when we add new logger path as class names or change log type of existing logs, it enters fine in the Logging logger configuration but is does not reflect same in the slinglogs. We have referred to previous posts and based on suggestions deleted duplicate logs, restarted AEM instance, checked the bundles and restarted them. But nothing is working out right now. We are using AEM version 5.6 where we are facing this issue.   Please suggest if you have faced similar issues or have other suggestions.

We need to provide limit access to ACS reporting only. Is it possible with Campaign standard? If yes, how? Thanks for your help

Hi AEM Community,   We are using i18n data dictionary in our project wherein the dictionary are hosted at the path - /apps/projName/i18n. This node has 3 files - en-US.json and en_us.json.   On Dev and Stage environment the json is loading correctly. On Production environment, we are getting the below errors - GET /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en_us.json 404 GET /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en-US.json 404   If we check the error logs, we get the below entries - 06.12.2022 07:15:18.541 [cm-pxyzxyz-eabcxyz-aem-publish-5f64d868f6-hjnk6] *INFO* [163.116.195.116 [1670310918538] GET /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en_us.json HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Resource /content/brandsA/us/en/libs/cq/i18n/dict.en_us.json not found   As you can see the path "/content/brandsA/us/en" is appended to the original GET Request. The request path "/libs/cq/i18n/dict" is bound to below servlet - ServletResource, servlet=com.adobe.granite.i18n.impl.ResourceBundleExportServlet, p

I am dealing with a behavior that it's when I introduce a segment in the workspace table at the beginning it only applies to the six summary numbers at the beginning and to the first freeform table. In the following ones it does not apply.   Could any one give me a clue on why this is happening?   Thanks for the help!

We are currently adding the delivery name to the beginning of the Proof Subject Line manually for each campaign.  Is it possible to have the Delivery Name included in the Proof Subject Line at the Template Level and if so, how can this be accomplished?  thanks.

Our app has an author instance, a publish instance and a dispatcher, all running on the same EC2 instance. We have a page containing a content fragment list component and when we publish a new content fragment or change an existing one, the page on the publish instance gets updated immediately but the page on the dispatcher doesn't. It seems like we need to republish the page every time we change something, but is there a way to configure it so that we only need to publish the content fragment and have the page on the dispatcher update automatically?

In Adobe Campaign Classic you could use alert activity to send an email to a group of operators. I want to do the same thing in ACS. Is it possible? If not, what workaround can I use?   Thanks,

Hi All,   We have a few contact history records to delete from ACS broadlog/trackinglog/exclusionLog is that possible? In Classic this was handled easily, I couldn't find any delete option for these OOTB tables. Anyone with similar experince.

Hi Team     So I recently raised a question https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/how-can-i-enable-private-gated-content-crawling-in-aem/td-p/562158 for an issue I was facing. I am rethinking the solution approach I was asked to follow. I would need some expert opinions on the best approach for this issue.    Problem:-   We have a third-party search engine API that needs to crawl all our pages and index them. We have integrated SAML Authentication. Some of the pages will have authentication enabled. We need the Search Engine to crawl these pages too.    Solution Suggested:-  The solution which I was asked to implement is as below    The Search Engine's API request will have a unique User-Agent. For e.g, it will have some XYZ  in the User-Agent.  We will check the incoming requests each time and if the request is identified from the crawler, allow it (

We would like to have a table (JSON or spreadsheet) with attribute information defined for each page URL, import that table in AEM, and export it to Publish in JSON or other format.   ■Example・URL: page-url-1Attribute information 1 (category): Cloud computingAttribute information 2 (target): For small and medium-sized businesses   ・URL: page-url-2Attribute Information 1 (Category): Digital MarketingAttribute Information 2 (Target): For large companies   We would also like to export the table information registered in AEM, update it as needed, and import it again. How can we achieve this kind of functionality in AEM?

as above.   some information/notes:   I checked the IDP metadata that was given to me by our Okta team I checked OSGI config I checked author dispatcher config I checked SAML response (using SAML tracer browser plugin)  I can successfully login to Okta I read this troubleshooting guide in case I miss something else => How to troubleshoot SAML related issues in AEM | Adobe Experience Cloud our author is behind a dispatcher and Amazon ELB (this is the flow: me => ELB => dispatcher => AEM author) encryption is turned off in the OSGI config I checked the certificate that's been uploaded vs the one provided to me by Okta team   Any other ideas on what else to check? Thanks         Resource at '/' not found: No resource found Cannot serve request to / in /libs/sling/servlet/errorhandler/404.jsp Request Progress: 0 TIMER_START{Request Processing} 0 COMMENT timer_end format is {<elapsed microseconds>,<timer
