Hi everyone! I've collapsed down a list of ideas that we have upvoted within our internal team and would appreciate your support too! Hi All, Looking for help upvoting this idea: https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSkoAAG/detail - Show Number of Tasks Selected One of my group admins send me this and I found the above idea: I was just thinking that if you're selecting tasks to delete, etc., it would be nice to see how many you have selected to ensure you don't have something still checked that shouldn't be before you hit delete. I know after you hit delete the box pops up and tells you how many are selected but if you have selected multiple, by that time, I usually don't know how many I selected. Whereas, if I select the first task and it says two are selected, I would know that something else is checked somewhere in the project. Sarah Nau

Here's a new one I'd like to see implemented: auto-send reports to users in the report. I run a number of "exception" reports, looking for items that don't conform to company SOPs. Hi all! Please upvote this idea: Add Templates to Projects in Bulk By selecting multiple projects and clicking "Edit", we should have the option to add a project template to all the projects selected. Use case: we have many projects that all need one task added to them. Instead of adding the task to each project one by one, we want to create a template with the one task and attach this template to all projects in bulk. Kirsten Heikkinen

Upvoted! I would also like to bring up an Idea from WAY back in 2017: auto-collapse completed parent tasks. Long task lists can be much more easily navigated if completed parents are collapsed by default. https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSa5AAG/detail Anthony Pernice

Please up-vote if you'd find this helpful. Currently when you set a task to autocomplete the system only takes the planned completion date into consideration. Once that has passed the task completes, regardless of any predecessors. https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSWHAA4/detail

Hi Janelle, I know this is not quite on point with regard to " Custom form data accessible from more screens within projects" but I came across this nugget in the community forum the other day and think it is really useful.
