Workfront used to offer a tier of contract /pricing plan that included a dedicated System Admin from Workfront to manage your instance, if your company didn't want to maintain the system yourselves. Is this still something Adobe offers, and does anyone know the approximate cost?

When a requestor completes the custom form, all fields are initially visible and completed correctly. However, upon converting it to a project, one of the fields becomes empty, leading to inconvenience. How we can resolve it?

Hello Community, Is there any way to practice Workfront free Instance for learners? 

Is it possible to create a Typeahead dropdown list that queries an external data source? When the user chooses a value from among typeahead options presented, we'd like the selected value to execute a query that looksup related values and returns them For example ... You have a Typeahead field on a form called "State". User types in string "CA" and the field looks up the external datasource column for State to populate typeahead suggestiongs User Gets typeahead suggestions of "California", "N. Carolina", "S. Carolina"... & selects "California". This executes a query to a "geo" database using California as search parameter to return the related values for Country and Continent. The following 3 fields are populated on the form: State: CaliforniaCountry: USAContinent: N. America Has anyone accomplished this type behavior on a form? is there a way to close a time sheet at the end of a time period to stop people from entering new time beyond a certain point? we're seeing people log time weeks after a task is complete. 

Is it possible to pull cycle time by campaign? We're able to pull cycle time on our projects, but wondering if it's possible to do it by the larger campaign (group of projects). Thanks!

I had made several updates to a Custom Form on 7/22, using the new builder.  Applied/Saved.  On 7/23, I'm demoing those changes to a business partner of mine.  An hour later, I'm demoing those changes again to a few other people.  I was going back and forth in between browsers and the form.  I close the form and open it up again and all of a sudden the old Custom Form builder is there.  And, the changes I had done the day before were gone.  I know this sounds bizarre, but Workfront reverted the form back to an older version.  I'm wondering if it's because of the old builder showing up. I closed out the form and brought it back up and the new builder was there.   Apparently, I was the last one in the form, but how is it possible to roll back?  That's not even an option in the form.  And, is there a place that you can see who made the latest update? One more thing:  If two people are editing a custom form, wo

Hi all, Curious if this is a deeper internal IT issue or a Workfront issue. We have 15- 20 people on our team who use Workfront on various machines and browsers (mac, windows, Chrome, Safari). Late last year/early this year it started to where we will be in Workfront using it as normal and then all of a sudden when we click something, nothing will happen and a 1KB file download with no content will happen instead. There is no "common thread" to what we're doing in WF when it happens, sometimes we're opening proofs or proofing workflow, sometimes we're navigating to tasks, sometimes to our home screen. The only thing that seems to fix it is clearing cache and history and then closing the browser and reopening. Sometimes going to another tab with WF open it will work fine, other times it won't. We have done some trouble-shooting with our internal IT and they think it's a WF issue, so before opening a ticket I wanted to see if this happens to anyone else and if there's a known fix.&n

The instance I'm working on has multiple divisions with different clients based on location. They want a custom form where, basically, I'd be selecting division, the region, and then have a client drop down that only displays clients based on the previous selections. Since Workfront doesn't have cascading drop downs, what types of solutions could I look into without having to make who knows how many separate client lists? 

Is there a way to tie routing rules to specific responses in a custom form? and what the process is for doing it. In a dropdown list of 4 items, ideally, if the user picks marketing from the dropdown, the request would be assigned to the marketing team, if the user picks promotions it would be assigned to the promotion teams, and so on. 

 I've got some fields in a custom form with display logic and I want to also make them required.  I've selected required, but there's no asterisk when previewing the form and they are not required. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.Tracy

I need to add the yellow highlighted tasks into a report.  I have tons of projects using 7 different templates; however, I only want to pull in child tasks that fall under the parent name "Deliverables - All documents go in these respective tasks."  All 7 templates use this parent task, but the child task names change depending upon the project.   I can't figure out how to do this....

We are looking at ways to set up a project as an individual team's Source of Truth and are curious if anyone has done so and what that looks like. The scenario: We have two phases of approval in the automated workflow: A peer review and a Marketing Manager review. Peer review approves. MM has changes. When the designer uploads a new version of the proof, can the proof automatically bypass the peer review phase or will it always ever go back to the peer review? Yes, we can ask the designer to delete the phase on the next version, but I am looking to see if there's something easy in the settings that I'm missing.

Hello, Workfront seems to bei down. When trying to access we do get the following error message: {"err":{"name":"Error","statusCode":500,"message":"Request failed with status code 400"}}can anybody confirm this? status.adobe.io does not show any incidents yet… RegardsLars
