Workfront Fusion

Hi Everyone,  We are trying to build a scenario to convert an approved request to be a project. We're using a 'Convert to Project' Misc action and we've been trying to attach multiple custom form to each queue topic but it has not been successful.  This is how our overall scenario looks like:  After the Convert to Project module, we put the Update Record module to update the converted project:We use the switch function to map each queue topic to their respective custom forms. That one has been working like a magic. However there will be a situation where several queue topics needed to be mapped with multiple custom forms. Is there a way to map one queue topic to several custom forms? We tried adjusting the first part of the switch function to include the 'and' function in the first queue topic in an attempt to attach multiple custom forms but it did not work. Here's the screenshot in red box:  I am wondering if anyone has set this up before.

Hi Team, I am a Workfront system admin at my  Org. When adding new users to Workfront Fusion, they cannot see the existing scenario even though they are added to the team in Workfront Fusion. It appears they do not have Workfront Fusion roles assigned, and there is nowhere for me to assign them roles.  Thanks

I'm trying to update multiple templates with two users for specific tasks. When I use an update module it only replaces the user with a single user. Is there a way to add multiple users? I know you can add multiple users to regular tasks, but I'm not seeing that option is there for template tasks. 

There are 2 functions named length according to documentation: length for Arrays which counts items in array, and length for Strings which counts characters.  In this video I am setting a variable where, if the length of a string is longer than x it will return one value and if not longer, then it will assign a different value to the variable.  You'll notice that right before I save it and mouse over the length function it shows the guidance for String length. But after I save the module, mousing over shows the guidance for Array length. I'm not sure if Fusion is actually swapping out the String function behind the scenes with the Array function of the same name or it is just mis-printing what appears in the mouseover text.  However, after I run the module, regardless of the length of the value that I input, it is always outputting the variable as though the If condition were true. Can anyone...a. duplicate what I see with the mouseover text?  an

Do any of you have Workday tied to Workfront using Fusion to where it enters Sick Time and PTO automatically into their timesheets? 

Hi,  Our organization structured our request queue for content creation and activation channels to be separated. This means if you have submitted a request for content creation, you will have to submit another request if you would like to activate the content for example in Marketo, Pardot etc.  After performing the UAT for the new processes, we realized that the fields filled up in the content request queue are also the fields we need to fill in the channel activation queue. They both share the same fields for intake form.  My question is, is there a way for us to transfer the information filled up in the first request (content activation) to the request of channel activation? I know Fusion might be able to help us with this and I would appreciate if someone could lend a helping hand to summarize the configuration we need for this.  Your assistance is appreciated! ThanksArthur

Can anyone help figure out where the callback URL for WF Fusion is? I am in my connectors tab of Fusion and am not seeing any information other than the Connectors already created through a Scenario.  When I try to create the clientID for Salesforce, however, it requests this callback URL that I do not see in the connection setup screen (see steps from Adobe below) Enter the Callback URL for your Adobe Workfront Fusion connection. This is the URL that Salesforce redirects the user to after they authorize the connection. You can find this URL in the Adobe Workfront Fusion connection setup screen. 

Over the holidays, we had a Fusion scenario that was stopped due to a transient but long-running error in a third party service.  This caused the scenario to stop.  Unfortunately, in the slew of other scenario errors that were triggered, we missed reenabling that one scenario.While this was our fault, we are looking to Fusion for ways to help minimize the impact of such situations.  Critical scenarios would ideally have a setting to NOT be auto-disabled, ever.  Or we could have a way to have one scenario check on the status of others and send a reminder email/Slack/etc. to reenable if it's detected.Other than sheer will, does anyone have any suggestions of how to make this generally more robust?

I have a webhook set up to kick off a scenario any time a project status changes to a certain status. Within this scenario, a data store is accessed that houses project numbers available for use depending on project type. The end of the scenario increments the available project numbers so that there are no duplicates. The issue is, if a user changes the status of multiple projects at the same time (for example, all projects within a program), the scenarios runs too quickly and assigns duplicate project numbers because the data store is being accessed before the other scenarios complete (and increment the project number for the next scenario run). Anyone have ideas on how to force Fusion to wait until one webhook completes before allowing the next to process?

Fusion scenario is not picking up my newly created issues for Project conversion whereas, it is doing for my other team mates. I own that Fusion connection and have Workfront system admin access. I also tried changing the Request Queue owner to my other team mate with system admin access but no luck.What could be the reason, any suggestion please? Thanks,Ash

Connecting to Adobe Target and or Adobe Journey Optimizer setup requires a private key to part of the connection.  This is used when creating a JWT access_key for an application.  AEC has indicated the JWT auth will be end of life by JAN 1 2025.  Is there an ETA as to when the Fusion modules will be updated from JWT auth over to OAuth?

Hi Fusion Community!Does anyone know of a way to search a scenario's executions by module #?  I want to see how many times a module processed an operation, and also look at some of those operations. Currently, it would take me forever to sift through the History tab in the scenario to find any operation that was processed within a specific module. Thanks!Nick

We have been trying to set up Fusion scenarios to post an update each time a request is approved. Our approval process is as per below:  1. Stage 1 approval process will be triggered by NEW status so that the approval will be triggered upon the request submission. 2. If someone approves this on the first time, we want Fusion to be able to post an update in the request saying the request has been approved. 3. If on the other hand they decide to reject it, the request status will be changed to 'Pending Requestor Input' and the requestor will be notified to amend the request. 4. Once the requestor review the request, they are required to change the status of the request to 'Resubmitted' and this status will trigger the second stage of our approval workflows.  Below is how our approval process is set up: We used the Fusion template (Convert Approved Issues to Project) to build two scenarios to automate this. I have a scenario that is meant to take in a CSV file (picked up from Sharepoint as a starting trigger.) Based on the data in this spreadsheet, it is meant to create or update records in Salesforce. The CSVs can have upto 100,000 rows of data. I was expecting that it could take some time to process all this data eg 5 hours or so. However, the scenario always stops working and crashes after 40 minutes. Each row in the spreadsheet takes approx 1-2 seconds to process. I have tried breaking down the csvs into smaller amounts but even at 1000 rows of data it is hit and miss whether it completes or times out. What can I do to ensure the scenario completes all exceutions for a large data amount?

Is it possible to use Fusion to pin two tasks (absence and public holidays) to the timesheets of over 900 users? I reviewed the API documentation and couldn't find a method, but I wanted to double-check here.

I'm trying to copy a proof workflow with all versions from one project to another. I've figured out how to copy the document, but I need the document to replicate the proof workflow and include the previous versions of the document. Does anyone know how to do this? 

I have a scenario in Fusion that has an error. I've tried taking the ID from the error and searching for it in Workfront or putting it in a few different places in the URL but nothing works.  Anyone know how to identify what in Workfront is causing the error?

Our team is exploring if the following can be done in Fusion.  Use Case: We want to set up a Master Project with a weekly task for a user to mark as complete after the meeting. In this meeting the team is presenting Workfront projects, and we have a task on each of these projects to build the meeting agenda. Currently, these tasks are completed manually for each project. We are trying to see if we can have the User complete the Master Project Task only and then have Fusion auto complete the task(s) that are in the projects that were shown in the meeting for that day. I think for this to possibly work, I would also need to make a relationship between the tasks from the Master project and Projects shown in the meetings. I was thinking of attaching a custom form to the tasks but not sure if that is the best route to go. I have attached a diagram below on what we are hoping to do.     

Hi,  I am building a scenario in Fusion so that it will trigger once an issue is approved. We have attached an approval workflow to the issue. We would like to capture multiple content requests in a single issue by letting people choose multiple content from a dropdown. My questions are:  1. What is the best module setup to use for the triggers? I have been trying to use Watch Event module with the currentApprovalStepID event filters but failed. Am I using the right module? If so, can anyone direct me on how to get the approval step ID from Workfront? 2. We plan to have Fusion create a project once the request is approved and then build a project from multiple project templates. For example, if in one request we receive content requests for a whitepaper and an email, we will want to combine the template tasks of whitepaper and email into one project. Is there a way to set up the Workfront to be able to do this?  Your assistance is truly appreciated. T

We recently adopted Box at an Enterprise level and integrated with Workfront. The challenge is that WF only does a 1 way sync with Box. (I posted more about it here: Re: Serious Issue - Do you use Workfront as your '... - Adobe Experience League Community - 579259) For Example:Box Folder: Project AppleDocument in Box Folder 1: Banana1Document in Box Folder 2: Carrot3 As long as you don't move files between folders in Box, you're history in WF remains intact. However, if you write a comment on Banana1, and then move that document into a different folder.....everything connected to it in WF is wiped clean.  This is because WF constantly 'refreshes' the Box connection with a one way sync....so its not retaining anything if a move happens, it's just mirroring the Box setup. So my question....Is it possible with Fusion to tell WF to retain those things in WF? i.e. if someone moves Banana1 to a different folder, the comments and forms following along.  Anyo

I'm needing to do a search of the dashboards collection for a report (PTLSEC).  What I want to do is to create a filter to look for an empty dashboard collection and lastViewedDate is older than 6 months ...and then delete the Report. I thought that I could just use an Iterator ...but, I think there is a bug here. I'll open a ticket, but just curious if anyone knows a work-around.  The label for the dashboard id is dynamic, so I can't check that.
