Hello! We are trying to understand the first page of a session in CJA, but without success. One of the things we though might help was bringing in session depth (_experience.analytics.session.depth) which is supposed to be a variable used in the Hit Depth Dimension. Our Hit Depth Dimension is working great and pulling in data just fine in Adobe Analytics, but Session Depth does not. Does anyone know what we might be missing? Thank you!

Hi All, I'm trying to calculate Time Spent Per Page View in our Downstream Data Lake. I was referencing the Data Columns reference to try to understand this, but unsure how to calculate it in SQL. It's my understand each row is a hit. How would I look at the average time spent on a particular page to exclude single page visits and also to average the time on a specific page, for example "Page A"? I'm trying to replicate this from my calculated metric that contains a segment as well downstream. I have an evar for Page Name, but because I don't have a prop, I can't get Entry Page Name. Is there a best way to set up a processing rule to set the prop whenever the evar is set but only if its a page view? Right now, I have a rule that says if my Page Type prop is set then run the rule to create the Page Name prop, so I think it should work, but just want to make sure I'm doing it the best way.

Hi everyone, I hope you are well!I have a quick question on tracking page load speeds in Adobe Analytics.We are currently using the Adobe Analytics Performance Timing Plugin. This is pretty old and the link to the documentation has been redirected to the getPageLoadTime plugin page. On this page there is a message saying it is deprecated.In this post, there is a suggestion to use a Launch extension. We do not use Adobe Launch as our TMS. Are there any alternative page load time measures in Adobe Analytics?The MDN documentation notes that the PerformanceTiming feature is deprecated, but it looks like it's still available in most of the major browsers. If there is no alternative, is there a major issue if we keep using it for the time being?Any insight anyone has, would be massively appreciated.Thanks

I am writing to bring to your attention a user interface issue we've encountered with our current implementation of eVar for tracking purposes.In our setup, when a user clicks on any tracked section of our website, the URL is appended with the value "?promo=trackcode." For example, if you land on the homepage, say www.xyz.com and click on the logo in the header, which is intended to navigate back to the homepage, the click is tracked using an eVar. However, this eVar value also appears in the redirected URL.As a result, the landing page URL changes to something like "xyz.com/home?promo=header." This behavior leads to a negative user experience, as all clicks are accompanied by this promo value in the URL. Moreover, it has implications for our SEO efforts. While it is crucial for us to maintain tracking, we would like to eliminate the additional text in the URL (i.e., "?promo=...") to improve both user experience and SEO performance.Could someone please guide me on how to retain th

Taking page url as an example, what is the difference in capturing page url c02 in an evar that expires after a hit compared to page url t02 captured in a prop?  Thanks in advance!

Hi community, we are experiencing an unexpected behaviour with the classification rule builder. The rule consists of 107 different expressions and it is based on a always 9 digits long code.Important to say: This rule hasn't been changed since months. And also the classification names didn't change. Today we noticed some unclassified values and found that, when testing the rule set, it is giving us this result: After this testing, Adobe is telling us all the rules are not working:  But if we activate it again, it is giving us a success result: In Workspace we see that all the Codes that have been classified once, are still fine. But Codes that are coming in new are not getting classified anymore. Did anyone find this behaviour before and knows what to do (other than contacting Client Care :D) Best regardsSabine

Is there a way to create a CTR metric that works universally with any relevant dimension?The calculation is clicks / page views, but the issue that I run into is that it defaults to taking page views on each dimension instead of the page itselfEX: The CTR of "Individuals & Teams" should be 3.2%(Target Text Name just captures the text of the link that was clicked when a click event occurrs)

We are busy optimizing our server call usage and doing a cleanup of actions that are utilizing many of our server calls. Is there a way to see if a Dimension 'value' is being used in an active workspace project/report? 

Dear All, In GA4, there's a default dimension called 'Event name' that lists all events. However, I can't seem to find a similar dimension in Adobe Analytics that allows me to view all events within a specific time range. Can anyone assist with this?

there's an "out of" metric on the header for the Average Time Spent on Site column. What does "out of" refer to?

Is there a way to easily replicate components across data views?

Hi,  I am trying to import Week and Month of Year dimensions from Adobe to PowerBI in the same report. When I click the "close and apply" button in PowerBI. It shows that the data is loading, but it takes forever and then I receive an error. When I remove one of these dimensions, everything works fine. Why can I not combine the week and Month of the Year in the same report?

Hello Community, Good Day! I stumbled upon an Adobe Analytics API 1.4 documentation URL: https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/1.4/guides/reporting/report-description/segments/ In the document, We can do something like search a specific value/s based on evar element. Sample below"segments": [{     "element": "eVar1",    "classification": "Group Name",    "search": { "type": "OR", "keywords": ["Administrator", "Manager", "Director"] }}] I want to ask, is there an equivalent of the above in Adobe Analytics API 2.0?As I'm checking, we need the segmentId inside the globalFilter like below "globalFilters":[{ {     "type":"segment",     "segmentId":"53adb46be4b0a2a175bf38c4"  }}] We need to add the specific evar value/s on the Reports API request same as the version v1.4 as we do not know the segmentIds of the segments.  Appreciate the help. For an form page, though it is de-indexed (not-listed) in Google  they are getting traffic from Natural Search channel around 1% that too with the referral as Google. What could be the possible reasons for that? Regards,Srividya.V  

Our company has dozens of report suites, since then we have consolidated and moved to few VRS suites and we're considering deleting the old report suites but wanted to confirm that those old report suites are not in any use before we actually remove them.  How can I determine how many times a single event fires during a single visit? I want to know if users submit multiple forms during a single visit or not. We use a single event that triggers when a form is filled out for all the forms.
