Adobe Audience Manager

Wanted to check a query about mobile app AAM implementation. Do you know if we can deploy AAM on the app without SDK5? I am thinking if we place AAM pixels on key interaction of app, will that work as a non-sdk approach? The customer doesn’t want to deploy any Adobe SDK so I am thinking what all workarounds can be possible.

Hi, We seem to have low overlap against a segment in AAM.  However, when we pull insights in our ad server based on UUID, the overlap seems to be higher than what is being shown in adobe.  Does adobe segment to segment overlap takes PMR into consideration or is it just doing device based? Thanks

Hi,We seem to notice the look a like are dropping from Mar 28 onwards and we are not sure why that must be the case.  Can someone please let us know if you have encountered this before and what was the cause for this?Thanks

Hi there - I'm just wondering if there is anyway to syndicate hashed customer identifiers e.g. email addresses to platforms beyond Facebook, Google and Linkedin.  I work with a couple of local publishers who enable us to match email addresses that we provide them in order to create audience lists for display advertising targeting purposes.  The current process involves manually uploading data that is hashed using sha256 algorithm - and I'd love to be able to do this within adobe Audience Manager (and leverage our People Based destinations functionality) if it was at all possible.  It'd be great if anyone can advise any experience they have on this.   

Hi All, Can anyone help us how to qualify for segments which are using rule based behavior created traits. We might have bigger combination within segment, so we don't want to  navigate to all the pages and qualify.We have used demdex pixel URL's to run it in the browser in a new tab to qualify for segments, but at this point we are seeing it is not loading for us. example pixel URL: (http://something.demdex.net/event?d_sid=12345). 1) Does this way of qualifying into a segment still works? or can you recommend any other way for force qualifying segments?2) What is the lag time for real-time qualification into a simple segment, I see there is a lag once we meet the qualification criteria but it is not consistent all the time? Appreciate your time and help! Thank in advance.

Hi Experts, I am new Audience Manager and has few questions around file upload and data sources.  We have a total of 10 tables of data, some of these tables use different IDs to identify the same customer; should we send each of these tables to AAM in separate data sources OR one file with all the tables combined to only one data source?How do we deal with the fact that some of these tables use different visitor IDs for the same visitor? Should we ensure that when we do an ID sync online, all the different IDs are sent to AAMCan we add multiple IDs in the file that will populate a given data source or should we ask the ETL team to consolidate IDs into a Master ID?In an offline data source we see there are multiple syntax forms that can be used to populate data, which one would you recommend using? Hi, I'm using segment to trait overlap report and i have identified 5 traits and 1 segment. However, while doing so i'm able select all 5 traits but somehow i'm not able to find the segments for which i want to run the report? Any suggestion? is there a bug?  P.S: The required segment is onboarded and has been created for more than 1 month and it has over 1 million population.

Hi all, I want to upload offline CRM data on AAM. But I can not use the FTP server as there are some issues with it. I was trying to upload it from Audience Library. On the doc, I saw the data can be pushed to AA and AT.  1) is it possible to analyze customers web journey like the picture above ? (google analytics's customer flow analysis) 2) if it is, can i see the integrated journey with other DMP ? (my CDP + other DMP)  - if i'm one of e-commerce owner and i integrated DMP of one social media channel's DMP, can i see the web journey such as 1) 3k customers went to SNS channel's home page 2) among 3k customer, 2k customers went to SNS channel's one of web page 3) among that 2k customers, 1k customers went to my e-commerce website....

segment overlap audience marketplace number how to use for insight

Looking to leverage the DCS API calls against a users ECID to send in information from our internal database. We have a stored table of ECID's. I am aware this is available for sending in against UUID's or Declaired ID's that have been synced, but this specific use case is built around the ECID. I see in the documentation there's a field for ECID (d_mid) but I want to confirm this is possible. 

Hi Team,Is there a way to identify unique users who've responded to Paid Media campaign and CRM campaign as well?  Background :we are planning to run email campaign via ACC. we also want same set of users to target via paid media campaign through AAM. First, we'll target users via email (though ACC) and then we'll target same set of users via paid campaing (pushing segments from AAM to DSP).Problem Statement:Is there a way to identify users who've responded to CRM and Paid Media? Please share your thoughts in order to achieve unique user count. Thanks in Advance! 

Hi,we create onboarded traits via rest api and we also want to delete depricated traits via rest api with the trait sid. But the call always results in "Forbidden" (403).At the moment we are only able to delete a specific trait with its integrationCode.We use JWT generated Access Tokens, creation and deletion with ic works fine.Do we need to change some access rules, policies or something else to delete with trait sid??Thanks for your help.

I'm curious if anyone has any tips on ways to speed up the onboarding process? Ours seem to take a full 2+ days to realize in the UI. We're currently using FTP and planning to move to the S3 but I don't expect that to make much difference. We're currently splitting up files based on the documented file size recommendation. Anything else? Thanks.
