Do we need to generate Digital Certificates to sign Pdf from AEM using AWS KMS?  I need to sign the pdf digitally and there is no verification of the signature involved. Help me understanding this whole process

I am implementing S3 bucket for datastore, have some open question and could not found clarity anywhere so posting here. I followed the document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-16057) 1. Which version of s3 connector is compatible with 6.5.18, how we can check which version of s3 connector we should be using for respective AEM version. Document only say use latest s3 connector for latest SP version. 2. When we use S3 for existing AEM setup do we need to manually move the datastore from /crx-quickstart/repository/datastore/ to /crx-quickstart/repository/repository/datastore/upload, after moving need to deleted the filestore configuration from /crx-quickstart/launchpad/config/org/apache/jackrabbit/oak/plugins/blob/datastore/ 3. After uploading all assets I observed same datastore folders been added in /crx-quickstart/repository/repository/datastore/download is this expected, or we can delete it.&n

We need to provide a proivision in AEM Page for an author to modify/update the URL slug for exisitng pages without moving the pages to new location. Please help how can we achieve the same .

Hi, Data is getting lost after saving composite multifield content fragments when we save the composite multifield the data is getting stored in JSON object and after some time if we open the content fragment the data is lost. If we go to crxde and check on the node the value was stored in a string array and the previous JSON object stored was deleted. we have written the custom JS with the help of the below link https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2023/06/aem-cloud-service-multiple-composite-multifields-in-content-fragment-editor.html  Please help me on the same what might the issue.  Thanks & Regards,Kalyan

Is this a general use-case or is this not recommended and should we include icons in some other way? 

Hello all, I am attempting to add a new option to the Relate List in AEM. I successfully was able to add the two options needed to the dropdown. But when I go to relate them, nothing appears on the right hand side, showing the Related list. Screenshots of examples below. Does anyone know if this is possible to extend, would love any support here! Thanks.  As you can see below I added two options to the relate dropdown but when I go to add them. The relation does not take effect and does not display in the Related list/references section.  Ideally the image's should be added to this list above. 

I am looking for documentation on how to properly configure audit logs for creating, updating, moving, publishing, unpublish, and deleting operations on assets and pages. All I can find is documentation on how to set up Maintenance/Audit Log Cleanup tasks in AEMaaCS. Can anyone refer me to the appropriate documentation or a good article on the topic? Also, I am not sure if I should expect audit logs to appear in Cloud Manager UI or if are they only available via API? Thanks,Daniel

Hi.  Here is my scenario.  I have a couple of ImageFields that point to different images that are watermarks and they both are bound to the same data binding element.  Now using JavaScript in designer....i would like to display one or the other, (possibly more) depending on value of the bound field.  ie:  If element is 'A' then use imageField1, or if 'B' use imageField2, etc.    When I add the binding, and JavaScript below.....it does not seem to work at all when I preview.Any help is appreciated.javascript:Document_Instance.Page1.ImageField1::initialize - (JavaScript, client)var watermark_name = ImageField1.rawValue;if (watermark_name == 'draft') {this.access="readOnly";this.presence="visible";}

I am trying to build a form with a table. However the cell content needs to expand and span over the pages.While browsing the forum for a solution, I found an answer where if we wrap the cell in a subform the spanning would work, and it did.However, in a single row, I am not able to resize the cell to the table height. In just this single row. I am kind of lost.Attached is the image of the form. I higlighted the gap that is appearing on this single row, the form is around 30 pages, and just this row is behaving this way.Sorry for the rant but it is driving me crazy. PS: working on AEM 6.1

I have a form that has a question and answer section in a repeatable subform such that the response to each question is directly below the question. The original instance is 1 but an unlimited number of instances can be added. Person 1 completes most of the form and adds the instances based on the number of questions they have and sends the form to Person 2 to answer the questions and sign the form digitally.  Through the action feature of Designer I added a lock button for Person 1 to set all the fields they edited to Read Only and to disable and hide the add and delete buttons that control the instances. The action wizard will only lock the first instance of the repeatable subform not any other instances added on.  I resorted to creating my own scripting to have the lock button attempt to lock all the fields in the instances that are entered by Person 1 but it isn't working properly.  The Subform "RFI" has the repeating subform within it called "Item", A

If I am opening my form in two tabs and changing/saving data in one tab, how can I make it reflect in another one.Maybe by refreshing/without refreshing the page OR something like Broadcast Channel API. 

Once I edit my source page (master) and then try to add it to XTM Job again, a launch page gets created. There an inconsistent issue where the launch pages are getting created multiple times causing duplication and change of page url.Why are these duplicate pages getting created?

Hi,     I added rte(rich text editor)  to meta data properties of dam asset image. But I'm not able to edit nor save the properties as it is throwing error. It shows unable to edit properties insuffucient permissions.I checked permissions and all look good I have access and I'm able to save other properties except anything from rich text editor. When I checked logs I found this error apparently its trying to create textIsRich property at root level node of image which is not allowed. Hello, I am attempting to reformat a website to appear analogous to an older version of the site hosted on Wix. There, the site has a short, 10 second MP4 that plays behind some text. I believe I can accomplish the text overlay, but placing in the MP4 on the site as a Hero Image is proving to be a challenge. The file and link paths are all correct, but it will not appear. Is there another way to accomplish this?

I know that when I go to publish a page I can either select "Now" or "Set a future date".Is it possible to publish an XF or CF that is on a page, alone? In other words, I have a live page in production but I add an XF or CF to the live copy and want to set a future publish date as well as a future removal date for the fragment.

Hello All, Using metadata schema editor in Tools -> Assets -> Metadata Schemas. We have made title and description as required fields. Applied this schema to folder and uploaded image. It doesn't show "REQUIRED METADATA MISSING" alert in List and Column View but we see the alert only in Card and Insights View.Let us know how can we enable this alert for List and Column view as well. PFA screenshots for reference.

For a new contract to AEM Assets Why is the AEM Sites Available, I can see our customer has provisioned dev, stage, and production AEM sites environment... but all they need are AEM Sites...

Hi all, Have a question I cannot seem to find already answered anywhere. I want to confirm if I am about to upload a jpg file that has clipping path(s), that once in AEM, an end user can download(rendition to whatever size spec they need) and still see clipping paths in other adobe programs? Is it possible to retain "everyone" group permission after server restart? so that admin user does not have to login and set permissions manually for this group?

Hi.  I need to make a form that keeps formating but has text boxes / tables that can expand in size for times when alot has to be written. But that then push what is below down so everything is seen and formating is maintained. This form eventually will be printed and needs to be able everything shown.
