Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hi,We developed some forms in AEM forms OSGi 6.1. We subsequently upgraded to AEM forms OSGi 6.1 Feature pack 1. However we found that we are unable to continue developing and editing as before. For example:We had used the button component. The edit button dialog has a tab called Script. In AEM forms Feature pack 1 there is a rule editor which has been introduced which now shows in the "Script" tab. The earlier configurations present in the "Script" tab are no longer available and there doesnt seem to a way to do the same in rule editor.Has anyone faced this issue?? Any suggestions or workaround?Regards,Anil

I feel like I am going crazy,I have a check box and a table on a LiveCycle PDF Form, when I select the checkbox I want a table to appear, and when unticked, disappear.I have simplified the document to show CheckBox1 (Checkbox from Standard menu) and Table1 (Table from Standard menu), I have enabled javascript in the scripting window for all events on the change event for the checkbox entered the following codeif(this.rawValue == 0){   form1.Table1.presence = "hidden";} else {   form1.Table1.presence = "visible";}If I set the initialize script toform1.Table1.presence = "hidden";The table is not visible as expected but the checkbox method does nothing... I've watched a video on YouTube and followed every last detail, even copying his example and my system does nothing!!! arghhhghhghghgh...What have I missed? Thanks,

Hi, all. When my form is opened in Adobe Reader, there is a default purple banner at the top that says: Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, choose Distribute Form in the Forms menu to distribute it to your recipients.Is there a way that I can suppress this banner? Thanks!Suzanne

While creating a dropdown list in my form I noticed a field called "Items Load Path". Can this field be used to provide a url from which it loads the options available in a dropdown list? Where would the URL reside, and how can I put values in that URL? Can someone please show an example? 

HiOur authors face the following problem when they want to enter a validation expression with IE11.When they enter a long expression like thisand if they press the return key to break the line manually, let’s say before ‘(this.value % 2)’, spaces only are inserted in IE11:In chrome (version 47.*.*) after pressing return key, the reminder of the expression starts on a new lineThis is the expected behavior.Since IE11 is the standard browser in our company, the authors have additional trouble entering validation expressions. Is there any configuration in IE11 that makes the return key work as expected?

Can you tell me what the format for pre-populating adaptive forms used within Workspace is?Does it follow the old standard PDF/HTML XML structure or the <afData><afBoundData><dataRoot>... structure?

I am creating a form that has expandable fields and allows page breaks within content.  That is not a problem.  However, the fields will not all fit on one page.  Fields one-sic are on the first page with the remainder and the signature block on the second page.  When the fields on the first page expand beyond the page limits it does not "keep with next" with fields that are located on the second page. How do you create a multipage form with pages linked to "keep with next"

I have a form where I am pasting text in a subform (occupies an entire page) a lot of text. Everything works fine when the pasted text is more then one page and I get scrolling bar at the right and a black and white + at the bottom right. The problem is I want the text to be flowed on to the next page. This is needed because the form may need to be printed and faxed sometimes.I have tried several tricks but so far I have not stumbled upon a good solution!Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,I just tried to setup a Reader Extensions certificate in AEM 6.1 Forms and received an exception "Invalid keystore format". An error message on the screen says: "Error occurred while adding the private key"I followed the description https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-1/configuring-document-services.html. I did the same procedure some month ago in AEM 6.0 where everything worked fine. I tested with several certificate files, also with the one that worked in AEM6. In an adaptive form I want to hide fields that are not relevant anymore because of values in other fields.Example: In the country I live children have a legal representative until they're grown up. If on a form somebody enters a birth date which indicates that he's older than 18 years the field demanding the name of his legal representative becomes obsolete. Such a feature is what I understand by adaptive form!The only way I've found so far to accomplish this is :* do not use the mandatory flag (because a field is always mandatory even if it's not visible)* check in field's validation expression whether it is visible at all: if it is visible check its value else validation expression returns trueWhat I would like is a way to switch validation off by guidebridge in a elementVisibleChanged event. Hi,    I am following the document to create adaptive basic form and its submit action to process the data. I am facing an issue to get the custom action in the Adaptive Form Edit dialog, unable to get its custom action name in the submit action drop down.    1. Created an adaptive form having radio button and text box for the user entry.    2. Created a custom_submit_action folder ,action node and added guideComponentType,guideDataModel ,jcr:description properties to the node.    3. Hi:I've posted about this issue before but I think it got lost in the shuffle a bit as I was also trying to deal with some other adaptive form issues as well (now resolved thanks to this forum's help).I'm having an issue across multiple forms using 2 different form templates I have tried that come with AEM Forms (Advanced Enrollment Adaptive Form Template & Tabbed Enrollment Adaptive Form Template).Simply stated, what is happening is this: If I try to submit a form that has required fields, before all required fields have been filled out, and I have previously navigated to the panel containing the E-Sign Component at least once (and the form has been rendered inside the component), navigating to the E-Sign Component again results in the component failing to re-render the form anymore, even after dismissing the components alert box which pops up and says "Please esign the form".Perhaps the simplest thing to do is to convey the steps I have taken to get to this point so that you may

At this moment, I have written a process where1) User A submits adaptive form from AEM.2) LC captures the submitted XML3) From there on LC takes it to review task4) Review task has two routes a) Store XML in local repository b) Map XML data to XDP My requirement here is to print the XDP form that is displayed in review task. Do we have feature in HTML workspace to do so? (Please be advised, I don't want another route to be established from review task to "Send the document to printer"). I am wondering if there is an option to trigger a print out from review task? (Similar to we do CTRL+P from a browser). Any pointers on this is highly appreciated.

I am able to view as PDF and HTML forms. When I import any sample data, The sample data is getting rendered in PDF view but I dont see data rendering in HTML form.Why My Sample data is not rendering in HTML view but works fine in PDF view.Does HTML view with Sample data preview doesnt work in adobe livecycle ES4?Am I missing any setting in adobe livecycle designer ES4 to preview Html form with data?RegardsSunil
