Hi All, We are currently using AEM workflow send email process step to send emails in our org. I am trying to extend com.adobe.fd.workflow.email.SendEmailStep class in my project so that I can leverage lot of functionalities that this class provides but no luck so far. SendEmailStep uses OOTB SMTP mail service and I want to use graph mail service instead of smtp. I have added the following dependency in my project parent and core pom but no use.<dependency> <groupId>com.adobe.aemfd</groupId> <artifactId>aemfd-client-sdk</artifactId> <version>6.0.968</version></dependency> Thanks,Vishal

Hi,i set up sign in via azure ad b2c in AEM. I oriented on this example implementation: https://www.albinsblog.com/2021/12/enable-user-authentication-for-aem-websites-azureadb2c-oauth.htmlThe implementation is basically working. Now i have to call a 3rd party API and pass the authentication token. Does anyone know how i can access the token of the currently logged in user in order to use it for the http requests which are sent from the AEM backend?Also to me it is unclear if i can use the refresh token in order to retrieve a new access token as it seems that only the access token is stored.Another question i have if i can use the claims in the JWT instead of closed user group as a mechanism to restrict user access to certain areas of my website. Any suggestions or documentation regarding these topics would be useful for me.Thank you.

I am trying to view a PDF protected by AEM Forms 6.5 Document Security using SAML authentication.I believe the Document Security extended authentication feature can be used. The IdP is “Azure AD.”However, I am unsure about the following settings on the Azure AD side:・Entity ID・Assertion Consumer Service URL I think these are the endpoints for AEM Forms, but they do not seem to be documented.Does anyone know these settings?Thank you.

Hello Everyone, I have over 300 fillable PDF forms that are all the same version, though the content and answers differ. These forms contain various types of fields, such as textboxes, checkboxes, and dropdowns. I’ve encountered an issue where some checkboxes are selected (X), but after extracting the data using the "Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet" option, the value for these fields appears as (0) instead of (1). Given that there are over 200 fields per form, many of which are checkboxes, it’s not feasible for me to verify each field manually. However, I have found that over 90% of the data extraction is accurate, though in some cases, selected fields are still showing as (0) in the output. When I inspect the form in "Designer," it indicates that the selected value should be (1). Could anyone provide insight into why this might be happening? I would upload the form for further examination if privacy considerations allowed, but unfortunately, that's not possible. Any a

I have finally gotten Forms Designer (v6.5) installed on my Windows 10 Enterprise PC at work, have opened an existing PDF, attached an XML source file and mapped the fields, but do no see any of the data mapped to the fields in PDF Preview.Any documentation I've been able to find leaves much to be desired. I can't find an internal contact and I'm not getting any response from our Adobe rep so I'm turning to the community in hopes that someone can point me in the right direction: requirements (do I need Acrobat Pro or some extension to make this work with Forms Designer)? Is there something I need to do with the PDF prior to attaching the XML source? Thanks in advance.

How do I digitally Signi  a PDF Using an AWS KMS Key Pair and AEM Signature Service. Where in the Signature Service do I call to get the key and sign in the designated field. I dont see anything in the documentation on this at Adobe DocAssurance Service on your web site

I have a requirement to hide a logo image on few pages and rest of content of footer is same . As I have created a single Mater pages then what script I should write to hide the logo image in few pages. The no. of pages vary because in those pages dynamic table or contents are there. Hi all, I have connected my Adaptive form with SharePoint in Development Environment.In that while previewing the form in Author Service URL the data are get stored in my respective SharePoint, But in Publish Service the form data is not stored in my SharePoint.   

Fillable PDF originally designed in Designer 6.4 is having Font discrepancies after editing in Designer 6.5 version. The font sizes look inconsistent when viewed at low resolution (zoom out to 65% or lower). The fonts are embedded and installed in the server. The font used is "Open Sans". This was never an issue before updating the designer version.

Hii have been using PAT token set as pipeline variable and the deployment fails with a message “please check the credentials .. unable to build artifacts “ etc the npmrc files are stored under ui.frontend and ui.frontend.react. The authentication is in the npmrc file with the token/pwd as mentioned in the pipeline variable and is a base 64 encoded PAT token generatedThis was working in the past but now fails

I am working on AEM forms in my current project. Where I have one text box and a table.Based on the input given in text box, I will be adding rows to the table with the help of .addIntance() method.AddInstance method is taking time to generate rows when input given is more than 20 rows(My requirement is to handle row creation till 200). Where entire page is getting stuck till the rows are getting created.I am using proxy component of OOTB table component provided by AEM.I can handle it with the help of JavaScript and jQuery by defining empty tbody of the table and appending dynamic HTML to the tbody based on the input.But is there any way to improve the repeatable instance creation by either modifying something in component level or using something else while adding the instances? Thanks in advance.    

For an adaptive form authoring, I have to create a custom composite component that would render a few textbox fields. I need to include a bunch of textboxes in the HTL with different labels. To achieve this, I've created proxy components under the 'apps' directory, which inherit from the Forms OOTB guidetextbox components (Since it's a good practice to create proxy and include that). However, I've encountered an issue where the newly specified jcr:title attribute doesn't reflect in the rendered component. Instead, it retains the jcr:title property from the proxy component node. Hi, I am connecting to a CRM and invoking a function , using invoke service but unable to add an error handling function per the document or as we could with workflows  Has anyone tried this ? Hi all,I have a simple form and I am trying to translate a simple form using machine translator OOTB For a form I set locale or target language  using “add dictionary “ . This created a job and I ensured that the config is properly pointing to adaptive forms but the machine translation when triggered throws an error 1. Anyone got it working without error ?2. Loading the page with params for locale  as per the doc naturally didn load the locale specific data , am I supposed to change browser language prior to loading page per doc ? 3. Does the content in the fields  also get converted to the locale specific when keyed in ?, how do I test it  

Hi,We have implemented the Adobe Sign Document Component under the workflow model and connected that workflow to the required adaptive form and tested that form on TST(version 6.5.8.0) instance and it worked as expected. So, we got that sign document mail and after signing the document we got the further next workitems.Now the thing is, when we implemented the same thing on PROD instance we are facing an issue.The issue is even after signing the documents, we are not receiving the further workitems.Previously it was working. But suddenly it has stopped. We tried clearing the previous expired items. But it didn't work. We couldn't get to know whether its an issue from AEM end or Adobe support end? Or it is any kind of Config issue?So, what may be the solutions that we can try?  Thanks! 

We have AEM Forms Designer 6.5.17.For each form, we set the tab order as the last task before publication. However, when we then test the form, the tab order will start just fine in the top left hand corner, work its way to the first hyperlink (they are in text boxes or captions), and will then skip to any following hyperlinks, omitting all fields in between. Then it starts over again, same process.This is fine for people using screen readers, but not super-helpful for sighted form users. Creating hyperlink buttons in contraindicated for accessibility. I should also note that the hierarchy is ordered.
