Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hi,I have a XDP form that has 3 pages. When this form is rendered as HTML5, it is set to have only the main first page visible and the remaining 2 pages as hidden (exclude from layout). When a check box is clicked in the main page then the remaining 2 pages become visible and allow the user to enter the data. This works until the data is filled in. But when trying to print/save as static PDF, only the main/first page is printed, but not the reset of the pages. I tried the following JavaScript code but the +print is not having any effect.this.resolveNode("form1.page2").presence = "visible";this.resolveNode("form1.page2").relevant = "+print";Any suggestion on how to fix this?Thanks,Leena

Hi All, Looking for solutions to configure CI/CD pipeline for AEM Forms. Typically has 6 packages ui.content, apps, libs, config packages. Currently these are been packed from crx package manager, downloaded and manually added in next environment. Also has git repo for AEM forms.Usual deployments include more content packages release.Can anyone help in understanding setup cloud manager CI/CD for AEM forms ? Appreciate your inputs

we have 2 drop down when we select value from 1st drop down it will decide the value of 2nd dropdown.So how to do it ? 1 way is using clientlibs but there is other way using the aem form rules any idea on that ?

I've inherited a 2 page Dynamic XML PDF that has around 3,500 lines of JavaScript that was added manually to various click events in AEM Forms Designer/LiveCycle.  I've grabbed all the 'Events with Scripts' from the form and pasted them into a code editor to review. Ideally I'd like to do a find/replace across the entire codebase for the form in my code editor.  Is there some other way of interacting with code in a Dynamic XML PDF outside of Designer/LiveCycle? Can I export/import the code somehow? Having to go in and manually adjust each event is going to take many, many hours. There's got to be another way, right?

We have a requirement in our project for Adobe eSign, where we need to implement Adobe eSign on adaptive forms. There are two different scenarios:Single SignerMultiple SignersScenario 1 is working as expected. However, in scenario 2, although we are able to send forms to multiple signers, we have an additional requirement. When the PDF document reaches signer 1, they are expected to update assigned fields and provide their signature. Once signer 1 completes the signing process, the document should then proceed to signer 2. Signer 2 is supposed to fill the fields assigned to them and complete the signing process.Our challenge lies in being unable to assign fields to specific signers when dealing with multiple signers.Appreciate your support here. @pulkit_jain_ - Would you please help with this use case. 

Hi, generatePDFOutputBatch function producing output documents double the amount of input map. Please find the scenario below sample code snippet. I am sending two templates with xml data and expecting two PDF documents as output, but it's produce 4 documents. I am bit confused, Any help please. We have a Workflow on our Staging instance that we want to move to another instance. I've packaged the Workflow by including the following paths:/var/workflow/models/workflowName/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/workflowName The package installs successfully on our other AEM instance, and all the Workflow steps are visible, but the 'Send Email' step is missing all the settings from the 'Recipient Details' tab.  Here's how the panel looks in Staging:And here it is on out other AEM instance, completely blank:All the other settings for the Workflow seem to have come over successfully.  Has anyone else run into this? We seem to run into things like this at every step with AEM. I'm having a hard time believing anyone uses this successfully in production.

hi all, I'm currently installing the latest AEM Forms 6.5.18 on a RHEL server ("Experience Manager 6.5.18.0 Forms installer for JBoss EAP and Linux").I already installed java 11.0.21 and made it available in bash and set the JAVA_HOME environment variable. I successfully ran the install.bin script after unpacking the installer zip file.We had to add a JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environment variable in order to run the install.binexport JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Djdk.util.zip.disableZip64ExtraFieldValidation=true After the successful installation, I unzipped the jboss from the third_party folder.JBoss can startup completly using the bin/standalone.sh The next step is to create the ear files for adobe livecycle, I use the ConfigurationManagerCLI.sh to do this./ConfigurationManagerCLI.sh configureLiveCycle -f cli_aemforms_config.txtI exclude all solutioncomponents except for ALC-LFS-Output.This generates 3 ear files: adobe-livecycle-jboss.earadobe-livecycle-native-jboss

I have configured "Apache Sling Connection Pooled DataSource" for Postgres with below details:Postgres is now available as DataSource during create new Form Model however getting an error message "Error in fetching DataSource". Can anyone please guide me how to complete the setup?

We have a requirement for an adaptive use case wherein we aim to enable the capability to save a form as a draft for anonymous users. For instance, if a user starts filling out a form but leaves it incomplete, and later reopens the same form on the same browser, they should find all the previously entered values prepopulated.We intend to implement this use case using adaptive forms specifically for anonymous user journeys. Could someone please provide documentation and detailed steps for implementing this functionality?

I'm running into an odd issue that I'm not sure where to begin trying to solve.Our multiple page adaptive forms using the wizard layout typically have a captcha on a validation page that shows a summary of the fields filled with the answers the client has put in, which we save into tokens that can then be seen in text fields using variables that contain those tokens.Clients can then use the form navigation buttons which move back to previous pages in order to correct information they see is wrong.Something we've recently noticed however is that when they do so, the captcha dissapears on the validation step, stopping us from submitting the form since it still requires validation. We don't have any rules that may have caused it to become hidden so I'm not sure where to begin for solutions. As a workaround we are considering removing the possibility of backtracking once the client reaches the validation page, but that isn't a great user experience.Ideas ? 

Good morning,Adobe Aem 6.4.8.4 and the related Adobe Forms package are installed on an on-premises server. For project reasons we would like to uninstall Adobe Forms without causing problems to the CMS. Using package manager seems like it's possible at least technically.Is it possible to uninstall Adobe Forms without causing problems to the CMS? Is there an official guide?Thank you.

Hi All, I have connected AEM as a cloud service with an Azure storage account to store the data of the adaptive form which is connected with data form model.In my Azure storage account the data is stored in JSON format but I want that data in CSV file format. Whether it is possible to export the data as a CSV format or can we connect the Forms as Cloud service with relational database (PostgreSQL).   

Hi All, Facing java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adobe/livecycle/design/service/DesigntimeServiceImpl$30 Error in higher environment when trying to check in the asset after amending on it inside IDE workbench. The asset is simple fragment xdp. Can anyone please help me with pointers to look into these issue ?Any service related check required in admin Ui or bundles ?? Thanks in advance@336592 @10014790

I have a form that's mostly tables. Each table is in its own subform.I have buttons on each table to add or remove rows.Even though I have the tables set as Flowed, the subforms don't resize when adding rows, and they bleed into the following subform.So I'm not sure what it is I'm doing wrong.It a form for people to list their travel expenses. Here is the hierarchy for  couple of the tables: and the layout for the Meals_subform  What am I doing wrong?   

We have been using Libs based components for an On-premise solution. Now we are looking at Core Forms components for an AEMaaCS solution.Previously we had used the GuideBridge for handling some functionalityhttps://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-5/forms/javascript-api/GuideBridge.html Is that still the approach on AEmaaCS? GuideBridge is loaded. If so is there an updated API documentation?
