Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hey! We have upgraded AEM from 6.5.9 to 6.5.13 and AEM Forms stopped working. Installed packages :  Cumulative fix pack 6.5.13 Latest AEM Commerce Add-on Latest WCM Core Components 2.20.6 When I open the form all I can see is loading indicator.     And there are a lot or errors in console related to underscore library  :  Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined   Should I install any different package from Adobe to make Forms work in 6.5.13 ?   Thanks,  Artem

Hi all, Is there a way to integrate AEM Forms with Adobe Campaign? I was reading the getting started with AEM Forms and Adobe Campaign Standard article but is it confusing me a little. Are their any videos or other documents I could use? Thank you

I am sure I am missing something. I cannot find the syntax to refer to the displayname in a dropdown list. ${mydropdown} gives me the value but I need both the value and the displayname. I've verified that they are both set correctly by using a rule to populate two text fields with them.Any assistance is appreciated.@workflowuser

  I have a brand new AEM OSGI instance on Windows.  I upgraded to 6.5.13. I have created a simple workflow with 1 step - No operation.  No variables.I have created a simple Adaptive form using the blank template.  Added a text box and a Submit button.I configured the form container to submit to an AEM Workflow and Previewed the form.  It submits perfectly.I created a Forms Application - I chose the Adaptive Form, The workflow, Assigned forms-users, and Relative to Payload - data.xml.  Everything else is default.I got to my Inbox (as admin), create application, choose my application.  I see the form, I type some text and I click submit.I receive an error in the UI, AEM-FD-011-003 - Error occurred while submitting draft. No errors in log.  I have not increased logging.  I will try that now.

Hi Guys, I am trying to create a table with 2 columns.First column as text and second with a Checkbox for selection of the rown in AEM forms.(Screenshot below)Need to bind the value of the checkbox with a value so that I can determine what all rows are selected. I am able to bind the data with first column text but have no clue how to do it for checkbox. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks  

Hi All, We trying to generate default DOR on AEM forms as cloud service.We have connected to Unified storage connector to save form data on Azure. Created a FormData model to persist data on Azure blob.Submitting form using "Submit Form Data Model".Form data get saved on Azure blob.DOR generation request getting fired to  http://<cloudinstance>:8080/api/paExecute82Getting log entry - com.adobe.forms.aem.impl.XFANativeServiceImpl SIZE paExecute output service response size (bytes): 6629So DOR getting generated but where ? is the question? Could not find the JCR /var/ node. Any help. Trying to do what is there on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/forms/create-an-adaptive-form/generate-document-of-record-for-non-xfa-based-adaptive-forms.html?lang=en#auto-generate-a-document-of-record Thanks 

I have an adaptive form and After configuring, I am trying to submit the form and getting the error [AEM-AF-901-004] while submitting it from dispatcher URL. It works fine when I trigger the same via publisher.If I check the logs, I can see some errors as below - Caused by: javax.el.ELException: Error reading 'config' on type com.perficient.aem.datalayer.core.models.AEMDataLayerManager The URL, where we get the internal error is - <PAGE_URL>jcr:content/guideContainer.af.submit.jsp I had gone through some threads similar to it. But, not helped in my case. Any help or guidance will be appreciated!  

Trying to generate PDF using "Communications document generation" API. Doc URL - https://adobedocs.github.io/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/sync/#tag/Communications-document-generation-synchronous-APIs Sample code suggest we can use URL. When I tried with my xdp on Azure blob with readonly public access and content type as plain text then PDF generation fails with "Error 400 The specified template is not valid. Specify a valid template and retry."  // You can also pass a URL for the template and set the content type to text/plain builder.addTextBody("template", "https://forms.enablementadobe.com/content/ocrfiles/address.xdp",ContentType.TEXT_PLAIN);  Any clue? why?

We have a requirement to send the email in batches as we have a huge recipient list and our smtp servers are not allowing that huge list at a time in one go.So, we are writing a logic to send the email to the recipient list in chunks. While doing that at the line "messageGateway.send(email);", I'm facing an error "The MimeMessage is already built.null".Could anyone help me on this.

Hi All, I have managed an "Invoice template" similar to attached sample. What I need is, each time I change currency (by related drop-down list) I need all instances locale to change set currency. Change currency "drop down" includes neccessary script for the 1st row. Last year while troubleshooting another problem, Pulkit help me access http://localhost:8080/lc/system/console/configMg.  If my notes are correct, Pulkit told me to use http://localhost:8080/lc/system/console/bundles, but before I can access this site, I had to logon to another site.  However, I cannot find the address for the other site. Bottom line, I am using AEM Forms 6.5 on JEE, and I need to access  http://localhost:8080/lc/system/console/configMgWhat are the step to access the configMg site?

Hi all,  I am in the process of using the submit button to transfer data to a SharePoint list. I am using the " Submit to REST endpoint " option, I enter my parameter and the URL for POST request but when I try to submit I am getting a error. Is there a way for me to fix this.  Below is a screenshot where I entered my parameter and the URL I would like the data to go to. Did I miss something?  Thank You 

Hi I have managed an Invoice template by:  Table1._Row1.addInstance script.  And also I have managed a drop down menu to change local currency (time to time we need to issued invoices in different currences).The change local command only applies to 1st row, but not the rows added by instance manager.  I have tried to manage directly adding the script inside dropdown click to row numeric field by calculate however I receive invalid value error message while calculating.   

Hi Guys, Try to use AEM Forms as a Cloud Service - Communications document generation synchronous APIs to generate PDF(DOR) and according to documentation it supports template path as "reference path of your Experience Manager Repository". Wondering what will it be like - content/dam/formsanddocuments/XSDBasedForm.xdp or- crx://content/dam/formsanddocuments/XSDBasedForm.xdp BTW both are not working. Any help will be much appericated?

Hello, I would like to confirm if file attachments can be embedded into Document of records generated by the Output Service. The attachments should be embedded into the PDF file itself, and not show as separate pages. The use case is as follows: The adaptive form is created with XML Schema and XDP template. The Output Service API will be used to generate the Document of Record PDF.In the adaptive form, there are file attachment buttons to upload word/pdf files. There can be many attachments.Upon uploading the files, there is a hidden field in the adaptive form containing the temporary path to the attachments.These paths are sent to the servlet to be combined with the DOR.Once the form filling is complete and files are uploaded, the user clicks the submit button. Data is sent to the servlet to generate the PDF. After the PDF generation, the attachments from the adaptive form should be embedded into the PDF as file attachments.Is a use case like this possible with the Outp

Hi Team, Problem Statement :  We have a Team Management Tab in our application under that we have option to add Team Members. If we are adding 10 members it works fine. While adding more than 10 members, for 11th member onwards code execution stops and page becomes non-responsive. Finally the page shows loading for ever.Root Cause Analysis: As per our investigation the issue is with AEM Adaptive form Clientlibs guideRuntime.min.js which is part of Adobe client library.The below adobe generic library code is unable to handle to create team items more than 10. The code stops further execution after processing 10 items and page becomes non responsive. In the current team there are 13 items that needs to be processed. This client library limitations need to be addressed in order to process more than 10 users details. Hi all, I am in the process of creating an AEM Form for comments and after submission I want the data collected to be sent to a SharePoint list. Is it possible for me to submit the data collected using the "Submit to rest endpoint" option to a SharePoint list?

Hello community, I find developing javascript functionality for AEM forms (in the code editor of the rules) to be a real chore (and that is putting it mildly) because it is very much prone to errors when the scripts reach even a modicum of complexity (which they do at times). I found this API (Adaptive Forms Index (adobe.com)) and it already helps a lot as a reference but what i would love is to have the referenced API in a javascript library, or even better a npm module, to prototype functionality using VS code or anything like that. The library would of course just have to be in the form of stubs / skeletons. Essentially I am looking for type safety during development, so a typescript compatible library would be even sweeter. Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions regarding my general goal (typesafety / code completion). Kind regards

While using adaptive forms that the form field errors field is not  getting focused to the error form field in iphone and ipad. If the form is at the bottom of the page and it is not scrolled to the top portion of the form where error is available.  It could be a known issue. If any solution is available  in the adaptive form to overcome this issue.

We use aemfd-client-sdk in our organization's Maven codebase for implementing a few in-house AEM Forms extensions.  After upgrading to aemfd-client-sdk 6.0.718 (Jun 2022 release), the Maven codebase no longer builds because of the missing adobe-aemds-pkg-parent 6.0.718 dependency.  It seems the parent dependency of aemfd-client-sdk  was added only in 6.0.718.  Where to download adobe-aemds-pkg-parent 6.0.718 pom.xml?
