Hello, I am setting value of input text component using guidebridge  email.value="abc@abc.com"  , now I have written some javascript changes based on "value commit" using rule editor.  so after setting the email value using email.value="abc@abc.com", noticed that it is not triggering "value commit" event. Please could you provide inputs as how this can achieved programmatically Regards,Srinivas

I tried to connect with Mysql using the configuration of "Apache Sling Connection Pooled DataSource" in AEM 6.5.I installed the mysql-connector-j-9.2.0 jar as well and did the restart on local instance still getting the below error. Please add comment for any possible solutions. Thanks in advance

Hey Guys,Limited experience with Forms here, but this error I can't seem to find a good solution for anywhere online either.I checked my permissions for this sandbox on the cloud tools, and I have all.  Not sure what else it could be. I simply went to Forms -> Forms & Documents -> Create -> Adaptive Form -> Followed steps and got the following error.Looking for assistance, thanks.

I am trying to figure out how to verify that all required fields are filled upon clicking the signature field. Currently, they are only being verified after the digital signature is added and the submit button is clicked. Upon adding a digital signature, the form has you save it locally. We are finding that users are just emailing the saved signed copy rather than filling the required fields when the submit button is clicked. I'm pretty new but am a quick learner. Thank you.

I have added the Forms-addon i can able to see only "Forms & Documents", Themes and Data Integration, Not getting Letters, Data Fragments or tiles related to Correspondence Management.Enabled the "Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK Configuration" config as well.  Do i need to update/install anything more?Thanks in advance.

Morning -Creating forms in AEM Designer 6.5.21, saving as static forms extended for Reader.When opening the form in Acrobat links in Text objects are fine and appear in tab order, whereas links in a field caption do not. In other words, Acrobat does not tab to an inline link in a field cation.When using JAWS on the attached, the links in field captions are read with the full caption ("link. Checkbox with an inline link. link"), which means that the caption is now read three times. The button link is is read using the Custom Text.Sooooo.....Can we please have Acrobat tab to inline links in field captions?And please don't tell me that I have to make button objects for every single link - here are SOME of the problems with that, all of them making forms production extremely inefficient:The button has to be placed with correct spacing on top of the caption The caption will now read only the text in the caption and not the link text. After installing this compat in latest 6.5, below bundle is in Resolved state. And i'm not able to create a Letter / Data Fragments getting the below error. And not able to see the created data dictionaries in console (i can able to see the node in crx)FYI : There is no space in the installation path. Hi,I have created a process design that's generate the pdf by using outputService. To invoke the process I have to pass the input payload in the form of xml. But I have the database where all my user entered data stored in the form of json. So, we have a middle layer that convert the json to xml and then will call our AEM REST API. My question is that, is there any feasibility we can invoke the process by using json payload itself. I did not see any of document related on that. Can we create custom process that take input as json file to bind those json data to our xdp dynamic elements. If so, can you please guide me how to create the custom process in aem form on JEE.

Hi TeamCurrently we are Migrating the Our Adaptive forms which used foundational components.In Text Box Foundation component "display pattern" type drop downloaded with predefined patterns Ex: ZIP Code, Phone number, Social Security Number etc.But Same option we are not able to get in Core components (Text Input), please help how to load these options in core component also to apply the pattern-based type.  

Hi TeamCurrently we are using OSGI Adaptive form on-premises Environment (its Forms Project no sites and no DMAF assets)Following are limitations we experience while forms development core components instead of foundational components1)  Edit Rules --No Code editor option but its Foundational component which very useful for authors not dependent developers refer screenshot for Foundational component 2) Not possible to have Adaptive form with core components and foundational components, more over all foundational components don't have corresponding core component (Ex: Table Component)3) jQuery library not supporting in core components  4) Forms creating or development taking more effort compared to using foundational components5) Due all foundation components don't have corresponding core components maintaining two versions of forms having additional Maintenace overhead to project 6) Display patterns properties ex: type and pattern are missing in core compo

Hello Everyone, We were trying to migrate all our XDPs into AEM Forms Manager. We have about 500 fragments (.xdp), we made sure, we turned off the DAM update asset workflow to avoid triggering multiple workflows. After uploading the fragments, we tried rendering couple of forms one around 70kb and the other about 300 kb, both has reference to fragments. The smaller one renders fine and opens up pretty fast however, the 300kb one renders for a while and then throws memory exceptions. Can someone suggest any performance tuning steps to address this ? we are expected to have around 900 forms in future.I already tweaked my JVM and set -Xmx at 8192 but still running into issues. Attached is the error message.

We have received some complaints that end users with Adobe Standard are unable to open forms. The forms are extended for Reader and open just fine in Acrobat Pro and Reader.

Hi Team,I have the requirement where I want the page no. in synchronous. Actually, I am using the assembler service to assemble the multiple pdf's. But when generating the resulting pdf its giving the page no. on each pdf specific. for ex. If I assembling 3 pdf,pdf 1 with page 5pdf 2 with page 6pdf 3 with page 10 then resultant pdf its giving page 1 of 5  ... so on n of m ... for first pdf pagespage 1 of 5  ... so on n of m ... for second pages pdfpage 1 of 10 ... so on n of m ... for third pages pdf But I want total of 5+6+10 =21like page 1 of 21, page 2 of 21 like that any idea how that i can achieve it
