Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I have a form that incorporates a signature.We decided to add a text field to log the changes to the signature. Essentially if the signature changes, it appends the date and time of the change, and the Signature information (signatureInfo().statusText);I also have a numeric field that records the SignatureValidate() value at the time of the change. The reason for this is to track in particular if a signature might have been removed other that by a user clearing its own signature, in particular by exporting the form's data and reimporting in to a blank form. Doing so removes the signature and there is a mismatch between the signature validity and the recorded value in the numeric field.I tried to put a script to test for mismatch between the signature field and the numeric field on the docReady event but this works only after I close the file and open it again... which means the import would not be detected if the user adds a signature between importing data and closing the file.I

Good day,I have two radio buttons that depending on which button is clicked, it disables or enables boxes (text boxes, dates, etc.) so that the user can enter the required information.  The problem is:If the user clicks the other button after the information is entered in the boxes, the information entered in the boxes remains.  They should be cleared and disabled at the same time.  Example:  Two buttons - One is "yes", the other is "No".  If yes is clicked, the boxes (Name), (Date), (Reason) is enabled so that they can enter the information.  If the user then click "No" because they changed their mind, the the information in (Name), (Date), (Reason) is disabled and erased and (comments) box is enabled. I'm hoping there is a script for this.  I tried the action builder and it's too complicated and not working like I want it.

Hallo, last year there was the big security bulletin with Log4J. Because of that there was a Fix for AEM Forms J2EE: AEMForms-6.5.0-0038 which updated the Log4J Version to 2.16 in AEM Forms J2EE and we deployed that. After that Log4J Update (V2.16) there were 2 other security buelletins:CVE-2021-45105CVE-2021-44832I am aware that on this page it is described that Adobe Forms J2EE is not affected by these 2 new issuses. But because of the big news regarding to Log4J we have to ask from our security department if it is planned to upgrade to 2.17.1 and if the latest version will be included in a future fix? If so, when will the fix be released? Best regards,

On a system we have, that needs Adobe AEM continually uninstalls itelf (Minimum of 5 times now). the only clue I have been able to find is this. "Application 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer\FormDesigner.exe' (pid 11928) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID"The uninstall is usually after about an hour after the install. We have used the same installation media to install on other systems with no issues. Any ideas?

Hi, I have to add in a STATIC pdf form several instances of a subform depending on how many times there is a tag in the xml.I have no problem doing it in dynamic but when I change in static I have this error"Error: Unable to add instance of 'Row1': recursive or cyclic situation detected." Any suggestions?

Hi all,This timesheet calculates and populates dates and days depending on the selection in the date picker. As the user enters their time in and time out pluslunch time in and out, the hours calculate accordingly (see form at the link below). There are a couple of things I would appreciate some assistance on as I am as far as I can go.Any Saturday and Sunday fields should display a grey background "220, 220, 220"The Required Work Hours in Pay Period (requiredHrs) amount should calculate how many workday hours (1 day = 8 hrs) are possible for the pay period (not including weekend hours). Take February for example, the 2nd pay period should calculate to 72 as it is a shorter month (9x8). Hello eveyrone, Right now, I'm having an issue with my workflow, when a user opens up a assign task and adds an attachment using the File Attachment field from an Adaptive Form, when the user tries to submit it nothing is happening the assign task still remains active. Basically, how the attachment feature works is that in the pre-populated and submitted information configuration I added the following configuration:  So when the user adds the attachment in the following field, is saved on the payload directory: As you can see in the picture below, the attachment is being added successfully in the payload directory, but that's it. The assign task still remains active in the inbox menu like if the user hasn't open it yet.  Below the assign task step in the workflow, we have a custom zip payload directory, whichs zips the attachment folder so that it can be send via an email step. Display patter: num{9.8'%'}|num{99.8'%'} Each field is limited to max. two characters with below script on change event: if (xfa.event.newText > 99) {xfa.event.change = "";} 6th field is "Total", where sum is calculated for those 5 fields. Calculate event for the "Total" field: this.rawValue = form1.Page1.Subform13.Subform14.Table4.Row1.Percent1.rawValue + ... form1.Page1.Subform13.Subform14.Table4.Row2.Percent5.rawValue; Is it possible to go through all 5 fields and delete only the value from the field I'm currently in, if the "Total" is exceeding 100%? e.g. "Percent1" = 55% + "Percent3" = 60%   -- delete 60% from Percent3"Percent3" = 25% + "Percent5" = 70% + "Percent4" = 6%  -- delete 6% from Percent4"Percent5" = 35% + "Percent2" = 90%   -- delete 90% from Percent2 like, any field combination and in any order? Thanks

Hi Team, We are trying to install the AEM JEE application  in WebSphere but we are facing an issue when we are trying to verify the server connection to the Application Server. Hello, as the title says, when i click on a numeric field that have a preloaded value of 0 (zero) its content is cleared, but exiting and re-entering the numeric field sometimes the zero reappears.This happen on an HTML rendered forms. Note: there are no scripts that clear the numeric field. Could someone have any fix for this?  

Does this already exist somewhere?  I'd hate to have to wrap the driver myself - never have been successful.  Can somebody point me to a download of an Oracle database driver already wrapped for OSGI? Thanks,Charles

I have added the action item "add and attachment" in a form that also have several signatures. I assumed that the user could select the attachment in reader and remove by a simple right click. Unfortunately, once signatures are executed (that do not lock the form) the delete feature is no longer available.Is there script for removing an attachment when attachments are added from a dynamic table?

HI Team, We are trying to install the AEM JEE on WebSphere. After the installation when we were trying to update the configuration details, it failed because we ran out of memory for the "/OPT" directory. Initially the "/OPT" directory was assigned a storage space of 6GB but it was full. Can someone please let us know that is the ideal size requirement for the "/OPT" directory to install the AEM JEE application. We have requested additional 15GB of space so that the total space for the "/OPT" directory is 21GB. Please let me know if this is ideal size or we need to request for more size. Thanks 

How can I download AEM

I am using a drop-down box to populate a text field, as in this example. It works fine, but I am having trouble formatting the output. I need to bold only a portion of the text. I don't know very much about scripting, so I am stuck. I tried to connect two strings together, with the JavaScript method for bold text on the second string, like so:TextField1.rawValue = "Some plain text!\n" + "Some bold text!".bold();Both strings show up, but instead of the second being bold, it just outputs the HTML tags for bold, so in my text field I get this:Some plain text!<b>Some bold text!</b>The text field format is set to rich text and the data format is set to xhtml since users also have the ability to add their own answers to the text field as well. However, I don't want them to have to select and bold text that is automatically sent to the text field by the drop-down list. It kind of defeats the purpose of automating it in the first place if they have to go back and adjust it every ti
