Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hello Everybody,I,m using Adobe Experience Manager Form to create forms to upload to MDWare. I created the form in the Adobe app but when I try to upload the form to MDWare app the system tell me that the document is unsupported because is a XFA document. Somebody know how can I change the document type in Adobe Experience Manager Form? Thank you  

I am trying to setup SAML Authentication for SSO on AEM Forms 6.5. I am following this https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/forms/administrator-help/setup-manage-domains/configuring-authentication-providers.html#saml-settings I am creating a new Enterprise Domain and I can save the SAML Authentication provider but when I try to save the new domain it returns "not found" and the server.log has "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Value too long: " followed by an 8,937 base 64 string.  That string is not in the SAML Identity Provider Metadata file so I don't know where it is coming from or why it is breaking.

Hello,i am working on requirement to display a table in adobe form with column dynamically hidden at run time. everything was working fine until i found a issue on second page.First Page : Table displayed correctly with hiding a header column and also values corresponding to that hidden Second Page :Table displayed incorrectly without Hiding the Header Column but the values are hidden and moved to the left Anyone faced similar issue or have any solution for this issue, kindly share the solution or your suggestions.Thanks and Regards,Sri   

I have a launcher that is triggered on a cq:PageContent node on 'Node modified' and I have set a condition to prevent it from firing if a property exists. However, the OOTB Publish workflow is triggering this launcher.I've used the Exclude List to ignore any changes triggered by another workflow process by adding this:event-user-data:changedByWorkflowProcessThat didn't help. The user data "changedByWorkflowProcess" would already be set by this OOTB publish workflow I'd imagine. I've also tried adding the following to the exclude list, with no luck:cq:lastReplicated,cq:lastReplicatedBy,cq:lastReplicationAction,jcr:baseVersion,jcr:versionHistory.Any suggestions?CC: @smacdonald2008 ; @joerghoh (I've read your post on https://cqdump.wordpress.com/2020/01/03/prevent-workflow-launchers-from-starting-a-workflow/)

Hello: Would someone be able to help develop the below formulas: 1. 99.82 / ((100 - WATER - PROTEIN - ASH - FAT) / 1.6 + PROTEIN / 1.4 + ASH / 4.5 + FAT / 0.93 + WATER) andASH >= NA+K+CA+3 * P + MG + FE  Also, since I cannot seem to get AdobeReader 8.0, I would appreciate the answers not in that fomat.

Hello, we are using the Search & Lister component for our forms portal, and would like to change the hover-over tooltips for the search bar and filter button objects highlighted below:Is there documentation to change the tooltip for the objects, and is it possible to also change the "Full Text Search" text in the search bar? I have examined the body.jsp of the component, but found no references to change the tooltips. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Hi folks,Just wondering if anyone tried this in 6.5. I wanted to use bcprov-jdk15on and bcpkix-jdk15on.I read here that I have to add the jars into  in jre/lib/ext and add BouncyCastle as a provider in java security properties.I also added each package that I wanted into sling.properties, (no wildcards), in org.osgi.framework.system.packages.extraI thought that AEM would just accept them then. However, I then get osgi wiring error messages which I got rid of by adding them to my bundle pom.xml <Import-Package> but making them optional. However, then the wiring problems went away but I got NoClassDefFound error messages. I also tried <Embed-Dependency>*</Embed-Dependency>, but then I got some odd compile messages from the maven-bundle-plugin about "Classes Found in the wrong directory".  I tried adding sling.properties:sling.bootdelegation.class.org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider=org.bouncycastle.* to the sling properties without any

Hi everyone,we are running AEM Forms 6.2 on SUSE Linux servers and since a few days we have a problem with our temp directory that is growing over time until reaching 100% of the file system! (it takes only a few hours to fill almost 20Go!).We can see that the problem comes from a few files that are located under the directories /tmp/adobews__1078587552/XMLFormService/pxxxxxx. These files are growing minutes after minutes and can reach many Go ! These files have no extension and are simply named with letters and numbers (Ex: A9ROvXW5JX).Does someone know what these files are and how they are generated? Did someone already have this issue?Thanks,Olivier

Is there a way by which we can integrate AEM content repository and Adobe Form Designer? The Adobe documentation states that the designer can be used as a stand alone tool or can be integrated with workbench. What I want to know is if there is a way we can access or integrated the designer in the AEM environment. That way, we can apply CMS features like versioning, workflows etc to the form templates.

I have a quick question. Is it possible to use the verify component to preview the document of record along with the pdf attachments that were attached with the File Attachment component?

Use case:A user enters an email into each row of a dynamic table. Once the adaptive form is submitted to the workflow, there should be an assign task for each email for review and signature. I have tried using an array list for the email variable in the workflow, but the step only lets you choose 1 assignee. Is it possible to use the assign task step for a dynamic number of emails in a table? 

I need to open/edit the .ifd files. But I'm not sure if Abobe LiveCycle is the right tool ? Do you know where can I download LiveCycle Designer trial version ?Many Thanks

I have a use case for an adaptive form where one user will fill up the form then hand it over to another user, via email, to continue filling up the form. What I'm having issues with is understanding is how to configure the workflow to work with my use case. I know that there is a "resumeLink" property in the "Send Email" step but I'm not sure how to generate this link. Here's what I have for my workflow so far. 

Hi,I had someone create a fillable PDF for me using LiveCycle Designer es4. I was provided with the original or "Master File" as well as a PDF version to be used. This second option was provided so that it could be used on mobile devices such as iPhones. The issue I am having is that I updated the "Master File" using LiveCycle Designer and then saved a separate copy as a PDF. When I go to use this PDF on my iPhone, it is static and not interactive. None of the fillable, drop down menus or submit via email button work.The person who created the file told me that they "convert & format the LiveCycle version to a final version called an AcroForm". The reason for this is that the AcroForm version allows for use on desktop or mobile devices. How do I replicate doing this?Lucas

I'm new to AEM, AEM Forms, and Maven.I've inherited an AEM Site set up through Maven. A consultant set it up and it works. However, I don't fully understand it, certainly not enough to modify it or set up a new Maven project for AEM Forms. Is there documentation out there that shows how to set up and AEM Forms project via maven? Is it even possible?

I would like to hide the + and trashcan buttons in the table on an adaptive form.  I want to add a button at the bottom of the table that says 'Save and Add Row'.  How can this be achieved?  This seems like it's possible to do...  this link : https://help.adobe.com/en_US/AEMForms/6.1/DesignerHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-5ec05741129b8b006dd-7fec.2... seems to show it being done, but in an older version of AEM... Hello guys(and girls),     Does anybody know a way to line break within a textbox? I am dynamicaly filling a textbox using a string and i was wondering if there is any "code" or <tag> i could put into my string to tell the texbox to line break?     Textbox is set to allow multiple lines and field format is Rich text.Thanks alot!Max

I have a form that has two expandable tables (using an add row button). The first column of each table should mirror each other when the user enters values of either table. The issue is that if I set the table row Initial Count to 3, only 3 values populate in the table that is pulling in the values. How do I get the values of the user entered table's column 1 to  populate the 2nd table's column 1 and add the appropriate number of rows based on the entered values? I have a form where the bottom is a table and embedded subform and a table within that.  The embedded table has repeatable rows.  For some reason the rows will not extend beyond page one.  On every row/page I have "allow page breaks within content" selected and there are no errors about page breaks.  Yet the rows only extend to the bottom of the page.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting?  My other forms work fine - just this one.  I must be missing something.
