Hi Team, I had successfully completed one DM campaign but it's failed without file exported with the following error: Error reasonAn-error-has-occurred-when-exporting-data-to-the-destination.-Unable-to-perform-the-data-export-with-the-parameters-flowId-AJO-b235a143-3426-43e7-8af7-1699b9fd998f-segmentId-abnmemberid-3877c86b-d40a-4fb1-8c35-9fc83459597f-flowRunId-not-set.-The-error-message-returned-by-the-destination-is-10--. can you please help me out what's the exact error I can troubleshoot. Thanks in advance!!

How to fix this error in Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi There, I created the schema with individual class selected and picked the corresponding field groups for first name and last name, city and state etc. Also composed with sign-up date of customers under tenant object. meanwhile, turned up the profile toggle for real time customer profile. moreover, I ingested the data using data source option after correctly mapping the source data to targeted dataset with no errors and after clicking preview the dataset option where I can see my data is correctly populated and showed up. However, when I navigated to audience menu were selecting segmentation definition to compose it with relative fields I drag and drop to segment builder canvas, then I clicked on view the profile button to see how many of profile is met with the condition which is 0%, even with one simple value, still not anything coming up. my question is why I am not able to see the profile. what's the step I incorrectly configured? Thanks a lot. 

Hi, I created a sample journey, attached the screen, for "web channal" action am getting errors, not sure what it means. Web channal config:I also get below error when i try to "Edit Content", and debugger is active.  Thanks

My team (5+ people) has been experiencing issues with copying a journey and it causing an error. So it's not just one user with a connection issue.    We have been working on a journey for multiple days, only to have the email nodes suddenly lose all the HTML code within them to force a rebuild of the emails.   We have copied a journey and the email nodes are copied also but the content in them is blank.     Is this unique to our instance of AJO?  Are there best practice steps our team should be adopting to avoid these issues.   We've notice this more in the past month.  We are discussing making backups of everything because we've had this disappear on the day we were to deploy campaigns.   Teams have noticed this while on a MS Teams call with colleagues, which also points to stable connectivity.   Is this a known issue? Is it possible to test email content in one node in journeys or we need to use Condition node and split the users manually?

Hello Community,I have the following questions regarding discarded profiles that are logged in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema:How can I obtain detailed information about why a profile was discarded? We have the eventType(has Reason shortform) in the schema under serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher, but I'm having trouble understanding the reasons.What is the difference between the serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher objects in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema?Once an event hits AEP and is eligible to enter the Journey but somehow gets discarded, how can I capture that information and send it back to a third-party platform to retrigger? The Journey Step Event only contains the Profile ID, so how can I identify the specific event associated with that profile?

I noticed that, unlike emails, there isn't an option to add Offer Decisioning in Web Campaigns. Could you please explain how web campaigns with offer decisioning are configured in AJO?I am aware of a document available for configuration via Web SDK, but I would like to understand how offer decisioning can be implemented specifically for web pages. Thank you.

Hi, I have a journey like this:I have allow re-entrance active with a 10 seconds re-entrance wait period. I'd like to know if a person can enter the journey twice before finishing the whole journey. For example, my behavior trigger the AJO journey but I'm stucked in the wait activity (24 hours). What if after initial trigger I trigger the same journey again? Do I enter the journey even if my first behavior didn't finish the whole journey? Is this possible to have same profile twice flowing the journey? Thanks.

Hi All, I am trying to make a third party API call via custom action. I added the required authentication details and the test authentication is successful as in the below screenshot. Below is the Authentication payload used{"type": "customAuthorization","authorizationType": "Bearer","endpoint": "//url//","method": "POST","headers": {},"body": {"bodyType": "form","bodyParams": {"grant_type": "client_credentials","client_id": "//client_id//","client_secret": "//client_secret","scope": "//scope//"}},"tokenInResponse": "response","cacheDuration": {"duration": 1,"timeUnit": "hours"}} But once I add this custom action into a journey it is throwing me HTTP 500 error like belowError: HTTP 500Message: can't call url <endpoint url> . HTTP protocol violation. Authentication challenge without WWW-Authenticate  Header. Also observed that once I added the custom action to the very first journey, I see the same issue but it got resolved by itself after after a couple of day

  If I have an ecommerce that sells tickets, and someone buys a ticket.. then the same person (same email) buys another ticket in 2 hours... How can I create a journey so this person get into the first journey but still get the 2nd email (journey) for ticket's code and other emails? The correct way here would be to participate more than one time in the same journey, but it can't happen in AJO, right?  I will leave here an example for this journey: Event: purchase ticket + welcome email (realtime) + email2: have you paid? (3 days later) + email 3: thanks for paying, here is your code, + email 4 (if didn't pay yet in 7 days). Let's say Maria bought a ticket and didn't pay yet, and 5 days later she buys another one for her uncle.   Please, if someone could help me with this... thanks a lot. @mohan_dugganab @anuhya-y 

Hello everyone,I'm using Adobe Journey Optimizer and managing hundreds of journeys. Checking individual journey reports through the web interface has become time-consuming. I'm looking for a way to access journey report data programmatically.I've reviewed the Adobe Journey Optimizer API documentation, but I couldn't find any specific function or endpoint for retrieving journey report data.Does Adobe Journey Optimizer offer an API or SDK that allows developers to access or retrieve journey report data directly? If not, are there any alternative methods for automating this process? Thank you in advance for any insights or suggestions!

Why not every profile attribute is visible in Experience Profile Dasa Source node in journey?
