Hello Team, I would like to understand, is it possible to get the reference field from lookup dataset in AJO journey?we have one individual profile schema with abandon cart data and one product catalog schema with custom class. We have created a relationship between fields prod_id of both schema. will I be able to see fields from product catalog schema in AJO Journey. 

Hi @community, While generate the proof i am getting below error. Note:-The error occurs when I include the fragment with the variant. Hi Community members   We have a capping api which can limit the number of custom action's call to certain number. Is there any way to control the number of push notification or email sent in a certain time trame? Can this be controlled?   Thanks, Arpan

I would like to get dynamically in my mailing image from Open AI API. I configured everything in Open AI and in Postman I get url of the image. However in journey test mode it looks like there is nothing in response?? What do you think? Any suggestions? Then I would like to put response into email template in order to debug but nothing shows up on a templa and in the test mode log.

Hi using OOTB consent object against profile. how can you query the consent choices in a journey to choose the channel to communicate with. So as an example, I opt out of email, then in the journey put a decision in that says 'can i email him, no, then send him down the sms route'. When looking in journey at the fields available for selection, under profile, the consent fields arent there to choose against thanks

Hi Community! I hope you are doing great. There is a event-triggered journey in AJO and I need to let you know that it is working fine. However, due to a failure from our system, events were not generated in one particular day, meaning that customers did not enter the journey - not AJO's fault. Knowing that I am unable to recreate the events in the system, we are currently looking for alternatives to ensure communications will be delivered to those whose events were not generated. We assumed here that the easiest way to address it would be to duplicate the journey, but trigger it from a batch audience. Although this would work, it is not scalable - we wouldn't like to duplicate all event-triggered journeys. This said, I would like to hear wheter anyone here has faced the same situation and if there is any recommendations on that. Best Regards,Filipe C. Specifically, I want the email to display the domain of the sender (e.g., "@gmail.com"). Is it possible to achieve this in an AJO or through an automated workflow?Example:If the sender's email is "abc@gmail.com," I want the email body to print:"Hi ABC,This email is coming from the @1334967.com domain."Is there a way to automate this?  

Hello All, Anyone using custom provider for SMS?Configure your custom provider | Adobe Journey OptimizerI'm trying to implement a use case for SMS communication and since the SMS provider we have is not out of the box in AJO. I'm using custom provider option available as part of Beta program.I have configured API credential(with endpoint, API token, payload), channel surface. When I use SMS action in Journey it is not sending an SMS to the end user. I see "Internal_server_error" with 500 code, in the report. If anyone aware of such issue or using Beta function, appreciate any insights on this.Thanks.

Objective:- Send an audience to XM Qualtrics to trigger a timely customer survey.  We have followed the AJO & Qualtrics integration automation documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/survey/qualtrics-automationsEach time we do this, there is no Run History on the Qualtrics side, yet AJO says the data was sent successfully.   Has anyone in the community successfully set this integration up following these steps or is there a step missing in the documentation perhaps on the Qualtrics side.  When we escalate to Qualtrics support, they say this is an Adobe issue.  I anticipate the same will be raised by Adobe Support.  Looking to the AJO community here for any ideas/support.  

Hello,  Looking for confirmation on whether or not I can activate STO as part of a Journey Management > Campaign and not only a Journey Management > Journey. When configuring a campaign, I do not see this option. 

I have a file coming in for a daily load which has a date time field formatted YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS.  Is there a way in AJO to format the field as it comes in so it can be read in.  Currently it reads as null and looking at the documentation it needs to be in one of the accepted formats, which this isn't.  I've tried several of the functions and it continues to be read as null. Thanks

Is it possible to check profile parameters in the Condition Node? I do not see that possible.  

How to do that easily? In know that as a workaround we can create audience but is there more direct way? I want to check this in the Condition node and then make two alternative paths

Here is the business scenario: - Event is triggered that a customer's monthly payment has declined - Event payload arrives in AJO include the customer ID, timestamp, the payment method, Credit card type, last 4 digits, and product subscription that will be impacted.  (Payment Method, Credit Card Type, Last 4 digits are not stored on the customer profile at this time) - Email is triggered, but if it bounces or is not opened/clicked, we want to take the action of sending them a letter. Issues & Assumptions:1) DM action can only be done in AJO Campaigns2) Event data only be used in Journeys, where DM action is not an option3) Cannot export Event data via Activation to a destination4) Data to Adobe profile cannot be set to expire  Question 1:  Are the above 4 issues correct or am I missing something? Potential Option: - Add the same 'Event' data to the Adobe Customer Profile via batch  Considerations/concerns: 1) Inc

How do I extract a list of customers included in an audience for QA and validation.  I am coming from Adobe Campaign where it's easy to pull a list out of a workflow in order to validate the audience for QA.  I see where we can see a sample of an audience but not where I can pull the full list to validate.
