Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hello AJO Community, I am seeking assistance with debugging Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) campaigns on the web. Despite going through multiple documents, I haven’t been able to find a clear solution. In Adobe Target, we can use response tokens to retrieve details such as the activity name and experiment name for debugging purposes. Is there a similar approach in AJO to verify if the correct campaign is being delivered on the page using the network tab? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I have an issue with dates, for computed date, I need to add 60 days (validity period)  & format the date.I can format the date but i cant able to add 60 days to my computed date. if i try to add am getting error as "invalid syntax missing schema field ". (using variable).ThanksAJODev

Hi there, question is that multiple touchpoints in one journey with their drop date calculated based on customer's age that I used to have in Adobe campaign works well as I have cell activity to gather all segment code creation and enrich activity to calculate drop date. whereas we're going to migrate ACC to AJO which seems not have mapping node to take care of cell node with touchpoints create in one journey. can you help with solution?

AJO is prices by Engageable Profiles. Does it only counts for outbound communication (users who have consent) or also all the users who are included in Web Campaigns? Some of the users engaged in web campaigns might not have marketing consent but would be included in web campaign - but they are included as a engageable profile?

Can a profile will be able to present across different journeys at same time ?

Hi team,I would like to remove the test profile metrics from the reporting dashboard. For example, before launching the journey, I tested some audience segments (test audience) outside of test mode. Now, I want to exclude all metrics related to these test profiles, such as opens, clicks, etc. Is it possible to exclude test profiles by setting a specific date range or applying any condition to filter out these profiles? Alternatively, can I exclude specific segments from the reports?Note: Those all the profile was test profile

Is it possible to send app push notifications from AJO to devices with Hauwei software?

Hi,   My client is using ACC for channel communications and reporting, and will start using AJO eventually. To provide smooth transition from ACC to AJO, I am preparing a document which provides details around various features that both the products support and don't support or AJO features in plan to release around the year.   It would be helpful to hear from community members about their discovery and analysis while providing support on AJO. We will be receiving HTML Markup to Customer Profiles and need to use this markup within the email content of an AJO Journey and have it interpreted as HTML.For example - Customer Profile field: htmlFragment = <div class="blue"><p id="gos-1">Click for Special Offer</p></div>My questions are1. When creating the schema are there any considerations? For example, is setting up the field as type String our best option?2. How do we use this within our email content in order to have it interpreted as HTML Markup? Thanks for taking a look, happy to answer any questions!

How do I create a segment that excludes another audience joined on a field that is not an identity namespace (in our case, email address)? The current challenge is that audience builder is all denormalized or joined on the identity namespace. For example, I have an audience of former customers that could have the same email address as active customer accounts. If I email the former customers, I need to exclude any email address that matches an active customer.  Thank you in advance for any help. JeffBa4

Hi, I am able to see the user profiles under "Customer" section in AEP   Same not visible in "Offers - Simulation" section, please let me know what am missing ? Note: Schema base class : XDM Experience Event, schema does not have "profile test details" field group, can i create custom field group same as that and add "testProfile" field ? will it works ?

 Hi, I am trying the date conditions of audience, and found that the result profile is always 5 days behind the accrual date,like in this screenshot,  today is 6/11/2024 (My timezone UTC/GMT +11 hours),  but the result is 01/11/2024.Why is that?  Another related questionI found the date function within the Email is okay,{% let date=now %}this is giving me " 2024-11-06T05:07:26.257264904Z" which is the Denotes UTC (Zulu time),  how do i convert it to my current timezone? there are explanation on setting journey timezone https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/manage-journey/timezone-management, but that don't seems affecting the email rendering when I test.

Hi, I am working on the usual abandon cart use case. How can I check if their is any item in the cart. For example user can start the checkout and go back to remove the item from the cart, and possibly remove all items and make the cart empty. How can I validate in the journey that there is atleast one item in the cart left before sending the abandon cart push? TIA

Hello Adobe Comunity Since the relase of the new surface system in AJO we have identified an issue with web inappsAs you can see on the image below the inapp content always goes at the bottom of the page no matter how the content is configured in AJO. We have noted that the div with id "alloy-messaging-container" is independent of the div "alloy-overlay-container" wich wasn't the case before it used to be inside.  Is this supposed to happen?If yes with adobe tags is possible to inject styles to this divs to handle the presentation but i want to know if theres a way to also alter the div behavior to insert the "alloy-messaging-container" inside the "alloy-overlay-container". Thanks for your help!

Hi,I am getting below screen for "Validate Setup" in Assurance.I have enabled "Offer Decisiong" on datastream  "Optimize SDK Prerequisites" are not done, is it neccessory for AJO to work ?Please guide me on fixing all the warnings.
