Hi, As per title, we are looking to leverage the Reaction Event, but is a bit confused on the differences between the two. When someone receives the push, I thought there would only be one action (aka clicking on the push?)Thanks.

Hi, I'd like to create a Journey which start with an Unitary Event and after the trigger, add some waits which will take different actions, something like this   The thing is everytime I click on "+" in the event activity, the "Only events can be set in paralel" alert shows, and it's weird as I want to add another path to an event, even the warning is saying that for events is possible Not sure why but there're some cases I can add more paths to the first eventBut in those cases I only can add another event and not the wait activity as desired I already tested this and not working, trigger is working only for first inital event and keeps there, the person does not move from inital event... So, how can I achieve my goal? Thanks

Hi,  I am using Adobe's demo environment and page view events are configured that way.Home page events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViewsProduct page events:- commerce.productViewCommerce checkouts events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViews I would like to ask more experienced colleagues what is the best practice for this?If we would like to have all page views in CJA taking into account above configuration we need to sum it using calculated metrics:all page views = commerce.productView + web.webpagedetails.pageViewsHow you approach this on your projects?

Hi,  i wanted to ask if someone experienced the same issue, we followed adobe recommendations and enabled the toggle for list-unsubscribe on both our email channel surfaces. However in our emails (on gmail) no link unsubscribe is in the header.  do we need to do other? it seems that enabling this toggle is sufficient. Thanks.

Hi there, Is there a way to query the order of sequence of nodes/events/actions in a journey purely by looking at the datasets? For example, I am looking at journey_step_events, I am able to define certain parent-child relationship by using the parentnode/parenttransitionID etc, but it still doesn't indicate the chronological order of steps happening, is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Hi there, If I have a streaming segment where the data comes from a pubsub queue that sends the data once a day, will the Audience Qualification still fire when the daily batch came in before the journey was published? For example, daily batch comes in at 9AM from pubsub queue, audience is 100. I publish a journey at 10AM with the journey starting with Audience Qualification, will the 100 still go through the journey and how long? Or the 100 will need to be resent? Thanks.

hi  i want to send whatsapp messages during the journey using AJO custom actionas per Twilio documemtation , the accept only : Expected Content Type for API RequestsTwilio's APIs expect the content type of API requests to be either application/x-www-form-urlencoded or multipart/form-data. It is important to note that although Twilio returns responses in JSON format, the API requests themselves should be formatted as either www-urlencoded or multiparty form data. how can achive this in custom action ?

Hi Team,I have configured message center in Adobe Campaign and an Event and custom action in Adobe Journey Optimizer to send real-time email from Adobe Campaign. However, Every time my custom action in AJO is failing with an error saying Validation failed for object='MCEventRequest'. Any idea about this. I have tested things at both end and configuration looks fine to me. This is the document I am referring for the configuration.  

Hi,  the documentation is really poor on this topic. i have two questions, if there's  a minimum limit to set the throttle for a read audience journey (it ends with a custom action calling a third party email provider) and second it seems i cannot use the api, what are the permission needed? i have platform and adobe journey configured as a developer, and i receive the message of invalid api key (platform apis work well with the same key). Thank you

Hi All,  I am creating a url tracking parameters in Channel surface and want to add the email message id/message name. Is it possible at channel surface level?  I can see in the documentation. (Configure email settings | Adobe Journey Optimizer)The following predefined values are available through the Expression Editor:Source action id: ID of the Email action added to the journey or campaign.But this just gives me the campaign action id and not the message id. How can I add message information at channel surface level. ThanksPreeti

Hi there, I have set up an event to listen to an ExperienceEvent dataset. For testing, I uploaded 5 records into the ExperienceEvent dataset via the Workflow UI, and the data was ingested successfully. However, I don't see any profiles triggering the journey even though it's published, fits all the event criteria.  Will this method not work? Thanks.

Hi there, We are working on a feedback loop to our corporate communication history for communications (push, email, sms etc.) sent out from AJO. Using an example customer, we have two levels of customer identities (CRM1 - Web login account, CRM2 - billing accounts). It will be always be a 1:M  relationship (Web login will have multiple billing accounts). For example, customer has 1 web login, which has access to 4 billing accounts.  As part of the feedback loop, we need to send a communication record to all 4 billing accounts so that it's recorded under whichever Billing Account we look up to. Unfortunately AJO works at a profile level, so by default it would only send 1 record. We cannot make any process modification on the downstream end, so the 1 to 4 split would need to happen at AJO side. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

Hello,  We are working towards AJO – Target integration and got stuck at step 3 in the below documentation. Could you please suggest us with pre requisites/ documentation to proceed with next steps. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/integrate/ajo/offer-decision.html?lang=en In Target we were able to view Offer Decision (New) button in the below screen print.Upon clicking on (1) ,nothing happens. Document says we should see step 3 , but nothing shows up.FYI..We did create Offers, Placements and activated within AJO. Please suggest if we are missing any tasks to view step 3.

Hello,   I am trying to test simple journey in AJO in Test Mode but do not see any activity. Below are the steps I performed:    Created a Journey with AJO, with 1) Read Audience  2) Custom Action to Salesforce Marketing Cloud .   Created test audience as per  the documentation.   Verified Test Audience at Profile Level.   Clicked  ' Trigger Profile Entrance '  button in test Profile.    In Trigger profile entrance pop up , entered 'Email' in Profile identifier. Clicked Send.    In Test Mode , 'Profile was triggered successfully'  is displayed. But Nothing Happens. Log Does not shown anything. Could you please suggest how to proceed from here? How can I test the journey step by step? These are fields I gave in test Profile.: Person ID Email Address First Name Last Name testProfile Please suggest!    

How do we configure a journey so it will run on 2nd Thursday of each month??  

Hi there, Multiple questions here as I am trying to enable a use case leveraging Google Pubsub.  1) We have a single PubSub topic and subscription that contains the data we need, but we need the data to be stored in an ExperienceEvent dataset to enable real-time notifications in AJO. AND we also need the same dataset in Profile Attributes to be used for targeting. Attempted Solution:I tried creating two Accounts (not using the same account) under Google PubSub Source subscribing to the same PubSub topic & subscription, each targeting an IndividualProfile & ExperienceEvent dataset. The result from our test is that say we push 10 records into the Pubsub Subscription, the 10 rows would only either get ingested into the IndividualProfile dataset OR ExperienceEvent dataset, is this by design? My goal is to have the same data populated into both datasets as the data comes in. 2nd Question:The data coming in contains a collection/array&nbsp

Can we send email to the recipients who do not have AEP Profiles but their data is stored in a csv file? Is there a way that we can extract data from that csv file and send emails? Note: There is a Healthcare/Security shield in the sandbox.
