Hi Everyone, I am working on push configuration in AJO.I have enabled AJO profile dataset (profile enabled), AJO event dataset (profile enabled), Analytics dataset (not profile enabled) and other checkbox also enabled in datastream.But I am seeing in assurance session that AJO is not enabled. App data is flowing in Analytics but its not getting recorded in AEP dataset. Can any suggest, what's causing issue.  

I am facing some error when adding contextual field in function while trying to do some personalization in email with in a journey. Any idea on what could be the resolution for this ?

Hi Team,We’re using a custom action in the journey to trigger an HTTP call to a downstream API service, which transfers journey data to a third-party system.I’ve ensured that all journey data is unique, with no duplicates on our end.However, upon reviewing the data in the third-party system, we’ve noticed a small number of duplicates that 18 duplicate records (entire record remain the same) out of approximately 40,000. It’s been difficult to identify the root cause or determine whether this behavior occurs from the nature of the custom action itself.Could you please help investigate or provide any insights into what might be causing this issue?Thanks,

Hi AJO experts!We have the following problem: we are using events to trigger customers into an audience. Then, we are creating journeys to send email containing links to a landing page where the user can submmit comments. We plan to capture those comments, and each email must correspond to one unique comment submissionThe issue is that we need to use this data to configure a parameter in the URL of our landing page so that, when the user submits a comment, we can send this information back to our environment as a token.Is it possible? I see two potential solutions1) Use a journey to update the profile with this information and the use audiences as triggers in the journeys.2) Use events as triggers so I can use the data to personalize and create the journey with a wait activity until its time to send the journey. Is Adobe planning to allow personalization using information from events?

When deploying an email campaign, does AJO exclude any profile that has choice value = n by default? Or does the user need to specify that in the audience criteria? For example... if I want to send an email to anyone that is opted in and who is in the state of California, do I need to specify the opt in requirement in the audience? Or will AJO exclude opt outs (choice value = N) by default?

Hi Guys, I have opted out using the one-click-unsubscribe feature in AJO and the 'consents.marketing.email.val' is updated as n.Post that I am not able to send any emails to the user with the value = n.Is there a way we can change the value back to 'y' or reset so that the user can start receiving emails again?

Hello, I have created a Test API triggered campaign with content experiment (3 Emails, A/B/C) and tried to trigger it from Postman but getting error 422 unprocessable entity. Please check the screenshot. Can we run content experimentation using a API triggered campaign or it is just for scheduled marketing campaigns ?

Does Adobe have a recommended approach for implementing custom header injection in AJO to support BCC capture, delivery log enrichment, and engagement tracking?

We are integrating an external push notification system with AJO using Custom Actions. The external system has a strict API rate limit of 2,500 requests per second. As per Adobe’s documentation, when throttling is configured, any additional requests beyond the set limit are queued for up to 6 hours.We would like to get clarification on how this throttling and queuing behavior works in a multi-journey scenario. Specifically, if multiple journeys are using the same custom action and endpoint simultaneously, we need to understand whether the throttling limit is applied per journey or shared across the endpoint. Additionally, if multiple journeys exceed the limit at the same time, how are requests queued and processed, and what happens if the combined queued volume exceeds the 6-hour processing window.

  Hi all, I'm using a profile cap condition inside a Journey to limit a certain number of profiles to be targeted by a subsequent email action. I've seen that it is not always consistent, and on ocasions it fails to reach the profile limit set. ie: Journey triggered by an event (approx 1M profiles entered), profile cap condition of 760k profiles. However, only 614k advanced to next action, and the rest were discarded. Any advice on why this happens? how to avoid it? any recommendations? Attached is a screenshot for reference.@Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK 

hello everyone,  I have created a unitary event with the following system managed schema - AJO Email Tracking Experience Event Schema with having the following condition -  Here i have my journey id from another journey which i have got the email and clicked on the CTA link. post publishing the event journey and i see inside my profile i have the interaction activity captured as well.  and also does events have draft & published status as well? because i don't see any from my end when created and directly using them in journey as well.

Hello everyone,  I have a use case where i want to use unitary event inside my journey, but am unable to use my unitary event created because of the below limitation. My journey has a read audience with namespace selected as HCPREFID a unique identifier and unitary event has namespace selected Email (because the schema am using i.e.,AJO Email Tracking Experience Event Dataset to create unitary event doesn't have HCPREFID field). But profile is getting stitched. 

I’m creating a Content Template using HTML code and facing two issues:After formatting the HTML and saving it, the code appears collapsed when I reopen it — it’s not retaining the formatted structure. Any idea how to fix this?Once I save the HTML, the system automatically injects data attributes and header tags. How can I prevent these from being auto-generated?

Hello, I think all configurations are set up correctly. I’m able to receive push notifications from the Push Debug View in Assurance, but when sending them through a journey, the process fails and returns a “Provider error.”

Hi does anyone else have the experience in AJO where you assign a different image for dark mode, but the formatiing is completely off and connot be adjusted? My image in light mode is fine, but when I add the dark mode image it left alignes and no matter what i do i cannot center align it? in fact the settings under dark mode affect the light mode images. Anybody worked successfully with this ? txMarc
