Is it something like that possible if user would turn on journey/campaign?

Hi Everyone, Current datastream config has analytics dataset (profile enabled) and AJO dataset (profile enabled). ECID and user ID is not getting stitched in profile if analytics dataset is selected as primary.  Could you please suggest what's recommended approach to make push notification working with analytics dataset as primary and why data is not stitching when analytics dataset selected as primary. Thanks

As per this document, to enable experiment feature we have to Add the Experiment accelerator resource, then select View Experiments and/or Manage Experiment Metada from the drop-down menu. But I am unable to see the experiment accelerator resource in the menu. Journey Optimizer Experimentation Accelerator | Adobe Journey Optimizer

In another marketing automation tool, I saw that while creating content cards they are able to attach a content fragment/block in the on click behaviour, image url and key value pair to fetch connected content from a third party advertising application. The data is fetched using API callsIs there any way we can replicate the same in AJO ? Can we link a content fragment in a content card design in AJO ?

How can I pass an HTML tag as a variable in AJO?I want to declare a variable that contains a hyperlink. For example:{% let abc = "<p>hi this is my url <a href=\"https://www.google.com\">Google</a></p>" %}However, when I display this variable in my Handlebars template, I'm getting an unexpected output, such as:"Hi this is my url <p>hi this is my url <a href="https://www.google.com">Google</a></p>"Questions:How can I correctly handle HTML tags in a variable?How can I properly include quotes (") in the variable declaration?

Hi All, I created a customer action for making an API call within my journey and then is trying to parse the custom action response as contextual attribute to create my email. This is how the response looks like from custom actionI can access most of the thing in this response like name,url,cta_label,description but is unable to access the _path which is present in the media object. I am wondering because its an array its not working. Did any one tried accessing a array object via contextual attribute in AJO? I tried using helper function for it , but didn't succeed. Thanks,Arpan  

Hi everyone,I have set up a demo app and initialized AEP Assurance. While reviewing the Assurance event logs, no errors are reported. In the Push Debug panel, I can see that the client is successfully collecting the ECID and device token.However, I’m encountering some issues in the App Store Credentials & Configuration section, where it shows an App Configuration Error. Additionally, under the Profile section, it displays the message "Couldn't Detect Sandbox."Kindly help me understand what might be causing these errors? Is there something specific I need to check or configure related to App Store credentials or the sandbox environment? Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.Thanks in advance for your support!

AJO cant use Array Attributes from an AEP Profile in Web Channel, only flat array are accessible in AJO WEB channel https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/using-array-attributes…  is it still a limitation ?

I have created test profiles in AJO but was unable to use them in my audience set configuration. what could be the reason for this? Though i am using correct field names while configuring the audience set.   

Hi team, I'd like to know if there's a successful use case for an AJO B2B journey and buying groups. Official doc does not show any use case and I'd like to understand better how can I leverage the journeys in B2B for specific Buying Groups. Thanks.

Hi,  On my user profile schema, I have an object array that stores information of the accounts the user has access too. Something like[{"accountName": "A","balance": 10}, {"accountName":"B","balance": 9}]. In the web channel personalization I was able to display plain text or any attributes that's not in an array. However whenever I tried using an attribute that's an array, it would return blank. Even when I have wrap it in an array function like {%= head(profile._xxx.accountName) %}. In the websdk response, it would show it like the screenshot Want to understand if this is a web channel limitation or if I am missing something.  

Campaigns deliver using UI editor are supposed to render automatically in web (I checked box in Rules in the Web SDK). Something in my demo environment does not work and I use Non Visual editor in web campaign and wrote sample script with console.logWhy this was not pushed to console?Its the response from Edge Do you have any hints ?

Confirming, when configuring SMS there is only one message you can create under one configuration. Meaning, if I had 3 Keywords (STOP, LOOK, LISTEN) I can't create 3 separate Messages that correspond to each keyword. Anytime one of the keywords is submitted under the Short Code the same message will appear.  Please advise 

Is it possible:- to write output to custom dataset? In UI available in only system dataset - in API dos I see that it might be custom - activate that dataset to cloud destination? Would like to confirm 😄 - is it possible to somehow schedule it to run it repeatably?

Hello,We are looking into using content fragments together with AJO. We found a lot of documentation including a step by step of how to do this in the community here. The content fragment seems to be a reference, since it can also be edited directly from AJO but the documentation states that it is imported here.My question is : is it imported or a reference to the AEM platform ? If it is a reference, does each call to a content fragment count as a content request on the AEM sites licence ?If it is imported, how is the update managed ?Thanks in advance !

Hi All, Currently I'm looking into one use cases which is simply lets call it event based offers but while reading Adobe docs noticed that is not supported [1] due to offer decisioning limitation :(.Yea, I know that due to fact that events are not stored on Edge therefore events based offers cannot be done, so all these rules should be profile based ... and this is exactly the problem. Example use case:User is trying to add XYZ product to get free delivery or adding multiple products (XYZ + ZYX + YYY) to have discount, all these need to be executed between step 1 and step 2 of basket/transaction closing but we can not freeze/pause any of the steps or processing esp. if takes too long ...etc.  In this case please advise if there is any way to workaround for such limitation of Offer Decisioning to accomplish such scenario? [1] - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/decisioning/offer-decisioning/create-components/creati

I'm currently in the process of integrating a web channel into our AJO implementation. Following the guidelines outlined in the 'Web Channel Prerequisites' documentation, I have successfully configured the web SDK. To test this setup, I've been utilizing Adobe's provided Luma enablement site and injecting tag scripts using a debugger. I've accomplished creating an audience using the edge segment evaluation method, and I can confirm that data is flowing from the website into the AEP datasets, with profiles being successfully added to this audience. However, when I attempt to use this audience in a web campaign with the debugger enabled for the site, I'm not observing the expected changes on the website page as specified in the web campaign configuration. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter and any insights you may have regarding any steps or details I might be overlooking ThanksSankar

I created two schemas: Customer (XDM Individual Profile) with an attribute called Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) and Booking (using a Custom Class also named Booking) with the Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) as the primary identity. I also established a one-to-one relationship between the Customer (Source Schema) and the Booking (Destination Schema) based on Booking ID. Created Datasets and enabled profiles.  Hi all, I'm trying to use a Filter Expression as a Journey Condition in Adobe Journey Optimizer. I want to compare now() (or nowWithDelta()) with a profile date field, like this (anonymized paths):  now() < #{ProfileGroup.profile.campaign.expiry_date} But I get the error: The expression is invalid: The expression has not a valid structure Observations:now() returns dateTime and the profile field is date.Using toDateOnly(now()) or toDateTime(toString(...)) also fails.Helper functions like toDateOnly() appear in the editor but are not highlighted in this context.Other users seem to be able to use similar expressions in journey conditions.Question:Is there a supported way to compare now() or nowWithDelta() with a date profile field directly in a Journey Condition Filter Expression without creating a calculated attribute or modifying the schema?CC: @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak
