Hello Everyone,  Here are the Adobe Journey Optimizer product releases for the first quarter of 2022. For detailed update on New Capabilities, Improvements, and Fixes, check here: Release Notes March 2022 Release New step events related to export jobs are now sent by Journey Optimizer to Adobe Experience Platform. Examples of queries have been added to documentation. You can now specify if offer capping is applied across all users or to one specific profile, and to all placements or per placement.  You can now enable/disable the unsubscribe link in/from the email header at the message preset level, and set a custom unsubscribe URL at the message level. You can now save more than 40 personalization expressions in the library.  February 2022 Release Subscription Landing Pages - You can now create and design landing pages in Journey Optimizer, and direct your users to online forms where they can opt-in or opt-out from receiving your communications, or subscribe

Hello all,Since AJO does not provide a detailed Email Report but just aggregated results, I thought of creating a Journey to send myself a daily Alert containing the list of Profiles that were not contacted (excluded or failed).Can you help me to understand how to implement it?Thank you very much!Salvatore

Hi,We have created the email templates in AJO using design from scratch option( using structure components and content components in OOTB email designer). How can we move this template from dev environment to test Environment. Is there any API available for migration or Should I create from scratch in each environment? Thanks in advance.Ram.

Hi All,I have a requirement like if the User closes or exits a tab or browser when he is logged in,we should send an Email targeting him with some personalization content, using Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi Is there email delivery engine in AJO? Can we send emails or any other channel via AJO? Do we need to have integration with ACC or any 3rd party for email delivery send or communicate with other channels like sms, push, whatsapp?

I'm really not sure where the right forum for this question would be or if there even is one... I just want to know if there is an Adobe program that can be used for a restaurant POS system for dining in? Not online sales, just for servers to send orders to the kitchen or bar and cash out in house customers.

Hi Folks,I am new to Adobe journey Optimizer so please guide me .I have created a XDM individual profile schema and  dataset with that schema. Now I want to do segmentation on the created dataset but when I am creating segment by selecting XDM profile attribute , no value is coming up. Does anybody faced same issue. hi there, some issues when trying to use expression conditions  in ajo email designerso for example, using this: {%#if profile.email = "mail@mail.com" %}do nifty stuff{%/if%} validates ok, but when closing the code editor the double quotes will be replaced by "&quote" like this{%#if profile.email = "mail@mail.com" %}do nifty stuff{%/if%}  and the validation will of course fail with a parsing syntax error, is this a known issue?

We use AzureAD OAuth (JWT) authentication for all the APIs that we intend to connect to. Is this a feasible integration for JO? Can we generate JWT tokens on JO or have a working route for this?
