Hi All, I set a personalization on multipal page ,Ex.Page A1, Page A2,Page A3,Page A4, Page A5, Page A6 , on these pages I promoted a band,  which "Page B" is one of the destination URL. I wanna see in Target Report,  how many visitors clicked the CTA and go to page B. I wonder How to set metrics to track journey progress to next page ? Thank you

Hello,We have a a simple configured in Launch. The "trigger" event is merely Core -> Click with a simple CSS selector. There is no condition and the the "Action" portion is custom JS that fires a target mbox. However, we are having issues with this rule firing consistently. It appears to be a timing issue. When the rule fails to fire, I notice a Warning being logged to the console: "Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.adobedtm.com/xxxx/xxxx-source.min.js”.  This message does not appear when the Action fires correctly (with the "firing correctly" being verified using the Adobe debugger extension.) If I manually navigate to the script that the browser warns had failed to load, it loads just fine and I can confirm that it is the custom code I wrote for the "Action" in Launch. I have a server side test set-up in adobe, are the QA Activity urls still valid for a server side test or are they only valid for client side tests?

Hello,if I get an activity e.g. via https://mc.adobe.io/tenant/target/activities/ab/123456 and change only the name of the activity in the JSON and send it to https://mc.adobe.io/tenant/target/activities/ab/123456, then I get the message: "Invalid Json. Unrecognized property name 'options'. Location: line - 7, column - 17." "options": [{"optionLocalId": 0,"offerId": 0},{"optionLocalId": 2,"name": "Offer2.""offerId": 596872}], If I delete this part, I get another warning. This time under experiences at optionLocations. "experiences": [{"experienceLocalId": 0,"name": "experience A.""visitorPercentage": 100,"optionLocations": [{"locationLocalId": 0,"optionLocalId": 0}]},], Do I pass a wrong format - or can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello, I'm building an A/B test that will have multiple Recommendation offers on the page. Is it possible to build in logic, if not already taken into account, that will prevent the same content from showing up in Offer 1 as in Offer 2?Example being, we're working to deliver recommended articles in multiple locations on a page but sometimes the same articles get recommended in each location. How do we avoid this?

I created an XT Activity using VEC. Only one part of the page was changed in the Activity, some text in the banner on top of the page. After the edits were made, the page was reviewed using the QA link. It was fine and so the Activity was activated. Days after the Activity was activated, the page was edited but the changes were not a Target Activity, it was a regular page content update made by our web production team and completely unrelated to Target. This is a regular occurrence, the page is regularly updated and not necessarily the part that was changed in the Target Activity, some changes are made lower in the page in a different section/div. After the (non-Target) page updates were published, someone in our company qualified for the Activity audience and saw the personalization (i.e. edits made in the Activity) but the rest of the page was not updated, all the content in the rest of the page was the old content from when the Activity was created. What I need is for

Hi, I am using the VEC in  Firefox (version 93) to get round issues in Chrome. The issue I am finding is that it seems to be stuck in browser mode and not composer. When I switch to composer, no attributes can be selected....   Any ideas what could be causing this? Cheers,Nick

Hi, I am using the VEC in Chrome 94 and can't access any pages behind login. I have the Target VEC helper plugin installed. The expected behaviour 1. Website is on staging.domain.com 2. Browse to login on company.auth0.com 3. Browser is then redirected back to staging.domain.com on successful login When I attempt this through the VEC the site redirects back but it does not recognise that I have authenticated and I remain logged out. I have tried the following: 1. Logged into the site on a different chrome tab and then tried the VEC 2. Firefox (Seems to work). How do I get this working in Chrome? Any tips? Thanks     

Hello I'm working on a use case where I use adobe runtime  to update profile using "single profile update API". https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/implement-target/before-implement/methods/single-profile-update-api.html?lang=en. Adobe runtime get's the TNT id and I use it to update profile with few details (voucher details etc..)  about the visitor. However I don't see this taking affect until next target session (post 30 mins) i.e the voucher details are not shown on next page after calling the profile update API.  Is there a way we could update profile for next page personalisation/dynamic content using profile update api? OR any other method for next page personalisation.  Thank you!

I have used Adobe Sign in the past and just got Giga Sign installed.  When using Giga Sign I choose the CSV file with the send information prefilled.  On the right side there is the folder information.  When I click browse and then choose library nothing happens.  I should be getting Adobe Sign templates to choose from.  When the integration key was setup the IT person said the library read was selected.  Does anyone know what is causing the problem?  

Why the sample size calculator over estimates the sample needed? With fewer visitors than the estimated, the results are conclusive.For example:80% power, 95% Confidence level, baseline conversion of 10%, 2 offers, and 1000 daily visitors, the calculator says that you will need:a sample size of 14,748 visitors to detect a lift of 10%.  However, with 10,000 visitors per offer, you can detect a lift of 10% with a 98,89% Confidence Level. Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hi, I am using this template to setup a pop up at the time of user exit: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-experience-templates/tree/master/lightbox-exit-inten.... It works great except I am not able to limit it once per session. Currently it shows on all pages when i hover over close button. I am ok limiting this once per visitor level too or even cookie. Is there a way to do that in target? I know there is one way where you can chose your reporting source as "Adobe Target" and you could go into the Advanced settings in the success metric and choose the option that increments the count and then bars from re-entry and set a  user to convert right away, like on user seeing **any mbox**. However I want to use A4T so I can do my reporting in analytics. Please let me know if anyone has found a way to do this!

Hi there. I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light as to why I'm getting the following error in my browser console on the Target response (.tt.omtrdc...) payload?I've copied the QA URL from my activity, and when I paste into the browser, I can't debug the payload, because this is the only message I get. Not sure if related, but the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger throws me the following error when I try to turn on Target Traces.ERROR{{errorRetrievingTargetAccessData}}  

I'm working on a deployment of Target/Recommendations on a standard website (i.e. not a single page app). We're running at.js 2.1.0 and we have Experience Cloud ID service running, as well as Analytics. We're also using mbox3rdPartyID to leverage the the client's internal user IDs so that we can more accurately map and maintain profile data for specific users.Most everything about this deployment is straightforward, but I've run into a use case that is a little bit odd.One of our key stories is that users will be accessing the site from a 'kiosk' computer. They don't have log-in credentials to that computer itself (it is effectively always running the same "Guest User" account), instead they log in to the website on that computer. What this means is that we can rapidly transition between different user accounts on the website inside the same "session" window (i.e. 30 minute blocks).This is a problem because Target - by design - is hanging on to a session identifier.
