Hi everyone, We have been using push channel in PRO environment a long time without problem but we are trying now in PRE environment to testing nwe functionalities and it is not working. We have created a workflow with a query node and a push delivery node. The query is getting one profile who has several records  on  Mobile App Subscriptions. After executing the workflow, in the delivery, there is zero to deliver.How can I see what happen between the query and the push delivery to know what is happening?  Thanks   

Hello everyone, We want to create a new sender email address, including the same in Administration > Channels > Email > Configuration > Authorized masks for the sender address. The other sender emails that we have created were creating a subdomain and have the following structure "*@email.company.com" because reading the documentation we understood that we shouldn't use "*@company.com" The problem is that this time we need to use the email "info@company.com" instead of "info@email.company.com", how can we do that? Thanks

Is there a solution to it? using sFTP and files seems like a workaround and it seems strange that adobe wouldn't be able to handle sending them in bulk. We are using adobe campaign standard.Thanks in advance

In troubleshooting issues with an existing SFTP connection, we attempted to setup an alternative host and reconnect our workflows to this host. Integration Scenario: We are pushing files from Adobe Analytics into an intermediate SFTP host and then pulling the files with Adobe Campaign. Issue: We noticed that our current SFTP host is reporting issues with Adobe Campaign deleting the file after; thus, the workflow is marked as failed or does not continue moving files. Workaround: We set up an alternative SFTP host since we're troubleshooting multiple issues with this provider and are migrating away.  New Issue: We have verified all connectivity to the new host and all permissions, attempted with no IP whitelist as well, with only a generic error in Adobe Campaign: "Quote Command Return Error" Possible Solution: Add a public key to our new SFTP account, but don't know where to find this in the ACS admin.  (we had to do this for Analytics)

Hello, we're looking to send an email to prompt customers to update their app on their mobile device. We'd like to personalize the email by only presenting the app link associated with the mobile device they are currently on: iOS or Android (with a default for those who open on desktop).  When adding dynamic content conditions, where would we find the condition in Context tree to select device type? Hello, checking to see if anyone has ever run across this issue with external links not working in mobile instances of Safari. We have an external link (i.e. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpd2v5gp5pccmGDRZyZXE5qFa29J70vyg) in an email, and the attached appears when clicking on the external link in the email from an iPhone; gets stuck on our sending domain. However, the link works as expected in Safari when using a Mac.  Thanks in advance!

I have a requirement to pass system generated date in the url in yyyy/mm/dd format. For examplewww.xyz.com?dd=2023/08/30 I got the date in additional element is the required format usingYear(GetDate()) + '/'+Month(GetDate())+'/'+Day(GetDate()) and passed it into the URL but when I click on the preview generated, in the URL '/' is getting replaced by '%2F'.www.xyz.com?dd=2023%2F8%2F30 How to stop this change and keep it in the original format? 

When I put the date in the mm/dd/yyyy in the data type text its working properly but when I reupload the later date type yyyy-mm-dd its throwing the error as "The field 'Month' with value '2023-07-11' in '2023-07-11' is too long. Maximum of 2 characters." Why am I getting this error?

Hello everyone, We have created several transactional messages and in some of them we want to change the email address sender but not changing the actual content block "Email address of default sender". The reason of this is that we want to have some email address sender for campaigns and some transactional messages and another email address sender for others transactional message. I am trying to import a fragment from production to staging, I have developer and admin access and org access on both instances, however, I am getting the following error @satheeskannak any ideas buddy.          

I am a bit confused, trying to add the mirror link on email designer, the mirror links are not available under fragments? but if I go and check on resources, I can see them there?  What I am doing to overcome this is to add a new column then add text, then remove the text and then click on insert content block, and I can see the fragments that way?? is this correct? shouldn't they appear under fragments to begin with?    

I need to search for all deliveries containing specific html text/code, how can I perform a mass search on the delivery schema? in ACC you could just search where data contains, not sure in ACS...

I'm facing some delivery issue with my transactional email. Below is a screenshot of the overall email delivery associated with my Real Time event.But on checking the sending logs, below is what I see and I've not received any emails in my inbox as well.It's been like 5 hours now. And the status still remains 'pending'. I have taken the initiative to review my junk/spam folder, yet no deliveries have surfaced. Furthermore, I conducted an experiment by generating a new event and encountered the identical outcome. Any guidance to troubleshoot this situation would be appreciated.Thank you!CC: @satheeskannak  

Hey Everyone!  I have a workflow that creates an export file and I have it randomly select a percentage to be a holdout. I have the holdouts go to an audience every time it runs and adds a segment code. The audience is set to keep adding holdout, it doesn't replace the previous ones.  My question is can you have a workflow look at the audience and pull the profiles that were added in by date? Example: Audience = Billing POV Holdouts > Profiles added to audience in March I do have a segment code as well, can I look at when the segment code was added?  

Hi! I'm using an Union activity after Email delivery to join all profiles who received an email, continuing with an update activity to update a resource.   The issue here is that, if Union activity doesn't receive records from all inbound transitions it won't execute (it's like it keeps waiting for records from the empty inbound transition). And in my case, there're many times where I don't send specific emails (SMA_TEST3) and I want to use the Union for the others which sent emails (SMA_TEST1 and SMA_TEST2) Is there any configuration to handle that? I want to use Union even if there're inbound transitions with no records. Thanks.  

Trying to send a POST request to the Campaign API, I'm getting the following error,"No match in backends for the given tenant id."The campaign instance I'm using is a sandbox instance whose URL is https://acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobe.com/ and the URL I'm trying to send the POST is https://mc.adobe.io/acsXXXus/campaign/mcAdobe/EVTcartAbandonment. I also tried changing the organization to acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox and acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobeBut still I'm getting the same error. Any insights into this would be helpful. Thank you

Dear All, we are currently using the Adobe Campaign Standard platform for sending push notifications to both iOS devices via direct integration with the Apple Push Notification Server and Android devices via direct integration with Firebase Cloud Messaging.To realize this kind of integration currently, we are using the functionality offered by Adobe Launch. We have been exploring the capabilities of Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which offers the convenience of sending push notifications to both types of devices. Considering this, we are evaluating the possibility of integrating Adobe Campaign Standard with Firebase Cloud Messaging for sending push notifications to Apple devices as well.
